And I'm back again. Another chapter.

We're gonna handle the aftermath. Visit some other internships. Get Mirko and Tetsutetsu ready. Do a little more stuff. So yeah… that's what's gonna be happening for these next few chapters.

Toga sighed as she sunk into izuka's lap. The scarred girl had fallen asleep on the couch. She was worried about Dabi, and well, she should be. The man couldn't walk around without his skin crackling like old paper.

Izuka sighed in contentment as the blonde settled. Her lips became graced with a tired smile. "You know… you have an internship to go to…"

"You do too. All UA students were given the day off because of what happened yesterday…"

"Really?" Izuka yawned. "All of them?"

Toga ran her fingers through Izuka's hair. "Well… almost all of them. It's all of the one's in Hosu."

"Hm? And you?"

"I chose Mirko remember?"

Izuka nodded. "Yeah."

A faint crackle was heard from the hallway. Izuka leapt up and threw open the door. "Dabi. What did I tell you?"

The villain pouted. "How the hell did you hear me? I just needed some water!"

Izuka pointed to Dabi's room. "I said stay in your room. It's that bad. I don't care if you've dealt with this before, you need to rest."

Dabi grumbled and shuffled back to his room. Izuka went to the kitchen and poured a glass of water. "If you need anything, just ask okay?" The girl brought the water to the man and closed the door.

"Now that that's done." Izuka yawned. "Back to standing guard…"

Izuka sat back down on the couch. Toga snuggled up to her side. Izuka tried to stay awake to keep watch, but dozed off quickly.

Toga smiled gently at her girlfriend and kissed her cheek. "Sleep well babe…"

Bakugo flexed his hands as Gran Torino stood before him. Recovery Girl had healed him back to his full capacity. He and Gran Torino had relocated to UA for the time being. Until the end of the week, he'd be training with the retired hero, All Might, and Cementoss.

The first test was a number of cement obstacles set up by his teacher. Gran Torino instructed him on what quirks to use.

"Alright kid." The hero said, as Bakugo destroyed the final obstacle. "I want to talk to you about your energy output."

Bakugo walked over to the retired hero and All Might. "Young Bakugo… How much power have you been using?"

"I don't know… about five percent? Maybe?"

Gran Torino nodded. "That's good… have you tried anything past that?"

Bakugo shook his head. "That's what I've been trying to dial it down to since I got it. The sports festival was when I actually learned how to do it."

Gran Torino grumbled something about Toshinori being a bad teacher, before grinning at the blonde. "Well then… Now we're gonna test how much you can handle with that energy."

Bakugo looked at his hands, before nodding. "Got it."

The blonde returned to the center of the training area and took a deep breath. He took a deep breath in, and orange lightning erupted around him.

'Alright… now up the output…'

Bakugo took the floodgate that held back One For All and opened it bit by bit. The first few levels he barely felt. He eventually made it to the point where he felt he was safe. Any more, and he would injure himself.

Bakugo opened his eyes to see the storm of lightning around him crackling more and more. Gran Torino smiled.

"Whatcha at kid?"

"I'd say about thirteen percent of the max output. If I push it I could do fifteen."

Gran Torino nodded and waved to cementoss. The hero made more obstacles out of the training ground floor.

"Destroy these as fast as you can."

There was a blur where Bakugo had been, and then the ground cracked. Wind swept through the area as Bakugo began destroying the targets. In two minutes, he had destroyed every single one.

"Good… How many was that Cementoss?" Gran Torino asked. The hero looked at the retired pro.

"About sixty, give or take."

Bakugo looked at his hands. "That means I took out one every two seconds…"

Gran Torino nodded. "Your speed has increased… do you think it will help you against Izuka Midoriya?"

Bakugo nodded. "It'll help a little bit… But I'm nowhere near her yet."

"You restrained her before." Gran Torino pointed out. Bakugo shook his head.

"I think she let me do that. When she grabbed Shoto, she moved as fast as All Might… She was holding back during the fight… Toying with me…"

Gran Torino nodded. "Well, that state might help you track her movements a little better… it'll speed up your perception."

Bakugo nodded. "Okay… I think we should work on this a bit more…"

Gran Torino chuckled. "Damn right. Let's go kid!"

Izuka's eyes fluttered open as she heard the soft purr of Toga sleeping. The scarred girl smiled tiredly and carefully slid off of the couch without disturbing the blonde. She tiptoed out of the room and checked on Dabi, who was fast asleep in a tub of ice water that was rapidly melting.

'Crazy bastard…'

The girl took a look at her villain suit and smiled, before pulling out her phone and dialing Kurogiri.

"Hey… I have some business that I want to do in Hosu… you know the TV station that broadcast the fight? Yeah… Can you open a portal in about… five minutes? Alright! Thanks!"

Izuka hung up and changed into her villain costume quickly. She scribbled a note in case Toga woke up, and a portal appeared. Izuka stepped through as she fixed a black mask to the bottom of her face.

"Show Time."

Aoshin Shinure was a nice woman, ask anybody, except the quirkless. She had her opinions that stood out. She was notoriously known for bashing on the quirkless population, but she hadn't been fired yet, nor had the news station lost a lawsuit, or been shut down.

Shinure was a proud reporter. She looked for anything she could turn into a broadcast. When something exciting occurred, she would be there in a flash. She always got to the scenes of exciting battles and murder scenes.

So what would happen when a murder scene came to her?

Shinure walked out of her office that day to see everybody at their desks. She walked over to pat one of her partners on the back, only for him to fall off of his chair. He was dead.

The reporter looked around. Everybody there was dead. How had it happened so quickly? Without any noise. Shinure shuddered and ran back to her office, where she had left her phone. She walked in to find the figure of a teenage girl lounging on her desk.

"Hello Ms. Shinure…"

"Wh-who are you?"

"Ah… that is the question? Who could you have recently pissed off…"

"S-stop… O-or I'll be forced t-to use my quirk!" Shinure squeaked.

The girl giggled, her giggle turned into a cackle. "Oh really? That would be illegal use of a quirk…"

The woman shivered. "W-well… IT DOESN'T MATTER! I'LL DO IT IF I HAVE TO!"

Shinure raised her hands, which began sparking with electricity.

"Ah yes… if I remember correctly… your quirk is called tesla coil… You can discharge electricity from your hands, sort of like this…"

The girl opened her hand, and red lightning danced across her palm. Shinure's eyes went wide. "What?"

"Ah yes… these are tesla gloves… they shoot energy in the form of lightning… So much like your quirk… Except that you can psychically control the lightning that leaves your body..."

Shinure shuddered and clenched her fists as the villain continued to talk. "Such an amazing quirk… Why didn't you become a hero?"

"I didn't want to be a hero… Their influence only lasts so long, and they die fast…"

The girl laughed again. "Well… interesting. I haven't heard that before…"

The girl stood up and hopped off of the desk. As she walked towards Shinure, the woman began seeing some of the girls features. Black hair, a milky white eye. A large scar on her face.

"Y-you're Izuka Midoriya…"

Izuka smiled. "That's right… I'm the villain you said wasn't a threat… How many people work in this building?"

"A-about two hundred… it's a small building."

Shinure shuddered at the smile that Izuka gave. "Is that so…" Izuka grabbed the woman by her hair before she had a chance to react. "You're coming with me… and then you're going to be my 1000th confirmed kill…"

A portal opened up. Izuka dragged the screaming form of Aoshin Shinure through.

Tsukauchi shook his head. This made one thousand. Izuka Midoriya was the most dangerous serial killer out there, and every civilian doubted her.

There was no doubt that her influence was spreading. She had held her own against several heroes. Made headlines. She had brought attention to the quirkless population.

And they were all for it.

After the Hosu broadcast, several protests sprung up across japan. It was remarkable how many people had gotten organized in such a short time.

In Hosu that afternoon. Izuka Midoriya appeared before a crowd holding the form of Aoshin Shinure, the reporter that handled the Hosu incident. She was notorious for bashing on the quirkless population.

Shinure was still alive, and had been shaking. Tsukauchi had arrived on the scene just as the woman was dropped from a rooftop. The crowd had surged over the body. Their act of revenge.

And Izuka Midoriya's 1000th confirmed kill in Japan.

On top of that, blood results confirmed that Shinure was missing her quirk. This did not bode well. All For One was still out there…

"Torino is right… we may have already lost…"

Izuka giggled as she walked back into the new Vanguard hideout. She changed out of her costume and pulled on some clothes, before walking into her and Toga's room to find Toga sprawled out on the bed.

"Hey there."

"Toga… I wasn't expecting…"

"I saw what you did to the reporter and decided to make getting back worthwhile. You like what you see?"

Izuka nodded. Toga licked her lips. "Well then, come on."

Kirishima stood on the streets of Musutafu. He was patrolling alone. Fourth Kind and him had split up.

The hero had skipped straight to patrols after he saw Kirishima walk in with a bag of trash he had picked up from the road. He already knew about the need for community service, and o that was one thing he took care of as he patrolled.

He eventually came to a small apartment complex. One that he knew, as Bakugo showed it to him.

"The Midoriyas lived here…"

Kirishima walked up the stairs to the old Midoriya apartment. He needed to see some things for himself.

When he walked in, he noticed that the living space was relatively bare. There was still a television, a couch, a coffee table. But not much else.

He found his way to the apartment bedrooms. His eye immediately locked onto a room decorated with All Might drawings. A small nameplate reading "Izuka" hung from the center of the door.

"Well… let's see what you can tell me…"

The redhead crept into the dark room and turned on the light. There was All Might memorabilia everywhere. A large bookshelf held several notebooks. On a desk, there was a computer, and a flash drive, with a note.

Kirishima walked over and looked at the note.

-To the heroes… some things you should know.-

Kirishima booted up the computer and inserted the flash drive. A small video window popped up. It was Izuka, no more than ten years old at the time. She covered in bruises and scratches.

"Hey there… today is February sixth. -xxxx- My name is… *Cough* Izuka Midoriya."

Kirishima looked at the form of the girl. Green hair. Both eyes a vibrant electric green. What had happened to her?

"This will be the first recording in my… *Cough Cough* Shit…"

Kirishima felt tears slide down his face as the little girl suffered. She lifted her shirt to look at her injuries. Kirishima gasped as he saw a massive gash in her side, accompanied by several burns.

"IZUKA? ARE YOU IN THERE?"

The girl quickly pulled her shirt down and pulled on a hoodie. The door opened to reveal Inko Midoriya.

"Are you okay sweetie?"

"I'm fine mom. You don't need to worry."

The two hugged, and Inko walked out of the room. Izuka walked over to the door and closed it, before collapsing into a fit of coughs. She returned to the camera and switched it off. Kirishima noticed a bit of blood leaking out of her mouth.

The video popped back on again, this time with a slightly older Izuka.

"It's been a while… I can't really come to anybody but you. The truth is… Mom's not doing so well. She started coughing a few months ago… I don't know what's going to happen… Today in Aldera, Bakugo beat me up again… Him and his friends… they used to be my friends…"

The video ended, then changed again. This time it was Inko on screen.

"Hey… This is Izuka's mother… I know that, you aren't really there. All Might, she really would like you to say yes to her… *Cough Cough*... If you can meet her, and tell her she can be a hero… I missed that chance… *Cough Cough*... I missed my chance and I can't make it right. And now, I don't have much time left…"

Kirishima wept as the video cut to Izuka again. She was around thirteen at this point. There was a burn on her cheek, and her hair was tousled.

"They stopped today… they stopped… they stopped when the teacher came to get me… Mom's in the hospital… it's lung cancer. We can't afford treatment and-"

Izuka covered her face and sobbed, the video changed to Izuka, fourteen years old.

"If you're seeing this, that means I'm gone… Oh who am I kidding… I can't die yet. Mom passed away six months ago, on my birthday… She used her last breath to call me her hero... *Sniff* I-I don't know what to do anymore… There's nothing left for me… but I can't stop yet…"

The video skipped to another recording. "If you're seeing this, it means that you know that I returned. Nobody has set foot here in a few years. My father brought me back after I died… yes. I died… Dad brought me back to life… I am… distraught… confused. I started seeing Mom's ghost… Dad can see her too… I'm happy… So this is a bit of advice. If anyone gets in the way of this happiness that I have finally found… I will not hesitate to kill them. I will change the world. One For All will die with Bakugo. The false heroes will be purged… and if you're lucky, you may be spared."

"Babe, we gotta go."

"Alright."

The video shifted to an older clip.

"Hello… *Cough cough* This is… *Cough*... Inko Midoriya… My daughter is… *Cough cough*... the daughter of All For One… *Cough*... and she wasn't always quirkles…"

Kirishima went wide eyed. "What?"

"Izuka was… *Cough Cough*... Born with the same… *Cough*... power as her father… The same quirk… All For One…"

"Then she…"

"We didn't… *Cough*... want her to get… *Cough Cough*... into trouble because of her power… Her… *Cough*... Father took it… We were going to… *Cough*... give her a quirk… But Hisashi was… *Cough*... almost killed in a fight. If you are watching this… *Cough*... I haven't got very long… *Cough*... Izuka has the potential to do great things… *Cough*... She's been rendered completely quirkless, and will be able to go through the ascension process-"

Inko fell into a coughing fit, before recovering and looking straight at the camera.

"If you make an enemy of her… *Cough*... you will come to regret it…"

The video went dark. Kirishima stared at the screen as tears dripped from his face.

"She protected her to the end… as much as she could…"

Kirishima took the flash drive and placed it in a pouch on his costume's belt. He turned to the bookshelf and leafed through a few of the notebooks.

"This is all analysis… on quirks that don't exist?"

Each book held a number of names and analysis for quirks. Each of them had notes in the margins declaring if such a quirk would emerge. Every one had the possibility of becoming a real quirk. There were even notes on weaker quirks.

Then Kirishima saw the names of the authors.

"Inko Midoriya, and Hizashi Shigaraki…"

'Did they write these for Izuka? Or were they just hidden in her room?'

Kirishima pulled a folded up duffel bag out of his costume and put the books away neatly. He left the apartment with many new questions. But one dwarfed them all.

"Who exactly were you? Inko Midoriya…"

)=(

Izuka flicked through a copy of her parents notebooks. All For One had provided them. She had her own copies, they were published theories after all. But her father had given her the original writings.

There were so many more things that were not included in the published copies.

"Hey mom… if you and dad published these, why didn't we have money?"

"They weren't very popular… nobody wanted to read about fictional quirks. Quirk evolution hadn't been proven, it was just a theory at the time… Nobody thought they could get stronger… but the answer was right in front of them!"

"What happened to all of the copies of the books?" izuka raised her eyebrow.

"Most of them were lost. I know that principal Nezu has them, he made several comments about the works being pure genius. But other than that, I believe they are lost…"

"Huh… Well. I see where I get my analysis skills from…"

"The woman you had the quirk taken from… what will you do with the quirk?"

"I think it would be good for Hatsume… It would be good for her… but I still haven't figured it out…"

"Don't you want a quirk for yourself? It was your dream…"

"I want to make it as a quirkless. Besides, dad said I couldn't hold a quirk, I'm ascended…"

"Is that what he said… hmmm… Well then, What's your next move?"

Izuka smiled at her mothers ghost. "I'm gonna return to UA, and work on getting dad healed."

"And when that happens, all hell will break loose."

)=(

So? Your thoughts? Who was Inko really?

Also, I did include All For One's real name, as the holders of One For All never utter it, so I don't know if they actually know it…

Anyways, until next time.

Sushui Out!
