Three Days Later:
Noelle sat cross-legged in several inches of snow on top of the clones' graves.
They had finally come. She had sensed them all coming long before they had gotten here.
The troopers hadn't found her yet- but he had. Noelle could hear the mechanical breathing.
Although her eyes were closed, Noelle could see him bending down to retrieve Ahsoka's abandoned lightsaber. Noelle's own lightsaber was on her belt. She had meant to use it this one last time in case she needed to.
Opening her eyes, she stood up, and there he was standing before her.
"What are you?" she whispered.
"Where is Ahsoka Tano?" His voice was deep like that of a droid, but it was not robotic. There was something vaguely familiar about it as well.
"I don't know," she answered, fighting to keep her voice steady. "And even if I did, I would never tell you."
This person- or robot- whomever he was, was silent for a moment. Noelle could sense his conflict. He was making a decision. He turned on Ahsoka's lightsaber. "Then you will die."
Noelle stretched out her hand and Force-pulled Ahsoka's lightsaber away from him. Then she turned on her own in her other hand.
She squeezed her eyes shut and gritted her teeth together when she realized he had meant to murder her with Ahsoka's lightsaber.
He then ignited his own.
Good. She would rather die on his blade than Ahsoka's.
As he advanced closer, Noelle gripped the lightsabers tighter, trying to focus only on her breathing and the Force.
Suddenly there was a blinding explosion and a flash of light. They were both knocked to the ground. The explosion had made the snow fly everywhere. It now looked like a blizzard had swept the area. But it wasn't a blizzard.
Through the snowy haze, Noelle could make out one distinct figure: robes, sword, staff, and pointy hat.
It was Gandalf.
"Come!" she heard him shout.
The figure in the dark suit had composed himself. He was getting closer, his red blade shining bright.
Noelle realized both lightsabers had been knocked out of her hand from the blast. It didn't matter. She had meant to leave them behind anyway. Taking one last look at the masked figure, she got to her feet and ran to Gandalf.
Then she saw the bright light again and everything went black.
