Chapter 34: Fix It
It's been a week since the event that left Kyoko beaten up and even though she constantly reassured Director Konoe that she was just fine, she was constantly being told to rest instead of getting back to acting as Princess Anysia. This was a result of Ren butting in and telling the Director about any difficulties she was having to deter Director Konoe from giving in and allowing Kyoko to get back to acting.
In that week they had caught up on every scene except the 4 that would include Kyoko, but even though she was injured the director still needed to have those scenes completed within the next 2 days to have the movie completed in time.
Kyoko was standing at the sidelines in her Princess Anysia outfit with her arms crossed over her chest, refusing paying attention to the man that was approaching her.
He stands beside her as he puts a hand on her exposed shoulder, "Still mad at me, Princess?"
"Do I have to give you an answer Warrior...?" Kyoko says without a slight glance to the man standing beside her, some attitude reflecting in her tone of voice.
Ren frowns and gives her his puppy eyes, "Please forgive me Princess...Give me mercy I beg of you, I was only thinking about your well-being."
Kyoko tries her best not to crack a smile or giggle at how cute he was trying to be just to make her crack the tough demeanor she had on presently, "You wont be given mercy and my health is my concern not yours Warrior."
Ren sighs, "Please Princess, I love you...I beg you, forgive me for my wrong doing." Ren was hoping that he could make this woman crack since he has 2 scenes with her today that are rather close, especially the night scene later that could wind up making him lose all the remaining self-control he had left. If they didn't start getting along soon, then those scenes may not come out the way they were supposed to and the two might wind up having to do the scene many times over.
Kyoko rolls her eyes as she starts to walk away from Ren. The set up of the scene wasn't ready yet as this scene had to be a certain way. The scene would be between Kyoko and Ren, as he is supposed to flirt with the young Princess before the scene later when the moon is overhead.
Ren notices her walk away and didn't like it, moving to snake his arms around her waist and pull her close to him, lowering his head to her ear to whisper, "I am very sorry, I didn't mean any harm I was just scared that you might get hurt again. It was unbearable seeing you being badly hurt by that Jerk." He was feeling like he screwed up big time.
Kyoko's icy mask cracks as she hears Ren sounding so distraught, so she smiles and places a hand on his head that was so close to her neck, "You are forgiven, just don't butt in when I think I am fine to work."
Ren felt her touch which made him happy but didn't like when she told him to not butt in again, but knew arguing will only get him back into the situation he had just gotten out of. He decided it was best to just let it go "Thank you, Kyoko." He says, kissing her neck which earns him a giggle from Kyoko.
Just then, they heard a man clearing his throat behind them; the voice of Director Konoe. Kyoko and Ren break their embrace to look directly at him.
"We are ready to shoot, please get onto set." Director Konoe says, even though he hated breaking up those two but he had to for the sake of completing this movie on the deadline he made for it.
Kyoko and Ren walk back to the set that they have used before; the arena set where the first occasion of Seika and Princess Anysia being alone together occurred. They got to their positions, Anysia in the middle of the arena with a dummy in front of her and Seika by the arena entrance.
Director Konoe gets back to his chair and looks at the top 2 actor/actress who had already gotten into character, calling out, "ACTION!"

Princess Anysia was in the arena all alone, as the warriors had left earlier that day. she pulls out her daggers and sighs looking at them in her hands, "Mother, these are all that are left of you now...the same man that killed you has requested my betrothal...I would rather see him dead at my feet then the man I must marry." She says looking at her daggers then lifts her head now, holding the daggers tight as she begins swinging at the dummy to let out her frustration.
A man walks from the entrance of the arena towards the Princess, who he saw was letting all her anger out on a poor dummy. At one of her swings, he grabs her wrists and lowers them to her sides as he stood behind her. "Princess, harming that dummy won't give you satisfaction."
Princess Anysia sighs, "What do you want Warrior...? Didn't I dismiss you all hours ago?" she tries to pull her arms away but proved unsuccessful.
Seika lowers his head to her ear, "Call me Seika, if you don't mind Princess."
Anysia rolls her eyes, "Fine Seika, what would you like?" her voice was reflecting her want to get away from him for reasons she wouldn't say.
Seika smiles, "Well, I would like a rematch..."
Anysia sighs once more, "Didn't I already prove to you that I am worthy of my title...?"
Seika moves a few inches closer to her so her back was resting on his chest, "You have, but I want the rematch since it was enjoyable facing someone of such beauty and wisdom like yourself."
Anysia smiles slightly noticing his flirting, "Then release me and grab your weapon; I won't have any fun winning while you're unarmed." She giggles.
Seika nods releasing her wrists, turning to grab his sword from the weapon stand and point it at Anysia. "Ready when you are, Princess."
Anysia smiles and changes her stance to mimic Seika's as she observes him. She began to read him, trying to figure out his blinds spot since she might need to use them when the time comes to show him how good she was.
Once they started the fight Seika was only able to get one hit on Anysia, and not a critical one at that. Anysia managed to hit him several times in the chest and back, but she was being nice since she was only hitting him with the ends of her dagger handles. After her final blow to Seika's chest, he falls onto his butt.
Seika groans rubbing his butt, "I guess you win again, Princess"
Anysia giggles, "It was a nice fight, you gave me a little bit more of a challenge." She offers her hand down to Seika.
Seika smiles and takes her hand as it was a sign that Princess Anysia was feeling something for someone which was rare for her.
Seika and Anysia walk out of the arena side by side with both with a smile on their face like something was truly blossoming inside these two individuals.

"CUT!" Director Konoe calls with a big smile on his face, "That was amazing...we will meet again in a few hours for the other scene in the forest."
Both Kyoko and Ren smile and says their thanks to the director. Kyoko was about to move off set when an arm once again goes around her waist and she feels a head near her ear.
"You look very beautiful Princess; I can't wait for more alone time with you." Ren says in her ear then he moves his head closer to her neck to kiss her right on her sweet spot. He knew the kiss would set her off if she wasn't trying to not let out any moans from his teasing.
Kyoko giggles, "Warrior behave..." she knew since the night in the hot spring Ren has been a little touchier, even though at first she wasn't comfortable with it she shortly began enjoying the simplest touch as it gave her warmth.
Ren groans and acts like a brat, "But Princess, I can't help it; you bring the bad out of me."
Director Konoe watches the interaction between the two stars and he smiles, "Well at least they are happy with one another that could make the scene a very amazingly realistic interaction...can't wait to see it with my own eyes." He thought to himself.
