Inside Leni's house, she was showing Frankie the kind of suit that would he a good match for him when fighting crime against any bad guys. of course, it was a little difficult for her since she wanted to make something that would stand out and fit him.

"I can't wait to look at this new suit, Leni." said Frankie. "I will totally love it."

Deep down, Leni hoped that he would love it, and she would hate for him to be disappointed. She did not know if je would like it or not. still, Leni tried her hardest to make the suit for him to wear. "I know you will love it, Frankie." she said.

At last, walking into her and Lori's room, she pulled out the supersuit from the sewing machine and showed it to him. the suit looked bright blue, or light blue, and it had an insignia with a water drop on it, and some darker blue streaks next to the water insignia, which was the color of black. it looked like a one-piece suit with a black belt and white belt buckle in the shape of the insignia.

His boots were a little big and the color of indigo and looked heavy duty, and the torso part of the suit was sleeveless like a tank top (possibly so that Frankie would flex his muscles and show them off if he wanted to). By looking at it more, Frankie began to like the suit and he liked especially how his arms would be sleeveless. Although the big question would be what his face would look like to protect his secret identity. "Wow. I love it, Leni." he said with a smile. "But is there something to protect my face so no one will know it's me?"

The blonde girl smiled and she said: "I'm am so glad you love this outfit. I knew it would speak to you! And don't worry, I made you a mask that will help keep your face a secret from everyone." she did just that, and showed him the new head-wear. It appeared to be mask that covered his eyes and around his head, except where his hair would dangle down, and revealing that the nose and mouth would still be visible. There were goggles over the eyes with a white color like Robin would wear over his head to fight crime with Batman. "What do you think?"

"I love it!" the surfer said with joy. "Give me a moment to change and see how I look in these duds."

"That's fine." Lincoln sang. "I think you'll look awesome in those."

"I couldn't agree with you more, little dude." He got in the bathroom and changed from his normal clothes to the supersuit. Indeed, this kind of suit fitted Frankie perfectly, and he could still see his arm muscles if he wanted to flex them again, then put on the mask, which was a perfect fit for him. After a couple of posing with his arms and doing sensual poses, he thought of how many ladies he can get with this suit. Coming out, Leni, Lincoln, and the other Loud siblings were impressed by how nice he looked in this new superhero outfit. Lori, and the other girls were already swooning on him, wanting so desperately for him to be their boyfriend.

Lincoln was getting the sense of "deja vu" when he hired Hugh, the nice tutor for him to help him catch up on his grades when Ms. Dimartino was the substitute teacher of his class for the time being. "Here we go again." he rolled his eyes to the right with his arms crossed

"Sorry ladies, but you're too young for me, and I already have a lady." said Frankie. "I'm flattered, but still."

The other sisters were bummed to hear those words and they wish they could have a boyfriend like he is. Still, a girl can at least dream. "You looks totes hot and amazing, Frankie." Leni said

"Thanks. I do like nice, don't I?"

"So, should we practice your powers some more, Frankie?" asked Lincoln

"Good idea. Need more practice. I know it wasn't easy when I got my first surfboard. I fell off many times before I turned into an artiste on that board." going downstairs, Lisa pulled out the robot dummies and more training continued. this time, Leni was in training as well so that she can give Frankie more confidence in his water abilities. Over the course of an hour and a half, Frankie was improving with his water powers, although, he was still having some minor setbacks like: accidentally slapping Lisa's buttocks with a water wave. "Sorry Lisa. Still working on it."

"No, no. No need for an apology." Lisa sighed. "Sometimes I feel like the fall girl, or the butt of every joke, especially when it comes to Luan and her own jokes."

Taking a little break from practicing his powers, Frankie managed to get the hang of a few techniques that he learned. One was creating a whip out of water from the palms of his hands, and converting a water barrier over him so that projectiles wouldn't hurt him. Lisa even had one dummy fire a dangerous moab bomb at him while the shield was up, but the shield made the missile bounce back and was about to hit the ground, but thanks to Lisa and her quick thinking, she made one of her robots bounce the missile into space and explode in the sky like fireworks.

"Whew. That was close." Lincoln sighed, "But why would you let him have a bomb like that? That could blow the whole city into a crater!"

"Relax. The MOAB was... not intended from the robot servants. They were originally supposed to be arrow missiles to be less dangerous so that the house itself would become a crater, should it hit on impact. And please do not tell mother and father about this. They will have my head on a silver platter to the queen of Sweden if they find out."

"Fine. We won't tell." said Lincoln

"But warn us the next time you do that." Leni added

"Absolutely."

"Well I am so surprised that the barrier I made was strong enough to get that bomb out of the way. I didn't even think that it would happen like that."

"That is amazing." Leni said. "What else can you do, Frankie?"

"Well, I can make tentacles from the bubble with my hand. Watch." he moved his hands a little bit and eight tentacles formed from the bubble shield protecting him. "I call it the Octo-Frankie attack. Any bad guy would have to face the wrath of these mean water tentacles. I would feel like an octopus snatching on a nearby fish that comes into his home. They'll never know what will hit 'em."

"Quite an impressive move." said Lincoln.

"Oh! and I can make waves of water take me up to the sky." he used his left hand to lift himself and some water formed under him, making him as tall as the house.

The sound of Leni's machine was going off and they all rushed to check out what it was. "Oh no! Someone is robbing the zoo!" Leni said. "We gotta save those poor animals."

"Gotcha. Count me in, baby. Waterboy is gonna help you stop those baddies, Leni." he flexed his arms once more.

"Come on guys, we need to take these guys down."

"Wait a minute Lincoln, but you don't have any powers on you, little man."

"It's OK." said Leni. "Lincoln helped me before. Remember when you saw on TV how me and how threw Fasha in jail?"

"Oh. Right. I suppose if your sister says it's OK, you can come, Lincoln." Frankie assured. He hovered in midair and went over to where the zoo was, flying like Superman would do while Leni took Vanzilla and Lincoln riding shotgun.
