Izuka and Stain leapt forward. Endeavor attempted to intercept them, but was warded off by a carpet of blue flames.
"Come on Endeavor… Let's party!" Dabi grinned. The number two hero leapt into battle against the villain. Shoto and Mineta joined the fight as well.
Bakugo and Izuka met in the center of the street, A shockwave flew out from where their fists met, knocking one of the news helicopters away.
Bakugo grunted as his wrist fractured under the power of Izuka's attack.
"Come on Kacchan… is that all you've got?"
Bakugo deployed black whip and wrapped it around his scarred friend. The girl stuck her tongue out and winked. "Huh… kinky. Never thought you were into this kind of stuff."
Bakugo gritted his teeth. "Shut up Izuka!"
Izuka twisted her feet and spun around, wrapping black whip around her more. She drew herself up to Bakugo's chest. "Hey…"
"Izuka-Mmmmph."
Izuka kissed Bakugo very passionately. The blonde's hold on Black whip slipped, and the quirk dissipated back into his arm. As she drew away, Izuka bit his lip, covering her lips in his blood. "Just as I thought… your mouth tastes like trash."
Izuka leapt back as Bakugo brought his hand to his mouth. He dabbed his finger on his cut lip, and looked at the red stain of blood on his finger. "Huh… well then. I guess I…"
Izuka appeared before Bakugo and punched him in the stomach.
"YOU HAVE NOTHING TO GUESS ABOUT!"
"KID!"
Gran Torino leapt at Izuka and kicked her in the face. The girl spun around and delivered a kick of her own, sending the old man into the air.
"Nice job gramps, I actually felt that!"
Bakugo recovered from Izuka's punch. Orange lightning blazed to life around him. "I'LL BRING YOU BACK IZUKA!"
Izuka glowed a dull white. "No… you won't." She punched him in the face, sending him flying back yet again. "Because there's nothing to bring me back to."

Stain dodged another punch from Aizawa. A shout from Present Mic hit him and made his ears pop.
"Damn… I've gotten soft…"
As Aizawa threw his scarf, Stain grabbed it and whirled around. He threw the decaffeinated hero into his husband. Both fell to the ground.
Stain huffed and kept his sword at the ready. Tenya Iida flashed into view. Stain leapt up as Tenya delivered what would be a crippling kick, had it landed.
The vigilante spun out of the way and landed on one foot. Picking up a piece of rubble, he hurled it at Iida, knocking the boy off balance. As Chizome rushed in, Aizawa and Present Mic stopped him yet again.
"This is getting annoying…"
Stain began leaping around on the walls. He moved so fast that he was only a blur. Tenya's helmet was knocked from his head by a punch. Aizawa received a cut along his shoulder. Mic ducked under a swipe from stains blade, the metal taking a few hairs from his proud cockatiel hairstyle.
"YEAAAAAAAA"
The voice hero's quirk hit Stain directly. The supersonic waves shot the vigilante into the air. Stain came down, katana in hand.
"WATCH OUT TENYA!"
Tenya rolled out of the way, Stains katana stabbed into the ground, cracking it.
"You heroes… ARE ALL SO ANNOYING!"
Stain took off yet again, bloodlust oozing outward from him. His strength and speed rose, Aizawa struggled to keep him cornered.
"Damn…"

Izuka dodged another series of attacks easily. Bakugo just sailed by her harmlessly. Anytime Gran Torino got close, she would grab him and throw him away.
"Just as expected… terribly powerful…"
"She's still my friend!" Bakugo grunted.
"Friend? HA!" Izuka cackled. "You think that you have the right to call me a friend? After what you did to Me?"
Bakugo shivered. Gran Torino turned to him. "What the hell did you do to get her pissed off this much?"
Izuka cackled as Bakugo's mentor interrogated him. "You really want to know? Him and the symbol of peace, as well as everybody I ever knew! They all said the same thing… That I was worthless…"
Bakugo gritted his teeth. "If I could take it all back I would. BUT I CAN'T!"
"You're right…" Izuka grinned. "And you can't take me back either!"
Izuka leapt forward. Power brimming in her fist. "I'D LOVE TO KILL YOU KATSUKI! BUT TODAY, I JUST WANNA HAVE FUN!"
Bakugo met her punch with another one of his own, despite his fractured wrist. The impact not only shattered his already fragile wrist, but his entire right hand.
Bakugo clutched his arm in pain. "God dammit… I WON'T BE DEFEATED BY YOU IZUKA!"
"Yes… you will…"

Toshinori Yagi and Principal Nezu sat with their eyes glued to the news broadcast from Hosu.
"The hero killer Stain was cornered earlier this evening during the attacks that took place on Hosu. It seems that he was on the brink of capture when two villains came to his aid."
Nezu gritted his teeth as the face of Izuka came onto the screen.
'Don't televise her face idiots! You'll get people to start hunting her, and we'll have more deaths on our hands…'

Mitsuki Bakugo silently walked up to the screen in her house. Her husband stared at the tv as if it was an illusion. Mitsuki brushed her face across the tv screen, almost as if she was brushing her hand across Izuka's face.
"You're alive…"
"Izuka Midoriya, once thought dead, has been involved in numerous villain attacks, including the attack on the Unforeseen Simulation Joint at UA. Izuka Midoriya has been declared extremely dangerous for those attacks, and several hundred murders linked to her villain persona."
Mitsuki clenched her fist. "No… She wouldn't be a villain. Not ever… Unless something happened…"
"Izuka Midoriya was born in Musutafu Japan. She lived with her mother for several years, before her mothers demise. One year later, she disappeared. If all were right, she would have stayed that way."
Mitsuki stared at the tv screen. "I will kill that reporter…"
"She was diagnosed as quirkless at the age of five. Not able to handle the harsh reality of being less, she took matters into her own hands. Unfortunately, she returned, however, she is still quirkless. The heroes shouldn't have a problem dealing with her reappearance. WOAH!"
Mitsuki saw her son in his hero costume charge in, surrounded by orange lightning.
'What is that? He makes explosions… not lightning…'
The blood covered form of Izuka matched him and punched. The shockwave knocked the news helicopter out of the air. Mitsuki huffed.
'Good riddance… serves you right for talking like that.'
The helicopter regained stability, and the camera focused on two other fights.
"As the battle between heroes and Izuka Midoriya continues, The Hero Killer Stain is facing off against two pro's and a UA student interning in the city. Another fight is also taking place between the Number two hero, Endeavor. And the Pyromancer. Hopefully, the heroes will finish off the quirkless villain first, so they can take down the true villains."
Mitsuki stormed to her room. She grabbed her phone and began dialing the news station broadcasting the report.
'I'm almost cheering her on at this point. Show these assholes what a quirkless is made of.'

Dabi chuckled as Mineta, Shoto, and Endeavor tried to fight him.
"Honestly Endeavor… you're so weak…"
Endeavors flames burned away at Dabi's cloak, revealing his scarred limbs. "Ah… such a nice heat bath…"
Shoto threw waves of Ice at Dabi, only to have them get reduced to nothing but steam. "Really Shoto Todoroki… you believe that you can harm me when the Number two hero cannot even scratch me?"
Shoto growled and cooled the air around Dabi down to below freezing. He then fired a massive arc of flame at the villain, resulting in an explosion.
Dabi chuckled and walked out. "Really? That's the best you can do?" The villain brushed off his shoulder as he glowed blue beneath his clothes. "PATHETIC!"
Dabi erupted into blue fire. His fireproof clothes became ash, a testament to the heat behind his flames. Endeavors eyes widened as the villain became a pillar of blue energy.
"We need to go."
"Dad-"
"NOW!"
"C'mon Endeavor!" Mineta grinned. "We can take 'em!"
Endeavor gritted his teeth. "I might be able to, but you two can't. He turned those fire resistant clothes to ash."
Mineta turned white. Todoroki huffed. "Fine. You two, help the other heroes escape. I'll put up a barrier."
The flame hero took off towards Stain. Mineta ran towards Izuka.
Todoroki turned to the villain before him.
"You truly believe you can face me like this?"
"In all my life… I've only seen fire like that once… And that was from my dead brother. I know that I'll have to fight you someday. But right now, I will cut my losses. I'll bring you back some day… Touya…"
Touya's eyes widened in the fire, before narrowing again. "I know not of who you speak… If we meet again, I will not hesitate to kill you…"
"Glad to hear it."
Todoroki planted his hands on the ground. "Ultimate move… GLACIER WALL!"
Ice swept out From Todoroki, surrounding Dabi as he burned bright.
Shoto shook as he began limping back to Endeavors side.

Stain dodged another attack from Tenya.
"YOU'RE ALL REALLY STARTING TO ANNOY ME!"
Pain stabbed through his leg as a spear made of fire pierced it.
"Damn…"
Endeavor rushed towards Eraserhead and Mic. "We need to get out of here."
Aizawa looked at the fear on the flame heroes face. "What the hell is-"
Endeavor pointed to the massive wall of ice behind him, and the blue fire raging behind it.
"That fire burned through flame resistant clothes that took my own flames. We get hit, we're toast, literally."
Aizaa turned white. "Got it… Mic, Tenya. We need to get the hell out of here."
Tenya turned to protest, but saw the fire. "Okay…"
The group went to retrieve the last of their allies.

Izuka was yet again wrapped in black whip. Somehow Bakugo had restrained her with his other hand.
"I've got her this time…" Bakugo grunted, sweat dripping from his brow. Mineta ran up.
"Endeavor says we need to get out of here."
Izuka smiled. "Oh he did? I never thought anybody would get him to that point!" She looked at the glittering ice and the pillar of blue fire. "Ah… I see. Such a beautiful attack…"
Bakugo went white as he saw the massive pillar of flames. "Endeavors right. We've got to go."
The blonde pulled Izuka to his side and began carrying her with him.
"Huh… so where are you taking me?"
"Back to UA."
"UA? OH! I could totally kill some students! That sounds like fun!"
"Shut up Izuka!"
"Bakugo… You forgot someone."
Bakugo turned to see Shoto limping away from the glacier wall. The boy wouldn't make it in time. Izuka slithered close to the blonde's ear.
"If you let me go… I can save him…"
Bakugo shook his head. "No, he'll make it."
"Are you sure? Look at the state he's in… He might collapse at any moment…"
Bakugo gritted his teeth. Endeavor saw his son limping away from the glacier wall.
"NO! SHOTO!"
Bakugo screamed. "Fine… I'll let you go. Just… Save him."
Izuka smirked as black whip unravelled. "Too easy…"
In a flash, Izuka was gone. Shoto was standing next to Bakugo, his hair a little ruffled from the wind. Bakugo gritted his teeth.
'Damn… She was holding back…'
The heroes and students looked up to see Izuka on the rooftops. Stain was by her side. She looked down on the heroes and grinned. "Hate to leave you like this… Until next time heroes." Izuka and the Stain disappeared.
"WE NEED TO GO NOW!"
The ice wall cracked. Bakugo noticed Shoto was lagging behind. He deployed black whip and gently picked up the battered student. "Let's go."
The heroes made it out of the area just as the glacier wall exploded, and a plume of blue fire was sent into the sky.

Izuka ran with Kurogiri to a bathroom in a new hideout. They had relocated quickly after attacking Hosu.
The two villains filled the tub with Ice. Kurogiri opened a portal, and the smoking form of Dabi fell through.
As soon as the man came in contact with the water, the entire room was filled with steam. Dabi's eyes fluttered open as the steam dissipated.
"God… damn…"
Izuka hugged the man close to her. "Never do that again!"
Dabi grunted as his extra crispy skin crackled. "Owowow… Can you not?"
"Oops! Sorry… Damn. You really did a number on yourself…"
Izuka was not wrong. Dabi's entire body was covered in blisters from the heat of his own fire. Izuka ran a hand down his chest. "I should see if father has any fire resistance quirks…"
Kurogiri opened a portal, and motioned for the girl to walk through. Izuka did, and the portal closed behind her.

Bakugo lay in a hospital bed. His hand was in a cast. Aizawa and Mic were standing by the wall. Vlad was holding Mineta by the scruff of the neck and covering his mouth any time he tried to comment on a female nurse's looks.
Todoroki was laid out on a bed next to Bakugo. His temperature had returned to normal, courtesy of the twelve portable space heaters sitting around him.
Tenya sat next to Aizawa, his face dark.
Detective Tsukauchi walked into the room alongside the chief of police. Nezu followed the dog-man alongside All Might.
"I'd like to start by saying that what you students did today was reckless-"
"Lay off." Aizawa grunted. The chief looked at Aizawa incredulously.
"Excuse me?"
"I said lay off, they acted in self defense." Aizawa said.
"But they engaged the hero killer-"
"Tenya Iida responded to a cry he heard in an alleyway. If Tenya Iida hadn't responded, Native wouldn't be alive. When he met the hero killer, the vigilante attacked. Mic and I stepped in. Then came Vlad and Mineta. Shoto over there was patrolling with his father, who engaged the hero killer as well. Katsuki Bakugo and Gran Torino were both patrolling Hosu. They all stumbled into that fight by mistake."
"Regardless. They used their quirks-"
"TO PROTECT THEIR LIVES!" Aizawa roared. Before taking a deep breath. "Apologies. But if you know damn well that without a quirk, they would have been killed in seconds."
"Surely they couldn't be killed by a girl who has no-"
"No quirk? Let me tell you something." Aizawa walked over to the police chief. "The girl that one the sports festival kicked their asses without a quirk. Izuka Midoriya has been revealed as Patchwork Bunny. What's her kill count sitting at now? Worldwide."
The police chief gulped. "You're right… I apologize…"
"What is her kill count at?" Aizawa hissed impatiently.
The police chief wrung his hands. "So far… the attacks that have been confirmed have resulted in seven hundred eighty nine deaths…"
The entire room became heavy with that number.
"She's killed… almost eight hundred people…"
Gran Torino stood up. "Shut the goddamn door. We need to have a discussion. About Him."
Nezu closed the door. All Might walked to Bakugo's side.
"All Might. But Tenya and Shoto…"
"It's okay. They deserve to know…"
"Deserve to know what?" Both boys looked at the number one hero.
Toshinori sighed. "My quirk… It's debated on what it actually is… I've kept it a secret, but I believe that with the current events, and the emergence of Izuka Midoriya, you deserve to know. It may save your lives one day."
Toshinori raised his fist, which crackled with yellow lightning.
Todoroki's eyes widened. "But that's-"
"My power… Is called One For All… It's a stockpiling quirk passed down through generations. I chose Bakugo to inherit my power and become the next symbol of peace after Izuka Midoriya's 'death'"
"What do you know about that by the way?" Gran Torino asked. "That girl was ut for blood when it came to Bakugo. She definitely wanted to kill him."
"We went to the same school… and I suicide baited her…" Bakugo whispered hoarsely. The room fell silent.
"The same day, I met her on a rooftop. She asked if she could be a hero… I said not without a quirk. Then, she leapt off of the building… right in front of me."
"And you couldn't save her?" Todoroki clenched his fists.
Toshinori shook his head. "I have been healed now, but a while ago… I faced off against a great evil. A villain by the name of All For One. You've seen him in the history books…"
"A man who can steal quirks and give them as he pleases…" Tenya said. "I read about him in quirk history…"
Toshinori nodded. "After that fight… I could only wield my power for about five hours a day… by that time, I had reached my limit…"
Gran Torino coughed. "Well… I'm glad that I know why she wants to kick your ass. Now I want to know what information you've got on her abilities."
Nezu stepped forward. "Izuka Midoriya is a terrifying figure. She has gone through ascension once, and will no doubt do it several more times… Footage was released of her last week taking out an entire hero agency in seconds, after they threatened a blonde girl whom she was allied with."
"So you figure that you have to take Izuka herself out, in order to defeat her."
"If it is possible, then yes." Nezu said. Gran Torino slammed his fist into the wall.
"That's not going to work… I think that as soon as you turned this girl down, we lost."
"What do you mean by that?"
Gran Torino pointed to Nezu. "Can you get a picture of the girl?"
Nezu nodded and took out a phone. He pulled up the picture of Izuka from the news and handed it to the old hero.
"There's no doubt in my mind now… that face, those eyes… That girl is his daughter…"
Toshinori's face went white. "All For One…"
Gran Torino nodded. "And he escaped after you defeated him. There is no doubt that he has weakened. But if we bring down Izuka Midoriya, he will pop back up with a vengeance."
Toshinori shuddered. "I made a mistake this great… How can I be forgiven…"
"I don't think you will Toshinori… this girl has connections that make her invincible, and power that can shake the world. If she desires to take over the world, she will do it. And if that happens…"
Gran Torino looked Toshinori in the eyes.
"Your only options are to hide, or die."

We've finished the fight. Dabi's extra crispy. The next chapter will be the aftermath of the fight, into the end of Mirko and Tetsutetsu's torture.
