A/N: Another 'eh' drawing by yours truly on my Pinterest btw for this chapter featuring the staredown between this chapter's fighters. Enjoy.

Chapter 35 - Movie, The Massacre Demon

The alert came on the air almost too suddenly and without clear warning. The students of class 1-A stopped dead in their tracks upon hearing the announcement. Something was incredibly wrong in Yuki's gut, somehow, an explosive device wasn't what she believed to be the result of the security alert.

Yuki held up her phone to the lot, displaying the lack of reception. "There's no signal?" Todoroki murmured, now he himself was considering a new possible reason for the warning

"It's strange that the security system would go on high alert, that's not the protocol for when a bomb is discovered." Melissa's worry nailed in the final lid to the coffin. Then the announcement blared once more

~-AS A PRECAUTIONARY MEASURE, MOST OF THE ISLAND BUILDINGS WILL NOW BE SEALED OFF. I REPEAT, WE HAVE-~ The rest turned to static as the shutters slowly came down across all the exterior windows and doors. Since they were on the second floor this meant the elevators were more than likely shut down too

"Something tells me this isn't just some 'bomb alert'," Even Kyoka was getting bad vibes from this

We must go | Something is wrong | Tracing Akio's devices tells me he is also outside

"He must have been alerted by Viral before..." That finally aided in confirming Yuki's next move. Stepping closer to Izuku she flashed a smile and gave a small wink before slipping her mask over her face. "Ready, SIVA?" A buzz to her muscles was a good indication

SIVA | Enhance | Ten Percent

"Wait, Yuki-!" It was far too late to stop her as he watched her rush from between his fingers, her dress reconfiguring into just black barding with a few red accents across her bracers, shoulders, chest, and thighs. A black fabric covering her hair.

Lunging at the last window to be sealed off, Yuki brought her right foot high and shattered the glass, narrowly escaping into the nighttime air, that's when she heard the wailing alarms not far from the Central Tower, and the black smoke rising a few streets away. Someone was attacking the island, and from the familiar signal, she may have just found the culprit to her constant ear-ringing.

Yuki didn't want to have to leave them so abruptly but if she was to uncover just why this strange signal that's frequency is similar to SIVA's she couldn't do that while locked behind several inches of reinforced steel. And if people were in trouble she had to help, her pounding heart only fueled this pressing matter faster, her mind flashing back to Kovik's attack in Hosu.

Incoming frequency | As we suspected, it's a variation of our nanomachines | They're... infecting metal?

"Sounds like the Consume preset, it has to be Kovik!" Her anger was boiling as she sprinted through the streets, people screaming and running away from the danger and back inside safely as to not be targetted by those drones for being outside for more than ten minutes.

Upon grasping a light post, Yuki flung herself onto the flaming street where the carnage ensued, the second her feet slid across the tarmac her body worked on reflex, bending backward as the remains of a car skimmed her mask, crashing into the road a few meters behind her. "Get back!" A pair of arms snagged her, pulling Yuki from the looming shadow that brought a large, winged arm through the road

The person landed, setting Yuki down, when she pulled away her eyes widened as she saw a man dressed in black. The figure slowly shambled to their feet, curved claws dug into the concrete while a tail flicked behind it, pointed and spiked as it too was draped in a blackish-grey cloth, ripped and weathered at the ends. It stood tall, somewhat hunched while spikes jutted from between the cloak, a strange, resonating vibration rattling across the vertebrae with a purple glow.

Arms and legs wrapped with rough bandages, locking the clothing underneath to the person, their mandible exposed under the hood as it adjusted it with two sharp fingers, the white nails sharpened. Underneath the jagged cowl, she saw the rows of sharp, cartoonish teeth twist into a frown, a single, purple eye, jagged like a scar peering through the fabric to its left.

"Hello again, Witch," Yuki glared at the nickname, Viral pointing a finger ahead. "Guess you're all the help I got, fair enough, though you shouldn't have gotten involved."

Yuki spun her head to Viral, jabbing his arm before motioning to the decimated street, she wasn't going to flee when she could help, and Viral didn't need some note to figure that out. "Your soul is so predictable," He raised his voice. "See this, Ravage, now I got the advantage! One super-crazy-strong nanotech-infused teenager!" He challenged his foe, he lowered his arms. "That sounded better in my head."

"Really now? Oh-oh, it's her, the girl with the awesome metal powers! Finally, I can start getting serious!" The creature in question was unlike anything Yuki had laid eyes on before. It looked similar to Viral

Skin inky black with strange, white cracks splitting dark blue, scaly arms, and legs. Whatever clothing that remained was torn from growth, the creature standing just a meter or two taller than Viral, so that was seven meters. Rising from the ground a massive, black horn swept through the dust. The monster possessed a pair of tusk-like fangs in its deformed mouth, four, crimson eyes staring back at them. The most discernable features out the horn were its posture, hunched slightly, and the heavy, studded club, the left point shorter and splintered.

"I've waited so long to fight you both, Viral again, and now Yuki too! My contractor is going to love this!" He was completely insane, cackling darkly to himself as he brought the right arm, the only one with the growing wing, up to his forehead, scratching curiously. "Why am I thinking about this? I just want a good, bloodied match, I want to see our blood stain the ground, fires to raged and snuff out the stars, come on, Viral, Yuki, show me your blood!"

"Incoming!" At Viral's obvious warning the two broke apart, allowing the literal bullet that was Ravage to fly past them, his arms ripping up two small cars, smashing them across the pavements as he turned, a small gust of wind leveling out after his initial charge. "This is Ravage, Nightmare of Rage, I thought I sent him into the exosphere but I must be a little weaker than I realized, shame too, now he's completely lost his mind."

'Any idea why he looks like some monstrous abomination?' Her note was plucked by his tail, himself chuffing

"His ability allowed him to take on the traits of monsters, when we found a world full of them he took a special liking to one that was called the Massacre Demon, and now it looks like whatever that weird white light is attached to his skin seems to be throwing him into a metamorphosis of some kind, and I do not want to be around when that happens." With one final glance at Yuki, Viral ran forward, gathering two purple orbs in his hands. "Don't hold back or you'll be gouged out on the spot!"

Taking his advice against his own kind no less, Yuki braced herself, the lightning intensifying while her body slowly started to convert, covering her barding further with the aid of metal in the debris, SIVA's wires snaking and infecting the metal as it meshed to her skin. Two arms emerged, and her helmet's left side grew with lack of a horn and wires, and now she had her crimson cape.

"SIVA. Enhance. Forty-Five Percent!" A rush of hot air blew across the road, Viral flying backward from the swipe of the large tail, followed by a sudden charge that slamming into his legs, tossing him into the ground

Moving in, Yuki drew her arms back, unleashing a volley of large energy attacks that battered Ravage's spine, through the red smoke a hand backhanded her away. Performing a one-handed flip she lunged again. "Perfected Smash!" The fist screamed and connected with Ravage's stomach

"Hehehe, is that all?" Yuki shuddered, pulling her hand back to find that Ravage barely even flinched, grinning down at her. A split-second later and she found his own arm buried against her stomach, tossing her into a car as it folded, her lungs emptied of air. When she blinked she had to quickly raise her arms as the Nightmare rammed the car, splitting it in two while throwing Yuki into the dirt with a cough

Her hand clutched a bloodied scar to her side where the horn tore across, the extra arm gradually regrew as she rolled back from a stomp that shook the earth, followed by an uppercut that clipped her chin. Drawing two longswords Yuki barely had a moment to think as she was put on a defensive retreat, deflecting the fists that inch-by-inch snapped the blades down to the hilts.

"Boop!" Viral's boots cracked against Ravage's jaw, scorching the Nightmare's face with green flames before forcing a knee against his chin, several strange, magic-looking circles ringing out from the contact. Finally, the blow threw Ravage back and into a wall. "You okay?"

SIVA | Augment | Shock Absorbers

Yuki gave a small nod, clenching her enhanced fists, her legs feeling sturdier. Viral added two rings of magic to either arm, cracking his knuckles as the black mass of rage flew from the building with its head down. Without backing down, Yuki threw a right hook while Viral copied with his left, their enhanced punches connecting to Ravage's forehead with a blast of hot air and several kinds of energy crackling between them.

Both struggled to hold their ground, pushing up on their toes to hold back Ravage, his eyes narrowed, stomping once, then again, seeing their arms struggle to hold him back. He could hear it, metal groaning, bones buckling, the heavy breaths the two took, down to the determined caution in their eyes. It was only satisfying his need for blood, but until he saw more crimson, he wouldn't ever be satisfied.

"Show me... your blood!" Ravage's bellowing roar rattled their bones, and finally the balance was tipped. Yuki felt her arm break just as Viral's folded back. Viral found himself impaled on the massive horn as the arm clothes-lined Yuki, smashing her through the ground as she watched helplessly as Ravage thrashed his head wildly, tearing into Viral's stomach, the horn spraying a dark mist into the dark skies

With one powerful backswing Viral flew loose only to be caught by the bulbous tail as the club made Viral's ribs reverberate of the carnage, Yuki practically horrified as his body crumpled to the floor in a twitching heap. Ravage laughed almost maniacally into the sky, his tail smacking off the ground as she watched in fright, his shadow growing, his shoulder slowly starting to bulge with new cobalt scales under his black skin.

"Like I'm through fighting just yet...!" Yuki bit her tongue and pried her legs up under her, the broken bone healing itself for her to stand, clenching all four fists tighter, blood dripping from her real palms as her vision sharpened further, drawing her power higher against the white noise in the back of her ears. "Fifty-Five... P-percent!"

From the sky, Viral spun over a thresh of the tail, spinning as he drove his glowing fist through the thigh, lunging up and over a clockwise tail-swipe, spinning down with a powerful ax-kick, followed by a palm-heel strike to block the tremendous force of Ravage's right hook. This caused the Nightmare to buckle, leaving him wide for several slashes through the scales, spraying black blood with every deep incision.

Ravage swung round, the horn gazing Viral's face before diving headfirst in front of him and Yuki, the tail swiping them away. The two ran just as the Nightmare flew from the earth, showering them in the dirt as his roar stretched across the street, crashing into the ground to thrash his tail wide, almost catching Yuki while she leapt over the appendage, firing two energy spheres that merely dispersed across his armored skull.

He dug his horn low to throw three massive boulders to obscure their view, himself charging and battering Viral across the road with minimal effort. The smaller stones pelting my Yuki's arms, the onyx horn clashing with her palms as both lower limbs snapped under the strain, his strength wasn't like Kovik or even Nomu, it was probably reaching All Might's level! The force was bending Yuki at her knees, her arms starting to tremble.

Ravage suddenly spun around, the tail decimating her armor and catching her side, throwing her face-first before she rolled to evade the tail and the rocks split from the earth under the sheer weight of the attack. All Yuki could do was keep her distance and dive whenever Ravage would go for a high-velocity charge, and his wide swings with his massive club of a tail made advancing on his blindspots very hit-and-miss.

Springing into action, Yuki suddenly warped through and before Ravage, forcing him into defense as her fists connected to his chest one after the other with resounding force, the air bending into his skin with every strike she desperately threw with all the strength she could muster. Every strike creaked in her bones, the seconds ticked back with the slap of metal against flesh, one solid cross to the chest barely made him flinch at all, his hand dusting off the scuff mark.

Seething with rage, Viral then appeared next to her, the two nodding then combining their attacks, his energized strikes, and her own shock-absorbant blows finally causing Ravage to buckle backward, himself losing ground as he let the attacks riddle his body with pain. His muscles tore and bones were broken, the pain practically blinded him to any other sense, yet he refused to raise his fist at all.

"Now! Nightmare-" Viral brought his right hand back, bolts of dark red and vibrant purple crackling between his claws.

"Devil's-" Yuki did the same only instead it was merely scarlet that overtook her arm, her veins glowing beneath the armored mesh.

"-Rain!" "-Ruin!"

With their combined might two concentrated beams crashed down on Ravage, scorching the earth and blowing out half the fires in the area with a single, unified move that tore up the tarmac, leaving only a molten path in their wake and a plume of dust between them.

Both fighters lowered their arms, Yuki cranking back down to a safe forty-percent as her arms twitched from overuse, she more than likely tore some muscle. Viral chuckled a little, dusting off his hands while noting the strange, white markings had appeared on his stomach. "What the -" His eyes bulged. "Cra-!"

Neither had any time to react, Yuki felt her vision cloud under the vice-like hold Ravage pulled her into, Viral suffering the same fate, even as he seared the Nightmare with cursed flames. "This was fun, but I have a job to do!" He snarled, tossing Viral to grab him by the leg, flattening the Nightmare into the concrete, then he pulled up and battered Yuki across the back with Viral.

Tossing his old ally aside, Yuki was left standing before Ravage, barely able to keep her feet under her as she watched his arm rotate, flexing out the muscles before the fist came crashing into her mask, shattering the bottom half as she yelped, his fingers tugging her back by her thin ponytail.

"Die," A fist rose to the left, Yuki's visuals crackling and barely rendering the image with static, but she knew what was coming, trying to press for an attack with her shaky fist, neither of her additional arms responding as she felt they had been torn off. Ravage took note of her reluctance to fall, grinning. "Yes, fighting until the bitter end, I like your style, you really know what it means to put your life on the wire!" His fist came craning round. "I respect you, girl."

With a wave of wind and debris, the fist made direct contact with the individual, their body crashing through the nearby shop, once again basking the empty street in flames and silence before Ravage, his eyes leering toward the Central Tower.

"Shame, I wanted to fight some more," He shrugged, patting off the blows to his torso before noting his other arm finally grew a leathery wing. Giving it a small wave, he bent at the knees and then took off with a single, powerful push. "I'll collect her soul later, maybe Viral if he's not dead, I hope he continues to fight like her, hehehehahahaha!"

With the heroes restrained, Red Eye pressed another button, display the security feeds from the drones that would otherwise become active across the island. "See all those drones, and the people they're safeguarding? Well, imagine if one of you decides to start something I might just let them see all those innocent lives as nothing more than highly dangerous criminals," He shrugged wide, staring back at All Might. "We wouldn't want that, right?"

Now with his threat established he moved for All Might, seeing the pro struggle against the binding, he was going to break it any moment now so he brought back his arm and promptly punched the Symbol down to the ground with a slight chuckle. "How's that? Been a while since a villain landed a hit on you," He stood on his head, leaning closer. "If you know what's good you'll stay down, All Might,"

Taking his foot off the hero he motioned to the rest in the room. "If you all stay as you are I won't have to kill anyone, hero or not, I'm only here for one item, once myself and my partner obtain this item we'll leave you all in peace, sounds fair, and it is," He sat down on the edge of the stage, waving his hand. "So, which one of you know how to crack the seal on the firewalls in this Tower? I'll need their brainpower, or better yet, their security clearance to access the vault, anyone willing to volunteer?"

No one said a word, so he got up and slowly made his way through the crowds of heroes and people. During this time, All Might looked to his friend. "Dave..."

He shook his head, pressing his lips into a fine line. "Toshi, don't do anything," He then gave a nod. "I'll handle everything, no one will get hurt, I swear."

"What do you villains want!?" One hero bellowed, earning a kick back down to the floor

"Would you quit whining, I'm trying to work - Also, open your ears, there's no ulterior motive, I just want one thing and that's that," Moving away, he then added with a click of his fingers. "That's right, the one that hired us said if we found a girl he told us to kill her without hesitation, what was her name...?" He pondered mockingly, then chuffed. "Oh that's right, Azuru Yuki, he was very adamant about her demise."

All Might visibly tensed at his student's name, no, she, much like Dave and Melissa was more like family, and that royally pissed him off. "I want to help but if I move... Young Azuru, please be okay."

"You, 'Sam' is it?" Red Eye asked, the assistant to Dave nodding slowly

"Yes, I am."

"Good, you'll do, take him up," As this occurred, Dave made his move

"Wait, stop, he's my assistant, what do you plan on doing to him!?" Dave demanded, and he swore the glint in Red Eye's mask gleamed a little brighter

"David Shield, that's right, you're the one... hmm, very well, take them both, and be gracious, this man's the very reason we're here," Patting the famous scientist on the back he motioned to his men. "Keep the rabble under wraps, anyone moves, kill 'em if you have to, though I'd prefer not needing to cause any more bloodshed tonight."

"Oh, and don't think about refusing to come with me," Red Eye turned to the motionless scientist, cocking his head a little. "Otherwise that 'Azuru' brat won't be the only one to die screaming tonight, get me?" Not a word. "Good, now hurry along, we haven't all night for this."

"Dave, I have to subdue these villains, grah!" All Might struggled in the binding. "But how much power do I even have left!? I have to find a way, because I am here, the Symbol of Peace!" It was a losing battle, or until something bright flickered in his eye. "Huh? Young Midoriya!?" The freckled boy in question was high above the event hall, standing just on the edge of a balcony that overlooked the hall safely

"Okay, he knows that we're here," He put his phone away, eyeing Jiro who plugged her jack into the ground. "Kyoka, is your jack in place?"

She gave a nod, "Yeah, ready."

"You can talk to us, we're listening," He mouthed out the words and did a few hand signals to broadcast the message to All Might. He leaned closer to the ground, keeping his voice barely above a whisper

"Hope you can hear me, some villains have taken the Tower. They have control over the security system and everyone on this island is now their hostage," It was a fleeting battle already, the villains had planned and overthrew most of his ideas already. "That includes all the heroes at the party, it's dangerous, get away from here as soon as possible."

After taking in all that information, Kyoka felt her chest tighten, knowing Yuki was still out there and possibly fighting some of the villains alongside Akio. "This is bad, Izuku." His expression mirrored her own

"We've received All Might's orders loud and clear, he's our teacher, I say we follow his instructions and escape this place otherwise we'll be going against his will," Iida kept his foot down, the situation was far too risky for some haphazard rescue attempt

"I'm afraid I have to agree with what Iida is saying," Even Yaoyorozu wasn't looking at this optimistically, how could she? It was much worse than the USJ Incident, even worse than Hosu from the reports she read. "We're still just students, we can't fight these villains without our hero licenses."

That sprung an idea in Kaminari, "Why don't we get out of here and tell the heroes outside," Kaminari smiled

"It's not going to be that easy," Melissa frowned. "The security is the same kind used in Tartauros Prison, the chances of us escaping are next to impossible."

"Then all we can do is sit and wait until everything is over I guess," He immediately deflated

"And you really okay with that, Kaminari?" Kyoka snapped, standing up angrily

"What choice do we have?" He argued

"Don't you think we should atleast try and stop them?" It wasn't right. How can she sit here, any of them sit here, while their friends our out there probably risking their lives right now? "Hell, Yuki's out there right now probably fighting more of their lackeys, and I can say for certain that idiot Akio is out there too."

Todoroki lowered his eyes to his hand. "Aren't we trying to be Pros ourselves?" It wasn't so conflicted, why should they sit by and watch others suffer just because law states they can't do what's right?

"Well yes, but we aren't allowed to work as heroes, you know that?" Yaoyorozu pointed out gently, this didn't alleviate his conviction

"Does that mean... it's right for us to do nothing at all?" "Yuki went out there without our aid, she's putting her life out for us again, just like Hosu when we did nothing." That infuriated him, to think he was once more useless when her life was in jeopardy

Silence clouded them all. Some wanted to do more than sit by and let the villains call the shots. Others wanted to heed All Might's words, afraid of causing more harm than good. And no one knew who should be the first to speak out.

"Yuki didn't give up," Izuku breathed, "She went ahead and made her choice, so... I want to help." He raised his head with a fire in his eyes

"Really, Deku?" Ochaco asked

"I want to save them," He wasn't backing down. "This is completely different from the USJ and Hosu!" That caught Iida's attention. "We don't have to fight them, we just have to figure a way to rescue All Might and others trapped at the party without facing the bad guys."

Kaminari raised his hand. "That's easy to say, but you know it won't be that simple-"

"I know but I still want to try! We can figure out the best course of action and keep these criminals from winning, we can save everyone!" There wasn't a person that could sway his conviction now. Not when his friends, innocent lives, his teacher, the person he cared for more than anything in the world was on the line

"Are you sure?" Ochaco asked

"I know where the security system is," Melissa spoke up, stepping toward Izuku confidently. "It's on the top floor of this Tower, if these criminals managed to take control of it, then the authentication locks have probably been disabled, we should be able to restart the system ourselves." She tapped her chin. "We just have to stay off the radar until we reach the top floor,"

"If we do that the whole island would be safe again." That was all Izuku needed to hear

"Then it's possible."

"Woah, what the heck is that thing!?" Kaminari cried out

"You're all right, doing nothing is boring, so why follow baseless rules when they are morally incorrect?" The chilling voice startled the teens as the window was pried open, allowing the dark figure to slump through the narrow passage, grinning at the lot while mist slowly hissed off his body. "Man, my wounds feel like your emotions, utterly atrocious."

Viral stumbled through, then they all noticed the injured Yuki clung to his back. The second Izuku saw this, alongside Todoroki the two sprung to save her. "Let her go, now." Todoroki glared, raising his hand that slowly trickled with frost

"Oh no, frostbite, whatever shall I do?" Viral rolled his remaining eye, chuckling. "For your information, I'm the only reason she's breathing, so, maybe lower your attacks before I promptly lose my last nerve, and I had many of them torn apart."

"Wait, guys, stop, he's on our side!" Kyoka rushed to keep them back, putting her hands forward. "This is Viral, the one that saved my ass and Bakugo's during our internships."

Yuki's hand then pushed off Viral's shoulder, displaying her repaired mask as she gave a twitchy wink. "Yuki!" Izuku moved to help her off Viral's back, herself almost falling into his arms weakly. "What happened? How did...!" He froze, even Viral fell back to clutch his stomach as Yuki moved her hand from her side

Both had a small patch of white lines across their side, and if they stared closer they could see that the white infection seemed to be growing. It had infected both Yuki's body and her armor. "Whatever happened, we're infected with the same virus that's messing with the island's systems, heh, Ravage sure got himself an upgrade this last time."

"Wait, he's still alive?" Kyoka gaped

"Who's 'Ravage'?" Yaoyorozu questioned them both

"He's like me, a Nightmare, and very obsessed with fighting," Viral rolled his hand at that. "While that knockout I gave him did put a damper on his ego that wasn't enough to kill him, unfortunately, now it seems he's hellbent on ending this vendetta he has with me, and whoever hired him gave him the power to do so, hence this... virus." He patted the skin that hummed a snow-white

'He's too strong, even at fifty percent he tore me apart, I almost died if not for Viral' That message alone atleast took some of the heat off Viral, himself chuckling

"Well, guess we'll find a way to kill them once we get to the top of this tower!" He smiled, sitting upright. "Oh, right, come on out, Akio, I think the cat's well and truly out of the bag."

"Wait-wait, are you sure?" Kyoka pressed with worry, unsure if this was a smart choice. He merely raised a hand and patted the rocker's head.

"I'll live with it, besides, almost every hero in Japan knows who my Host is so at this point, who really cares for secrets?" Without another word, he pulled at his own chest and tore out the quirky, faux-haired teen as he face-planted the floor. "Whoops."

"AKIO!?" Almost all of them blurted out, his wary smile and wave more than an acceptable answer

"Hey, guys, ow, that hurt," Kyoka and Todoroki helped him to sit upright, his hand clutching his side, it too sporting the same infection. "I liked it better when the bad guy actually stops fighting, man, now I know how it feels to be utterly trashed."

"Are you okay? What about that wound?" Kyoka kept checking him over, her face filled with worry. "You idiot, both of you, you shouldn't have rushed in, again! You're not invincible, dammit!"

"...Sorry, Kyo," Akio smiled weakly, rubbing her cheek. "But if it meant attempting to stop another mistake of ours from ruining lives, then so be it." She wanted to hit him but right now she'd let it slide

"Yuki, don't try and stand up," Izuku did however help her sit upright. She threw off her mask, letting herself sigh heavily as she stared back at her friends with a drained look in her eyes. Then she felt Izuku's hand grip her tighter. "I... I should have tried more," "She's hurt again because I just stood around and did nothing!"

Her finger shot forward, cracking against his forehead. 'Stop thinking that, we can't waste time worrying over what people should have done better, I shouldn't have rushed in myself, and I paid the price, we both did' She eyed Viral and Akio, then she looked to Iida. 'What's the situation in the event hall?'

"Bad, the villains have trapped the heroes and have taken over the entire system, I don't know what they're planning but I feel you should know." Iida's eyes then met Viral and Akio. "You both know the one in charge, clearly with some history."

"Yeah, what gives, how come you know each other?" Kaminari accused

"I only met him when he tried to attack Kyoka and Bakugo," Akio defended, scratching his head. "Anything else is all blurs and feelings I don't understand."

Viral slowly laughed to himself, slapping his knee with his tail. "What a grand stage that old kidder has set. People lives on the line, an infection that will probably kill me, Akio, and Yuki, and he's even stronger than before! Hahaha, ooooh, I'm going to enjoy killing him this time."

"Hold on, 'Kill'?" Iida asked, glaring down at the vigilante. "You would needlessly kill another? Are you okay with that? Who am I kidding, you're no better than he is!"

"Hahaha," Viral's eye snapped to a thin glare. "Boy, I am more than some villain, I've slaughtered civilizations, left other worlds in ruin, killed mothers, children, ripped apart nations, and left nothing behind," He sat back, enjoying the looks of horror on their faces. "I'm not trying to make up for my sins, but if I can atleast do something right before I die someday, that'll be enough for me," His finger stretched forward. "Do you think someone like me, or better yet, someone like Ravage cares for lives?"

No one dared to speak. "Exactly!" His eye shot wide with his crocodile smile. "You don't have any midnite to banish his soul, no divine powers, no other way to contain him other than me, if you want to save this island, then I'll need to be the one to pluck out his soul," Then he suddenly coughed, spitting out white gunk. "B-besides, if we don't kill him, this virus will consume the three of us whether we like it or not."

"Then there's no time to waste," Todoroki shot up beside Yuki

"Todoroki..." Yaoyoruzu whispered

"We may only be students, but sitting here, waiting for my friends to die doesn't make me anything more than a failure and a coward," He held back his temper for the moment. "If we have a plan, then I'll follow through with whatever you've got planned, Midoriya."

"Like you're gonna leave me out of this," Kyoka yanked Akio to his feet, the boy patting his chest. "Count me in, someone's got to keep this idiot on his feet."

"You've already got mine and Viral's help!" Akio saluted, Viral's own hand coming up to tug on the tip of his hood

"You're a smart one, Midoriya, I shall heed your instructions, just so long as I can carve out that monster's soul myself," Then he dropped his gaze a moment to his dark hand. "I made a vow to free all the damned souls that did not deserve to die, and he's held onto his for far too long."

"You guys..." Izuku smiled a little, the once hopeless situation was starting to lift itself back from the brink. Then a tug on his arm alerted him to Yuki, herself rising with her mask strapped to her face. "Wait, but-" She jabbed him with her finger

'I'm not some damsel in distress here, Kovik is clearly the one that gave him this virus, so this is every bit as my responsibly as yours' She shoved the note into his chest. 'I know you're worried, I am too, but remember I almost came close to death before thanks to a virus, and I refuse to have history repeat itself'

"Hey, Viral, can't you just shadowport up to the top of this place?" Kyoka inquired, with a brow. He tapped his chin, then knocked his fist against the wall, the shadows remaining the same. "Oh, well that sucks."

"Whatever this stuff is, I can't shadowport, nor can Yuki hack the systems with SIVA, seems that Kovik really thought this through," Then he deflated. "All this and he gave the virus to the emptiest head from my old team... well, least it's not Harrow."

"Back to the security, I doubt we can just sneak through this whole tower without being noticed?" Kyoka raised a valid point, and without Yuki's access to anything electrical it meant they were at the disadvantage

"The security hasn't detected us yet, meaning they probably don't know how to operate the system entirely," Melissa informed them

"So we avoid fighting anyone and try to get the place back to normal, that could work," Todoroki abridged the plan, executing it was harder though but atleast it wasn't just a headlong charge into battle

"Not bad, whattaya think?" Kaminari voiced

"Let's do it." Kyoka and Akio declared together with a knowing smile

"It's likely many of our enemies are gathered there on the top floor," Yaoyorozu pointed out, wary of the unavoidable conflict

"Then I'll carve through them," Viral sneered. "I won't kill them but I certainly won't let them stop us, besides, running into Ravage is unavoidable so leave him to me and Akio, we're the only ones with the capable regeneration factor to survive."

"But if we're fast we won't have to fight them at all!" Izuku's declaration drew all their skeptical eyes, he had been given it thought for a while now, every possible variable, and now his less probable scenarios checked out with Viral and Yuki present despite their growing injuries. "Once the security system goes back to normal All Might and the others will be released, they'll immediately jump into action and stop the villains, I know it!"

"You can count me in too, guys!" Ochaco stood tall with her fists held close. "I'm with Yuki, I don't want to sit around being helpless, not when there's something we can do! It doesn't matter if we've made mistakes! The important thing is we're helping people even if we're not real heroes!"

"The moment I think we've gone too far, it's over," Iida spoke up, adamant about his choice. "If that's something you can agree to I'll join you as well."

"Okay!" "Thanks Iida!"

"Even though you say that no dice," Akio waved, pointing to his infection as it grew. "If we back out we're done for, sorry Rep, but I value mine, my Nightmare, and my friend's lives more than rules, hope that's okay?"

Iida smiled. "I understand, I wouldn't want any of you to die because of my stubbornness, just be cautious unless absolutely necessary."

'You got it, Rep!' Yuki winked

"Hey, obviously I'm in!" Kaminari declared.

"Of course I will also assist you as well." Yaoyorozu offered. With everyone on board, Izuku approached Melissa

"Melissa, you can wait down here for us okay?" That didn't look to fly with her or Yuki, her hand shakily raising with a deadpan look on her mask

"No, I'm going too." She answered strongly. While she understood where Izuku would be leading with this, it was not just the people of the island but her Uncle, her best friend, and her father who were in danger

"But, without a Quirk, you'll be in danger," He tried to reason but he saw it, the same spark he held in his eyes time-and-time again when others told him the risks and the dangers, and how many times he refused to listen, following his own heart

'Hate to burst your protective bubble, Zuzu, but I can't make heads or tails of the tech without my Quirk, I may be smart but tech-smart isn't my strong suit' You'd think she'd have picked some stuff up, and she has, just nothing past basics

"Yuyu's right, I don't suppose any of you know how to change the island security system?" A silence and a few murmurs decided her role. "I'm a student at the academy, I'll be useful to you," Placing her hand by her heart she took the risks on the chin. "I know I'll be at risk constantly, and I'll probably get in your way, but until we get to the top floor please, I want to help, people are in danger!"

"You heard the nice lady, buddy!" Akio bumped Izuku's side. "Let's face it, without Yuki at her best we'd probably trip half the security sensors." Even as Kyoka flicked him across the head with her jack she couldn't deny the likelihood of this occurring

"Yeah, alright then," He turned to the rest, holding out his fist. "Let's do this!"

Yuki took her hand in his, 'We'll save everyone!'

All Might was still unable to move, and now his body was beginning to suffer the effects of prolonged muscle form, if he lost his control now then he'd have bigger things to worry about other than just the lives at risk. "I hope the students found a way out of the building in time..." His eye then caught a glimpse of two figures up above, and his worst fears were proven. "Oh no."

Izuku and Yuki shared a look, then nodded to their teacher. "That look in their eyes, don't tell me, please, run away!" They both shook their heads solemnly

"We know what you're thinking." "We can't run from this."

"It's too dangerous!"

"But we have to do whatever we can to help." "Whatever it takes to save everyone."

"Young Midoriya... Azuru." The words of that villain flashed in his mind, if they knew and they will were going to go through with this then he had no chance in stopping them now

"It'll be okay, you'll see!" With that, Izuku took Yuki's hand and the two ran off

"They're not going to leave, I know I should be furious that they're both ignoring their teacher's wishes," The leaking vapor was slowing down, his muscles shaking. His trademark smile broadened at their valor, "But who am I kidding?"

The two ran back to the group, Yuki keeping SIVA powered down to keep the acceleration of the virus from spreading, Viral had to do the same as he found out upon aiding Yuki in their escape from the streets.

"If Midoriya didn't act right now he wouldn't be my successor, and Azuru I know would follow through by his side, no matter what stood in their way! I'll just have to keep this form up, and trust they can get us out of this situation on their own." He could see it now, his students triumphing over this evil.

"We're counting on you, fledgling heroes."

"Okay, let's go!" Iida declared

"RIGHT!" 'Aye, Sir!'

To Be Continued...

What a crazy ride this was, so yeah, Ravage is a villain from Akio and Viral's side of this universe, he's more of the 'punch first, ask never' kind of guy. The next two parts will cover this Movie as a whole, or I might join them together, depends. Wonder if anyone can figure out just what Ravage is imitating ;)

I also wanted to apologize if the character interactions seemed brief near the end, there's alot of conversation but I didn't want to bore you with so many unnecessary details and overloading plot points such as everyone figuring out Akio is a vigilante (Well his Nightmare, Viral, is). I hope you enjoyed, appreciate the support as always, seeya in the next chapter heroes!

Next Chapter: Movie, Against the Clock

Yuki: This virus... I can feel it crawling through my body

Akio: Red is yellow and I don't think it's supposed to be that way?

Viral: This is worse than that time I ran down a hallway of plugs facing upward

Yuki: We need to stop Ravage, even if we have to tear this tower apart

Akio: Anarchy solves all problems!

Viral: Amen, Go Beyond-!

All: Plus Ultra!
