"The way to get started is to quit talking, and begin doing." ~Walt Disney

"I reckon that you are all aware that the wench has made a triumphant, albeit sudden return to The Dremesphere…but what you have yet to realize is that she and her band of scallywags are now within the borders of this bloody Waltforsaken island!"

Captain Jack Sparrow swaggered across the deck of the Black Pearl as he addressed a handful of The Isle's residents: Willie the Opera Singing Whale from Make Mine Music, Dodger and his pack of street dogs from Oliver in Company, and the intergalactic crew of Treasure Planet.

The spacers had taken the liberty to lower their ship so that it hovered just above the ocean, but still close enough to where they could hear what the pirate captain was saying. The New York canines were settled on the "beach" which was in actuality a chain of skyscrapers, streetlights, and sidewalks overlooking the edge of the water. Willie was positioned in the clouds overlooking the group. His blubber was a pinkish tint, and a golden halo floated over his head. A pair of angel wings adorned his back, and he held a lyre in his tiny flippers which he played as light background music.

It was an odd group of characters to say the least, but it ultimately didn't matter at the moment.

"I assure you all… if she had passed through here, we would've been the first to know." Captain Amelia of the RLS Legacy insisted, "Our ship is always circling the perimeter of The Isle, and we would have seen to their immediate capture."

"That's Preposterous!" Captain Hook laughed, "We saw the brats vanish into the clouds that surround this blasted place!"

"With all due respect, you don't live here." The cat-woman's eyes narrowed, "And even if they had passed the threshold, the borders to all Eras including the one surrounding the Isle of Oblivion have been lowered by The Projectionist, so there is nothing keeping them or us trapped here anymore."

"Which is precisely why we need to spread the word to leave the Isle of Oblivion!" Jack hollered, "We must seek justice, freedom, and…and…some other thing!"

"But that's suicide!" Dodger barked, "If we break The Projectionist's rules, then we'll all be sent to The Room faster than you can say: Supercalifragilisticexpialidoofus!"

"He's right! And what about the rule where no more than two groups are allowed to pursue the girl?" Dr. Delbert Doppler piped up from Amelia's side, "There are too many risks and complications we-we can't just pack up and go!"

"Fear not me hearties, she just passed through so we needn't be concerned about the first rule about recent encounter." Hook twirled his mustache with a proud fiendish smile, "As for the second rule, who ever said that we needed to band together to achieve our common goal?"

None other than Jim Hawkins stepped up, "Then, what are you suggesting we do?"

The Captain's eyes twinkled with delight, "We improvise…"
