Back with Hinata, she walked towards with her objective in mind. This was not some small thing, enemies had infiltrated their main base and she had to check if any of them slipped with this new check up.

Her mind was on the task and she was aware that Naruto must be checking up on other things if he wasn't present in Konoha.

His relationship with the Immortals was something she knew and approved like all his decisions. Just like how Naruto sacrificed everything for the good of the people and the world, she also made sacrifices for him and the world.

Her dream family was just the two of them but that changed once she understood what he wanted. Even before Naruto realized the costs of his dreams, Hinata had known that he would have to accept others.

She came from a noble background. The Hyuga clan were experts in close combat and archery. They were experts in medicine. They were experts teachers and had relationship with royalty from old times.

Hinata was the hier of the clan and even if she was trying to fail at combat, she had learned everything else properly.

She was well learned in the political dealings and the culture of the people at the top. She used to be a shy person with low self esteem but among the friends, she was one of the few that truly knew the darkness of the people.

When you mingled with politics, the dirty deeds will unravel and show you the worst side of humanity.

This knowledge was something that Naruto needed to know and Hinata provided. She helped him with things he didn't understand or know.

Naruto was all round nice guy, for him it was hard to understand why people would take some actions. All the enemies Naruto had fought had reasons for their actions, small or big but valid reasons.

It was hard for him to understand the greed of the people or the sadistic desire of some.

Naruto understood that alone nothing could be done and he would slip, and he would miss. This is where Hinata and the others stepped in.

Her dream might have been lost but Hinata didn't really mind because Naruto made the current reality dream like.

He was the best husband and lover anyone could desire. He loved her so deeply that she felt like she never knew love.

He gave her pleasure that none could ever replicate.

He gave her safety and comfort that none could ever give.

He did everything to make every day a better day.

He gave without limit. He gave without asking and in return he only asked for their loyalty and love.

He took everything upon his soul. He wouldn't even share his pain and fears with them if they didn't push him.

Even then, only she knew the weakest side of the invincible man. Others might have theorized it but she was the only one who saw it.

Hinata was aware that Naruto was afraid and every day his fear was rising. At least once a week, he would wake up in he night and slip away. His body would shake and reality around would react to his fears.

The more he loved the more he had to lose. He was never afraid of death but with love came the risk of pain greater than anything else.

It was the time she saw him weak and hold her tight. He would say his sage words over and over again to calm his mind and her.

He would stare at everyone at once all throughout the night, fearing that they might get hurt.

Naruto could always slip by without anyone noticing but he allowed her in because he had promised to let her in.

He also felt that he needed emotional support in these times.

All this had made her stronger than ever but just like him she was afraid. Naruto was the love of her life. He was everything she wanted and now they had children, and a big family.

She was also afraid of what could happen in the coming days.

The fact that Naruto was feeling worse over time increased her fears. She pushed herself more and more so that no tragedy would ever take place.

It was unfair and cold but Hinata wouldn't mind if anyone else died, just not from her family.

If someone had to die, just don't let it be their family member. If Naruto was going to die than let her die for him.

Hinata never told her intention to him for such situations but Naruto already knew her so he would know. Hinata knew that he knew but it wouldn't stop her from acting on it, if she could actually make a change.

It was the reason she had found ways to make her sacrifice useful for him.

"Hanabi, inform the squad to check up on everyone in the city. Find anyone with suspicious seals or equipment on them." Hinata stopped near the office and contacted Hanabi to act.

Hanabi was the leader of scout division when Kiba wasn't available and when he was available, she was the vice head.

It was the job this squad to check the battlefield and many specialist were part of this group, not just the x-Ray eyes but every part of it.

Inazuka and Aburame clan were part of it as well.

They had computer specialist, doctors and all kinds of people to give detailed reports.

"Sis, any other instructions." Hanabi was sitting in her office going through the reports from the scouts like usual.

She taught at the school but her real job was to manage the scouts and find the problem makers.

"Everyone except for our forces will be under a chakra ban. Inform and act cautiously if anyone manages to resist it. This is not a drill, understood." Hinata voice was cold and official as she entered the office and greeted Shikamaru and Sai.

"Understood!" Hanabi replied enthusiastically as she felt proud of her older sister showing this side. Before things went bad between them, she used to look up to her older sister and now she does once again.

Her sister was a better fighter. She was more beautiful and graceful. She was a mover and stood beside the leader of the world.

Hanabi loved Hinata a lot, just like how she loved Naruto.

She really felt bad about it but matters of the heart were never under control.

It was the reason she continued to act touchy and close with Naruto at this age.

She used to be cold and rude but now Hanabi was her namesake, a fire cracker. She was outgoing and fun person, completely takiy after her brother in law.

She would usually act naught but hearing that voice meant things were serious and Hanabi would have to be blind and retarded to not know of what took place the day before.

She also understood the implications and the reasoning behind the check.

With a snap, Hanabi stood up and got her team ready to check everyone.

"Chakra ban on every citizen not working directly under the Hokage." Hinata commanded the system around Konoha. She was one of the individuals with the authority and issue such commands.

With her words every individual in Konoha had their chakra system locked, so they couldn't produce chakra and activate anything that needed it.

Chakra user had to actively make chakra and it could finish completely, and made again j til the body still had physical energy left to utilize.

The ban even drained that chakra and all citizen were ready for the step as Shikamaru had already made the announcement that every one will have their chakra locked as their werre some health issues related to it.

It was not outright nonsense since there were chakra illness and people knew about it. It was the most dangerous kinds so everyone complied without a peep.

"Sai, who are the most suspicious individuals that we need to check?" Shikamaru asked as the ban was on and the process started.

All forces were ready for action and the defence system was also engaged.

Sai was the commander of the ANBU and just like Shikamaru, he was one of the pillars of Naruto's authority.

He had grown taller and his feminine side had lessened with time. His hair was the same and he was handsome as usual. His clothing style had changed and he wore the complete uniform of the commander.

He would usually wear the mask but here he had put it off.

His cold and socially inept self had changed with the help of others, and now he was good at understanding people.

"Suspicious people aren't common Shikamaru, our system made sure of that. But, there are individuals that have possibility not being a threat. Sumire came to Konoha from the outside after a long time and slipped through us, so I have made a list of all individuals that migrated to Konoha after the war. Is that enough or should I add more categories?" Sai responded to their enquiry and transferred the information to their tabs.

Hanabi was doing the overall check up while Sai would personally check up these individuals.

Shikamaru went through it and the list was huge since many people had come in the time.

He couldn't cut out any person from it since all of them were capable of being the targets.

"It's good enough, start the process." Shikamaru had nothing to add at the moment and gave his go.

"You can start but I will check on one of the people on this list. Cancel Angelina Julie from your list." Hinata narrowed down on the woman because she worked for Ino, meaning she was too close to family.

Ino might have gotten too friendly and missed her because of it so she decided to give her a visit.

Shikamaru saw her reasoning and none of them had a problem with it. Hinata was better at checking people than others so it wasn't an issue.

With the go from both of them, Sai commanded his people to start. The process was secret and none of the citizens were to know what was happening.

With their abilities shut down, it was easy for the forces to manipulate them and check them without leaving a trace. There was memory erasure just in case. They didn't want people to get paranoid now so it had to be kept a secret.

With that done Hinata left the duo to visit Delta's mansion. She was not at the office today.

Delta also called Angelina by the people of Konoha as it was her fake name, was enjoying a swim in her pool when she heard the call.

Unlike the citizens, she understood what was happening. She smiled at their attempt to locate them because it wasn't going to work.

These people were just lower species. Uzumaki Naruto maybe great but he was still just a maggot in the end. No one could compare to her lord Ishiki.

Her lord who gave her a new life. Her lord who gave her this power and knowledge.

None could compare to his grace and power. She was enchanted by him and would do anything for his sake.

Among Kara loyalty wasn't absolute but her loyalty couldn't be questioned and she wished the time for her Lord's true revival could come soon.

She laughed at their attempt but it also annoyed her slightly as it meant that it also slowed down their mission.

Her current body had small amount of chakra and it got sealed away. Her body wasn't robotic but biotechnology so it operated similar to the human body.

The parts that were robotic in function were also not made from metals or such.

The people of this world had yet to find this tech and didn't know how to find it.

Delta had no worries that any of them could find her out since even Naruto didn't find them.

She walked out of the pool and Hinata arrived at her location.

Delta's body was now just low super human level. She had low energy and such so withy it, her body would just be low super human. Low super human meant mach 1 to 10 and weight limit of 5 to 50 tonnes.

Hinata was moving at speeds above light and if she didn't control it or the system didn't suppress it, Delta would have vanished.

Her beautiful eyes examined the target from the outside and saw the haughty smile. Delta wasn't the type she liked and that expression didn't make her feel better.

There was nothing on the outside so she looked inside carefully.

Her body was the same and there were no extra parts or seals. Hinata went over her body from all directions multiple times but nothing stood out as Delta's body had taken a normal shape since she operated on Konoha. There were rare times when her body transformed into the required tech but she was always careful so it was not caught.

Hinata had her chakra flow through Delta for the final check up and it went around with no-issue.

Hinata stared at Delta one last time and went away.

Delta was clear by her check up just as Delta had expected.

'Primitive little ninja, you will never find us before we are ready to act.' Delta received the information from her senses once Hinata disappeared and couldn't help but chuckle.

They had already made sure that such measures couldn't work on them. It would only work on the pawns like Sumire and not on real agents since the agents had the Hi-Tech.

While Hinata worked on checking inside, Ino updated the security system for the future before taking a seat in her office in the Information bureau.

She had been gives something to think about and it could help all of them, and even improve her abilities to a new level.

Was memory erasure actually real? Where was the actual memory stored? Was it the brain or the soul?

Did a soul really forget things or was just an outward state?

"Hades, I need your help." Being the family of Naruto, Ino had access to the Immortals. She had a contract with Loki but could also ask for advice from others.

The Immortals knew the importance of family to Naruto and would make time when possible for them.

Hades wasn't occupied now so he answered the call and even if he was busy, he could divide his mind multiple times.

Just like that, the room got a new guest and Hades rose as a dark aura that covered up the room to form his shape.
