If there was one thing that anyone could respect, and fear, it was power. And the Demi-Dragon Goddess known as Blake Ouroburos had a literally infinite level of power. And she knew it, which was one of the most notable sources of her sense of pride. Other major sources of Blake's pride was her looks and as of late Luna and Karna.
When someone foolishly claimed that her claim that she was literally the most powerful being in the entire country of Britain was, in their words, a load of bull, she promptly shut them up while at the same time intimidating everyone with a display of power that left zero room for arguments, using only two spells that Luna had introduced her mate. The spells in question? The Reductor-curse, Reducto, and the Mending charm, Reparo. The target of both spells? The moon. Needless to say, nobody with at least half a brain dared to question the Demi-Dragon Goddess' claim regarding her power after that. After all, you don't just casually blow up and then just as casually reassemble the moon if you're weak. The chaos caused by her demonstration wasn't something that she was concerned about but according to the Wizarding World's newspaper (or at least the main newspaper of magical Britain), which she didn't read for (by now) obvious reasons, nobody could figure out what happened to the moon. The same could actually also be said for both the Supernatural and Mundane Worlds, but that's a story for another time.
As Luna was busy with the end-of-the-year-tests, Blake Ouroboros was performing an experiment involving a rather large crystal ball she found… in a rather strange room at Hogwarts and The Kaleidoscope. By channeling The Kaleidoscope through the crystal ball, Blake effectively managed to hook up the crystal ball to The Kaleidoscope, making it possible for others besides Blake herself to observe the multiverse through The Kaleidoscope via the crystal ball. According to Karna (who admitted that she wasn't good with math (though the same could be said about Blake)), the crystal ball was about one and a half times larger than a soccer ball, making it big enough that multiple people could watch whatever was shown in the crystal ball together.
After only getting metaphorical static on the first few tries in the crystal ball, it eventually started to show glimpses into alternate universes, using Blake's soul as a catalyst of sorts to find Alternates of the Demi-Dragon Goddess. The first Alternate was a female that lived in a reality similar to Blake's own, in which the Alternate was the Queen of the Peerage of a particularly curious being that was also a Devil. Said curious being was apparently a supposedly hypothetical being known as an Outsider, a kind of being that Blake had read about, but was completely dismissed as a completely fictional being by the Supernatural World in general. Another Alternate that Blake and her adoptive daughter observed through the crystal ball was one that had died and been reborn in another dimension, which Karna quite excitedly informed contained amphomorphic personifications of video game franchises and game consoles. Apparently there existed a video game franchise in the Demi-Dragon Goddess and Reincarnation's home reality with a striking resemblance to the dimension that the Alternate had been reborn in. Not that Blake had any real idea what the Reincarnation was talking about since she didn't know what a video game was.
As interesting as observing Alternates was, Blake had gotten slightly tired of doing so and decided to try something different before calling it a day. Instead of using her own soul as a sort of catalyst for her search through the multiverse, she just let chance decide which reality to look at, and the reality that she and Karna got to observe was an interesting one. Barely any similarities between their home reality and the one on the other side of The Kaleidoscope. The closest aspect to a similarity between the girls' home reality, previously observed ones and the one on the other side being the presence of an Outsider and a modified version of the Sephiroth Graal, a Sacred Gear. The Outsider's home was a rather grim reality of superheroes, something that Karna got excited about. Especially considering that the scene Blake and Karna got to observe was a fight between the Outsider's team, the local team of superheroes and a giant monster.
After watching the fight come to an appropriately climactic end, Blake disconnected the crystal ball from The Kaleidoscope and put the crystal ball into a pocket dimension for storage (though considering who her mom was, the possibility that the crystal ball simply ended up in a random part of the Dimensional Gap somewhere FAR AWAY from Great Red was also up in the air), after making a quick mental note to try and find other realities containing Outsiders at a later time, most likely when she was bored since she found the Outsiders entertaining and when Luna wasn't available. Seeing as her mate was still busy with her tests and that there would be quite some time before she showed up (most likely only to tell Blake and Karna to get ready for bed before crashing after an exhausting day), Blake decided to do something that could be convenient for her in the future… and probably entertain Karna for a while in the present. Mastering her transformation into her Dragon-form.
All Dragons and Dragon Gods in the Supernatural World could change between various forms. Most of them preferring their draconic form, with Ophis being the only majorly known exception. As a Demi-Dragon Goddess, Blake knew instinctively that she had a draconic form, but couldn't easily assume it. At most, she could only partially manifest it, replacing certain body parts with their draconic counterparts, namely her hands and feet, growing a crown-like crest of horns on her head and sprouting a massive pair of draconic wings from her back (not that she really needed them to fly).
"Hey Karna, want to see something interesting?" Asked Blake, gaining the attention of her adoptive daughter.
"Interesting how?"
"You'll see." Stated Blake ominously as she took her coat and boots off, not wanting them to be accidentally destroyed, which had happened on occasion with her previous attempts. With a grunt of sorts of effort, Blake began to transform. Her hands and feet became covered in very dark purple scales, almost pitch black. From her back, a massive pair of draconic wings emerged. Much like her scales, the wings were a nearly pitch black shape of dark purple. From the back of the Demi-Dragon Goddess's head, a crown-like crest of horns appeared. Something that Blake hadn't expected was for her to suddenly gain a tail, sprouting from her tailbone just above her ass. Much like the rest of her draconic features, the tail was covered by very dark purple scales. Taking a glance at her draconic hands, Blake noticed something new. "Well, this is new." Instead of having normal talons, or any typical features that was normally composed of keratin, Blake's talons and similar features were instead composed of some kind of pale purple crystal. Moving her tail around herself in order to inspect the tip, she absentmindedly noticed the sound of fabric being sliced and ripped open. Doing so revealed that her tail had a crystal on the tip in the shape of a large dagger, with thousands of very small serrations along the blade. "Interesting. Very interesting indeed."
"Uhm, mom?"
"Yes Karna?"
"You kind of ruined your top… and pants."
"Curses. Not again."
"Again?"
"Last time I tried this I ruined my, at the time, favorite coat, top, gloves and boots. But fortunately not my pants."
"Okay. I still think it looks cool."
"Thanks Karna."
