I looked over the 16 year olds outfit shocked.
"Your going to let her wear this." I said shocked. This was something similar to what I had seen the girls wear at the club.
"We don't really have a choice if we want to do this" Kenobi said.
"It looks like Zygerria is a popular place these days." Skywalker said
"Hmm whatever is happening is attracting plenty of high class scum." Kenobi said. I gave Ahsoka back her outfit and adjusted my own the flowing pants before I fixed the necklace covering the ugly bruises.I had gold gauntlet covering my tattoos.
"Let's hope the intel out spy's gave us about the queen is accurate." Anakin said. "Remember I'll keep her occupied while you locate the missing people of Kiros."
I wrapped my arm around Kenobis forearm
"No offense to you but I can't wait for this to be over so I can stop pretending to be a slaver." I said. Kenobi chuckled
"And how do you plan on keeping the queen occupied?" He asked Skywalker
"With my magnetic charm of course" he smirked.
"Oh yes of course." Kenobi replied.
"Hold onto this will you buddy" Skywalker said to R2 giving the droid his lightsaber. R2 beeped eagerly. Both Ahsoka and Kenobi did the same.
We stepped out onto the planet.
"Remind me why I'm the one playing the part of the slave." Ahsoka asked.
I tried it once. I wasn't any good at it. Besides, the role of master comes easily to me." He said I laughed quietly.
"Really? Well this time try to be convincing at it. " Ahsoka said.
We walked into the city passing through a disgusting slave market
"Ugh how can a civilization this advanced still practice slavery?" Ahsoka asked.
"It makes them wealthy and powerful at the expense of others" Skywalker replied." Before the Hutts bought my mother, she was sold in a market just like this."
A twi'lek fell infront of us I had to resist the urge to help him up.
"Get up, you useless slug!" A zygerrian shouted.
"Master the bonds they are to heavy." The twi'lek said
"Tell it to my whip!" He went to strike the twi'lek. Ahsoka grabbed him.
"You don't want to do that." She said.
"Ah you dare touch me!" He growled.
"Excuse my slave, friend. She is freshly caught." Skywalker said
"Mmm, what have we here? You wear zygerrian armor but you are not one of us. Who are you" the zygerrian asked to guards behind him.
"I've come for an audience with the queen." Skywalker said
"Then you have an invitation? We can't just let anyone in to speak with her majesty." The zygerrian replied I felt kenobi tug on my hand leading me away.
We walked through the markets searching for the Colonists.
I felt bile rise in me as I continued looking at the women in cages.
"I can't wait for this to be over I think I'm gonna be sick" I muttered. We made our way too the deeper cages. Our eyes peeled for the colonists.
"Sir take a look at this" Rex motioned I peered down at the torgrutan
"Stand watch I'll take a look" kenobi said. He lept down into the cage. He jumped back up after a moment the governors limp form sling over his shoulder.
"Did you find out where the others are ?" I asked.
"Not he" he replied."we've got to get him out of here.
He lept up onto one of the flying lizards tossing the zygerrian in the pit. Rex and I lifted the man onto the creature
"You there what are you doing with that slave?" A zygerrian shouted. Rex grabbed the Reigns and we took off a blaster shot knocked kenobi and the govener of the back of the creature. I reached my hand down to grab the governor and was shot of as well a burn mark scoring across my shoulder blades.
Kenobi and I put our hands on our head. I really hope Skywalker was doing a better job than we were.
We were forced into an empty cell and were chained to the wall.
"Fine mess we've gotten ourselves into" Kenobi said
"Definitely" I said the doors opened and we fell silent. A Zygerrian walked in his electro whip brandished. He smirked viciously before cracking it against my back. I groaned as the whip split the flesh beneath the silky outfit. He turned his attention to Kenobi cracking the whip against the mans already bruised back.
This continued back and forth for about five minutes.
" Well? Who are they" the same zygerrian from the market asked.
"They haven't talked but I'll loosen his tongue."the slaver with the whip said. It cracked against my spine and i bit back a cry
"Why would a slaver try to rescue a slave from the palace? It's suicide. Wait" the slaver said as Kenobis head rolled back in exhaustion. "I know you from the hologram I never forget a jedi. Brought your skug with you as well Kenobi" he chuckled tugging on his jaw. We were forced to walk down a hall. I heard the roar of a crowd.
The two of us were pushed into the auction chamber the crowd jeered at kenobi.
"My friends my good friends,do not fear the Jedi.they are no different from the others we have forced into submission for they have forsaken their ideals to serve a corrupt senate. Very Jedi has become a slave to the republic. The Jedi order is weak and we will help break it." The queen said.
Anakin stepped out onto the platform with us. The spectators shouted whip the Jedi.
"Looks like I have to rescue you again old man." Skywalker said.
" I knew you'd have a backup plan." Kenobi said I heard R2 beep in the distance.
"Prove to me you are a slaver. Swing that whip or die beside them." The queen said
"Those are some lousy options" he said. He ignited the whip "you leave me no choice highness. He bowed. He saluted up at the queens box two lightsabers shooting out. I picked up a whip and cracked it.
"Guards, subdue them!" The queen shouted. I deflected the blaster pilots with the whip. I flinched as I watched Rex and a zygerrian fall over the edge of the stands into the pit. Rex landed hard on his back and laid stunned for a minute I thought he was dead til he struggled to his feet
"Ahsoka the queen "Skywalker shouted.
More gaurds poured into the pit. Igniting their whip subduing Rex and Kenobi quickly. I swung the whip at one of them only to be tangled with two more. I let out a scream as electricity surged through me. I dropped to my knees another surge of electricity ran through me.
I woke up on a ship. Rex and Kenobis limp form in the cage beside me. I groaned pushing myself to a sitting position. I noticed Kenobi siting beside me.
"General get up" I said softly.
He groaned sitting up I felt the ship dip into some planets atmosphere.
"Captain get up " Kenobi urged.
"Ugh Osik that hurt" Rex said groaning"any ideas where we are" he asked.
"No idea" I replied the ship slowed and before coming to a complete stop. We stepped of the ship the collars around our throats irritating the sensitive skin.
"My people. We have found them" the governor exclaimed.
"Keep moving skug" a zygerrian shoved kenobi forward.
"General Kenobi you are the first Jedi I have entertained at my re-education camp. And the Infomous Nemesis. Could your partner not make it such a shame" a zygerrian chuckled from his seat. "Few possess a Jedi's resolve and it is strength of will that is my greatest enemy. " he pushed a button and a row of colonist plummeted to their deaths. I glared at him" now that I have your attention Jedi be aware it will not be you who suffers should put defy me.
We were escorted away into the coal mines. Kenobi looked wrecked over the group of colonists and it was going to be his compassion that the zygerrians preyed on.
