A/N – Hello! Glad to see I still have some readers left! I don't know if you guys have read my other Klaroline stories but I am hoping to update I would Wait A Lifetime For You soon…maybe next week? We will see. In the meantime enjoy the next chapter!

Damon pulled up to Elena's house and with a sigh Caroline got out. She leaned against the car and looked up at the house. A house that she used to not only felt welcome at but at home at. Not only did she have Klaus, his brothers and Bonnie to worry about she was forced to spend that time in a house full of people who openly hate the man she loves.

"You alright?" Rebekah asked as she approached Caroline.

Caroline was so happy and a bit relieved that Rebekah would be with her. She gave her a small smile that was almost entirely forced and shrugged her shoulders. Rebekah wrapped her arm around Caroline's shoulders and led her up to the porch and into the house.

The six of them; Damon, Stefan, Elena, Jeremy, Rebekah, and Caroline sat in the living room and were just silent for a while.

Finally Damon let out a sigh and broke the awkward silence. "I hope Klaus doesn't screw this up." He said to no one in particular.

Caroline and Rebekah immediately looked over at him. "Why don't you just keep your mouth shut!" Rebekah yelled.

Damon gave her his famous smirk. "There is no need for you to be here so you are welcome to leave if you don't like the conversation."

"I am here for Caroline."

"So take her with you!"

"Damon." Stefan said in a warning tone. "No one is going anywhere. We are all here together because it is safer."

"I just don't feel good about leaving our fate up to Klaus of all people. The guy is an evil lunatic." Damon said.

Caroline couldn't take anymore she got up from the couch and walked into the kitchen with out a word. Elena got up to go after her but Rebekah stopped her.

"I believe it was your boyfriend that made her upset so I will go see to her." Rebekah stood up and followed Caroline into the kitchen.

"I can't sit in this house anymore." Caroline said. "I am terrified something will happen to him and I have to listen to them bad mouth him. It's not fair." She said shaking her head.

Rebekah filled a glass of water at the sink then walked back over to Caroline said placed it in front of her. Caroline picked up the glass but all of the sudden she felt…weird. Almost like she was dizzy with a pounding headache…but she was a vampire it didn't make any sense. Seconds later the glass filled with water crashed to the floor and Caroline followed, falling to the ground herself.

"Oh my god!" Rebekah screamed as she immediately got down on the ground. "Caroline." She said as she shook her. "Stefan!" She called out.

Stefan and the others ran into the kitchen. ""What happened?" Elena asked.

"I don't know." Rebekah said not bothering to look away from Caroline. "She just fainted."

"Do…vampires faint?" Jeremy asked in a confused tone.

"No." Stefan said with a worried look on his face. He scooped Caroline up and brought her into the living room.

"What could it be?" Elena asked as Stefan carefully laid her down on the couch.

Everyone was silent as they continued to stare at Caroline and try to process what was happening.

Bonnie tracked Esther to the Salvatore tomb. The fact that Esther was allowing Bonnie to track her made Klaus a bit nervous but he tried to ignore it.

"Okay, look here is the plan." Bonnie said. "I need her blood to do the spell so we are going to link you all to me and once you have your hands on her heart I can put her to sleep." She explained simply.

"And you are sure this will work on her?" Klaus asked.

'Brother I have learned not to question witches over the years." Kol said with a smirk.

Bonnie ignored them both and instead handed each of the three brothers a vial of her blood. "Alright." She said after they each drank it. "Let's get this over with."

"Okay, so here is what we are going to do." Klaus began. "Bonnie will stay here. Kol you will go and take care of any guards…cause a distraction. Elijah you will take care of any guards that are left all the while I will sneak up and take care of getting my hands on her heart."

"Sounds easy." Kol said with a smile.

"Good." Klaus said with no humor.

"What's the matter brother?" Elijah asked as they got into the car to drive to Elena's.

Klaus shook his head and stared out the window. "It just seemed too easy." He said softly.

"You think it didn't work?"

"It worked." Bonnie said from the front seat. "Trust me, Esther is down."

"I hope you are right." Klaus replied.

Elena answered the door with Jeremy behind her. Jeremy immediately invited them all inside. Before any of them could ask why the siblings looked so concerned Klaus spotted Caroline on the couch.

Klaus was at Caroline's side within seconds. He knelt down and didn't take his eyes off her. "What happened?" Klaus asked in a panic.

"We don't know." Rebekah responded. "Her and I were in the kitchen and all of the sudden she just fainted and never came to."

Klaus stood up. "Bloody Hell!" He screamed. "Esther."

"Esther did this?" Elena asked. "So putting her to sleep didn't work?" Elena was starting to panic. Caroline and her had been going through some things and didn't see eye to eye on everything but she loved her. Caroline was her family and she never would want anything to happen to her.

"It worked." Bonnie said, easing everyone's mind a little. "She must have saved some of her blood and either cast it before we put her to sleep or it was some kind of safety if we tried anything."

"Okay:" Said Stefan trying desperately to keep his head on straight. "So what do we do?"

Bonnie looked up from Caroline and gave him an unsure nervous look. She shrugged her shoulders. "I don't know." Bonnie said softly.

"Well, we need to figure something out." Klaus growled as he walked towards Bonnie.

"Alright. Easy Klaus. We don't agree on much but I think everyone in this room wants to help Caroline."

"Just give me a minute to think." Bonnie said as she took a seat on one of the chairs.

Klaus bent down on his knees once again and gently brushed the hair off Caroline's forehead. "We will fix this, sweetheart. I promise you." He whispered. Klaus picked up her hand and carefully intertwined their fingers before giving her hand a gentle squeeze then bringing it up to his lips and placing a small kiss on top.

All of the sudden Caroline popped up, eyes wide open and looking confused. "What happened?" She finally asked.

"Oh My God." "Thank God." Everyone was saying all at once.

"You fainted." Rebekah finally responded.

Caroline looked back and forth between Klaus, Rebekah, Kol, and Elijah. "Elena, why are they in your house?"

"Sweetheart." Klaus began as he reached for her hand. Caroline pulled her hand away quickly and looked at him as if he were crazy. "What's wrong, Love?" He tried to reach for her hand again but she once again pulled away. Klaus looked into her eyes and she seemed different; she wasn't looking at him like she used to. It was almost like she was afraid of him.
