Nico POV:

In the dimly lit room of requirement, Chiron's face was shown inside a rainbow as he listened attentively to what we said. On the opposite side were the hunters of Artemis, Percy, Annabeth, Dumbledore and I. "Lycaon's attack was truly eye-opening," Dumbledore concluded after summing up the events to Chiron. "By the way he spoke, it seemed as if he wasn't to attack so soon which was something he disregarded. Whether there will be other monsters who disregard this as well is something I'm concerned about. Should we announce your identities and have you teach them some self-defence so we can be better prepared if there's another attack? It's obvious that most of our magic is incapable of fending them off, so this is one of the best ways to proceed,"

"Best ways?!" One of the hunters of Artemis cried out, her hand gripping her bow so hard that veins were visibly bulging. "This is in your opinion! Of course, in your eyes, this would be one of the "best" ways! You are suggesting that our whole world which thousands of people like us have been keeping secret for so many millennia—be completely revealed in front of hundreds of witches and wizards!"

"Agreed," Another hunter cut in. "How about you just close down your magic school for the time being. If it's temporarily out of commission then no harm will come to any of the students,"

"Out of the question," Chiron said. "One of the purposes of sending Annabeth, Percy, and Nico to Hogwarts is for them to establish connections with wizards and witches their age so that when we work together in the future, it will be easier to do so. I understand your concerns so we'll keep the fact about their identities to the side for now, but safety is just as important. Perhaps we should bring a few instructors to Hogwarts as well. That way, the students will be able to learn some self-defence as well while also keeping our world status still a secret,"

"That's a good idea," Annabeth said.

"Who are you going to send over?" Percy asked. "Wouldn't it be weird if it were a satyr or something? I'm not sure if the mist works completely on wizards. It would be even weirder if they were taught by someone with the lower body of a goat, how are we supposed to explain that?"

"Well," I said. "They were taught be a centaur before. We could just say it's a similar situation,"

"But, the reason that a centaur taught them divination is that apparently, they're good at that. How should we explain that a satyr, which is a type of creature they have probably never seen nor heard about before comes into Hogwarts to teach?"

"We'll just say there's a lot of them at CHB, and one of them came over," I continued. "We already told them about having a Physical Skills & Battling Aspects class, so this isn't too far off. I wouldn't be surprised if we were to teach them this stuff, though they probably think we're still students,"

"Maybe you should just teach them," Thalia said. "It would solve all these arising question marks about selecting someone from Camp Half-Blood. Find a good cover story that shouldn't be too hard considering these events. Though, there's bound to be some slander for letting a bunch of teenagers teaching them,"

"That seems about right," Chiron approved. "Right now, things at Camp are still somewhat unstable. Apollo still has his trials going on, thus Rachel is also is in a bad situation. Albus, did you find anything about the goings-on from that map you mentioned last time?"

"I did," Dumbledore admitted. "No students truly left their dormitories, however on some occasions as I toured around Hogwarts more often I found a type of insect which I hadn't seen before." He went to one side of the room of requirement and picked up a jar of some running about inside. At least 10 cockroach-like bugs were scurrying inside the jar frantically, their size much smaller than average cockroaches. "I found a couple in the corridors nearby each of the common room entrances of different houses. They have been trying to escape my office several times, however each time I managed to catch them again. When they couldn't escape, they all exploded." Dumbledore gave a shake of his head, and a smile as if trying to lighten the tension. "Made quite the mess in my office."

"Have you been able to catch anymore?" I asked.

"Not yet. For something new and suspicious like this, I proceeded with caution. It's also fortunate that your friends are here as well. Have any of you seen any creature like these?"

"It looks like a cockroach," I commented.

"Never seen anything like it,"

"It seems like it's just a bug,"

In the room of requirement, everyone had a close look at the bug, but not one of us recognized what it was or any aspects of it—not a very good sign. Dumbledore put the jar of bugs to the side and then instructed. "For now we should consider the details of the self-defence classes. For the bugs, search around your dormitories and common rooms. See if you can find any,"

Back at the Slytherin common room, many people were still awake as everyone chatted amongst each other. My entry inside was like a fish in a new school, with all others minding their businesses whilst also sneaking subtle glances towards me as the newcomer. Though I'm not sure if that's an accurate way to compare the situation, after all, I didn't study fish. "You're back," Draco was the first person to greet me after he tore away from a forced and less than a riveting conversation with Greggory Goyle.

"Yeah, I'm back,"

"Those friends of yours aren't staying?"

"Nope, they got some stuff to do. Is everyone accounted for here in the common room?"

"Yeah." His face had a completely apathetic expression, after an awkward silence in the common room only filled by the whispers which several students didn't bother to cover. He inhaled lightly then said. "There are some things we need to ask you,"
