Things were amazing to say the least. Now that the couple was official, they wasted no time revealing it to the world. No matter the stares that followed her, Adeleine was in heaven. It was like an endless euphoria that could not be crushed.
Not even by Pansy's endless attempts to win Draco over could bring down her mood. Those were more of comedic reliefs than anything to be jealous about.
Draco was preparing for his match against Hufflepuff which should be any easy win considering Hufflepuff were extremely shit. Three of their best players had graduated the year before the war and so the majority of Hufflepuff's team were new. After their victory against Gryffindor, Slytherin was one step closer to winning the Quidditch Cup.
"We gotta eat breakfast before the game Malfoy!" yelled Blaise as he knocked on Draco's door.
"One sec" Draco yelled in reply as he put on the rest of his gear on. "Coming!"
Draco met Blaise at the entrance of his room and they walked down to the common room in their Slytherin quidditch gear. The rest of the team were already in the Great Hall eating breakfast and fueling up for the game.
The pair caught up with Theo who was sitting in the common room and the three walked all the way to the Great Hall where the girls plus Neville were waiting for them.
It was their turn to sit at the Slytherin table to Addy and everyone else were sitting at the Slytherin tables, ignoring the look that Pansy continued to give her.
"Morning love" Draco greeted as he kissed Addy on the cheek.
Addy blushed and Athena cooed teasingly making Addy become more red than she already was. She was not used to seeing Draco Malfoy so soft and loving which was absolutely adorable.
"Are you guys nervous for your game?" Ginny asked, starting a conversation between everyone.
"No not really" Draco said arrogantly as he drank some of his pumpkin juice and wrapped an arm around Addy. Addy raised a disbelieving eyebrow.
Draco knew that they would win against Hufflepuff. It was a given fact. The only thing he wanted to do was impress Addy by catching the snitch and winning the game.
"You guys are definitely going to win" Ginny said determined, "Hufflepuff's shit this year since Richard Thorn left the year before. With Zacharias Smith as captain, Hufflepuff isn't going to be winning any games this year."
"Zacharias is not that bad" Neville reasoned and Ginny snorted. Blaise frowned as Neville proceeded to defend another man.
"His average for goal keeping is saving 2 per game" Ginny retorted and Neville sank down in his seat. There was no being able to defend the Hufflepuff team because everyone knew that they were the worst.
"He's terrible and that's why I know we're going to win" Draco said confidently. "Alright, we should go now for the game to get some early practice in."
"Alright" Addy responded with a nod.
"Want to come darling?" he asked.
Addy hummed, "Maybe later, I just need to finish breakfast first."
"Alright" Draco nodded, slightly disappointed but did not show it.
The Slytherin quidditch team walked out of the Great Hall with broomsticks in hand and made their way to the quidditch pitch. The Hufflepuff team were still in the Great Hall, all eating breakfast, but they seemed to have low self esteem.
"So..." Athena started, "Give us everything."
"Huh?" Addy asked confused.
Ginny clarified, "What she means is, have you guys shagged?"
"Well that's a really interesting way of asking if we had sex or not?" Addy muttered under her breath which earned a chuckle from Neville.
Theo who had not yet gone with the quidditch team and lagged behind began to involve himself in the conversation, looking up from his plate.
"They haven't shagged yet" Theo said and Addy hid her face to avoid further embarrassment about her sex life.
"And how would you know that?" asked Ginny with a smirk on her face to tease Theo.
"Because then Malfoy would have told us" Theo countered as he continued to eat slices of bacon and spoonfuls of scrambled eggs.
At Hufflepuff table Hannah Abbott was seated next to Zacharias Smith who continued to relentlessly try to flirt with her and put his arm around her shoulders. He boasted about how Hufflepuff would win even though most knew that Hufflepuff would not.
"That's great Zacharias" Hannah pat his shoulder awkwardly as she tried to remove himself from under his arms yet again.
Theo looked up to Hufflepuff table to catch a glimpse of the girl he loved so dearly. He was met with the sight of Zacharias Smith's arm around Hannah Abbott, but she looked extremely uncomfortable. Hannah turned to the Slytherin table, thankful to meet the eye of Theo in which she softly smiled at.
"Excuse me" she said to no one in particular as she got up from the Hufflepuff table and made her way to the Slytherin table. Frankly, she wasn't even sure if she should call it the Slytherin table since Ravenclaws and Gryffindors were sitting there as well.
"Where are you going?" Zacharias asked to her and she completely ignored him.
Hannah made her way to the Slytherin table, unknown to the hateful gaze that Zacharias was sending her way, or more in the way of a certain brown haired Slytherin.
"Morning" she greeted politely with a smile on her face.
"Morning Hannah" Addy greeted in return as Ginny and Athena began to chat with Hannah.
Addy made room for Hannah to sit right in between her and Theo. Ginny gave her a smirk and Theo's cheeks began to redden. Although, Hannah did not accept the seat as she was not staying for long.
"I just came to wish Theo some good luck" Hannah said, smiling at Theo. "So good luck, but I doubt you'll need it."
"Thanks" was all that Theo replied because his head was fuzzy.
Ginny stifled a snort at Theo's sudden shyness with Hannah while Addy nudged him teasingly. Athena and Luna were chatting with Neville about the upcoming match, making bets on who was going to win. It seemed that everyone was rooting for Slytherins while Neville decided to be nice and root for Hufflepuff, even though he knew they were going to lose.
"I've got to get ready, but I'll be watching you from the stands" Hannah said as she walked of, but not before giving Theo a good luck kiss on the cheek.
Hannah was long gone, but Theo continued to sit frozen in his spot with an immense red blush staining his cheeks.
Ginny and Athena began to giggle at Theo's composure and Theo began to blink rapidly before snapping back into reality.
Theo checked the clock in the Great Hall before realizing the match was starting in 20 minutes and should be down by the field.
"Shit!" Theo exclaimed as he rose from his seat in a hurry, "Got to go! Bye!"
"Probably going to wank that one off" commented Athena as Ginny concealed a loud snort.
Addy rolled her eyes, knowing that Theo was just going to the pitch for the quidditch match. She would be wearing Draco's green scarf out in support of him.

"Don't want to miss your boyfriend" teased Ginny as Addy was being dragged down to the pitch to get seats.
Addy rolled her eyes, but knew that it was true so didn't comment on it. Athena, Luna, and Neville followed as the five walked down to the pitch to get the best seats.
"I still think Gryffindor should be here, but if we beat Ravenclaw in the next one then we just might be able to have a chance at winning the cup" Ginny explained as Addy droned out her voice like she always did when Ginny spoke about quidditch.
The five got seats, one of the first people to arrive on the bleachers as more people began to roll in. There were many people from Hufflepuff, but it seemed that most of them were here out of sympathy for the Hufflepuff team.
For once, the Slytherin team had Gryffindor and Ravenclaw rooting for them. Addy hoped that the Slytherins would go easy on the Hufflepuff team and use less of their foul play.
"Here comes the Hufflepuffs led by Zacharias Smith. You know, I've met the guy in Dumbledores Army and let me tell ya-"
"Jordan!" Professor McGonagall interrupted with a snap.
"Sorry Professor. As I was saying, in comes Slytherin lead by Draco Malfoy. I think we all know what's going to happen this game and Hufflepuff is going to be absolutely demolished-"
"Jordan!"
"The snitch is up and let the game begin" announced Lee and Addy had to stifle a laugh every time McGonagall scolded him because she had brought it upon herself by hiring him in the first place.
Addy watched the tall blond boy with his quidditch gear on and she swore she practically melted. The sun kissed his pale face as his grey eyes twinkled. His hair blew in the wind as he sat high on his broomstick in search of the golden snitch.
"Nott in possession of the quaffle, oh! Parks steals the quaffle. Goyle hits Parks with bludger and now Zabini is in possession of the quaffle" Lee yelled, "Zabini goes in for a shot and Smith misses the block like usual."
"Jordan!" McGonagall scolded.
"What? Just stating the statistics" Lee brushed of off as he went back to announcing the game play.
Addy remembered the last match that she had went to when Draco had many fangirls who had posters in support of him, but now there weren't as many. Addy shouldn't have let her ego inflate from that, but it felt good, she had to admit.
Lee had announced that Slytherin had scored 3 more goals and Hufflepuff was yet to score. Addy saw Hannah in the stands, giving up on cheering for Hufflepuff when there was absolutely no use.
"The snitch has been spotted!" Lee yelled into the microphone as Draco and Kalissa (Hufflepuff's seeker) were neck in neck as they zoomed for the snitch.
Both had their hands out to reach the snitch, but it was no use for the Hufflepuff seeker as her Cleansweep 7 could not go as fast as Draco's Firebolt that he received on Christmas.
"Draco Malfoy has caught the snitch!" exclaimed Lee, "But are we really surprised there?"
"Jordan I swear-!"
"Alright Professor, I was merely praising Malfoy since he's caught the snitch both games so far. Slytherin might have a chance at winning the Quidditch Cup. Oh Merlin, it hurts to say that."
Addy burst into laughter at Lee as Draco held the golden snitch and his team surrounding him with cheers. She clapped for Draco has he flew down and he immediately pulled her into a kiss. She was taken aback, but ultimately melted into him.
Surrounding people burst into cheers as Addy laughed into the kiss. The two parted ways as Draco need to change for the Slytherin party as Hufflepuff sulked at their loss.
"To be continued" Draco whispered in the Addy's ear, sending shivers down her spine as she felt his hot breaths against her neck. Addy let out a breath as Draco walked away and she touched her cheeks to feel how flustered they were.
