Two corrie gaurds I didn't recognize took Letta to the military prison.
I joined the Jedi in the burial room along with some of the officers and the chancellor.
"One with the force they are. And our job is to remember that we will in time also pass on. Luminous beings are we but temporary vessels, our bodies are. And we shall all find ourselves here in time. A moment of silence I ask to remember and to move on." Yoda said." Live for the living Jedi we must. Live through us forever they will." Yoda clacked his cane on the floor and the bodies descended into the ground. Tarkin Anakin Ahsoka Barris and I walked through the hall.
" so what happens to Letta know?" Ahsoka asked.
"The bomber has been moved." Tarkin said
"Moved? where? Why should she be moved? Ahsoka asked
"The republic military has taken her into custody." Tarkin said
"But why? This is a Jedi matter, isn't it?" Ahsoka protested
"Clones were killed which makes this terrorist attack a military matter. An attack on the Jedi is an attack on the Senate." Tarkin said
"Admiral Tarkin is right.Letta isn't a Jedi. It's not for us to be judge and jury over the citizens of the republic." Anakin said
"If Letta a guilty she's guilty and should be dealt with."Ahsoka said
"Calm down Ahsoka. Remember revenge is not the Jedi way." Anakin said Ahsoka crossed her arms and looked sheepishly at the ground
"The evidence seems clear, Ahsoka. Nothing will ever change." Barris said sadly.
"The chancellor feels very strongly that the Jedi be removed from as many military matters as possible. You yourselves said that you're peacekeepers not soldiers."Tarkin said
"Brave words for a man who was saved from a large amount of suffering by the Jedi" I said. He didn't say anything and stepped into the elevator.
"I have many things to attend to good day masters. Ahsoka. Barris said walking off
"Go be with your friend Ahsoka." Anakin said.
"I'm headed to the clone barracks let me know if you need me" i said offering a small smile. Anakin nodded and I walked through the temple halls.
I stepped into the 501st barrack a rowdy cheer roared from they're.
"What's going on?" I chuckled.
"Fives changed Commander Wolfe to an arm wrestle" Tup said giddily. I Poked my head into the room and saw Fives struggling against Wolfe. I chuckled. Wolfe have one last force and Fives lost.
"Fives you should know better than that." I chuckled. He rubbed his wrist gently.
"Ah shut it Lillee" he grumbled.
"Maybe you should wrestle with him." Tup chuckled
"Bet" I grinned. I took commander Wolfe's seat grabbing fives hand. We pushed against each other.
"Ahsoka was arrested for killing Letta." Anakin said as he came into the room. I whipped around
The 501st stood completely straight. Rex Anakin and I took off.
"Stay alert and ready to go" Rex shouted as we exited the door.
We sprinted to the speeder and hopped in. We flew too the prison alarms blared. We took of into the prison. We rounded the corner to see fox kneeling over three clone troopers bodies
"The suspect has killed three clones, code red. If you see the target shoot to kill." Fox said
"Belay that order commander Fox." Anakin said
"She's killed troopers." He protested
"I know commander Tano she would never do something like this." Rex protested
"Then who did?"Fox shot back
"Quiet!" Anakin barked" Ahsoka it's me Anakin. Stop running." He shouted
"You can't help me master. Someone's setting me up." She shouted back
"I believe you Ahsoka." I shouted
"But no one else will. " she replied.
"Keep searching until we find her. Rex call security tell them we need to search the entire base now!" Anakin barked he took of running. Rex comlink beeped
"General skywalker had just issued an all points bulletin on commander Ahsoka Tano. She's killed three clones and should be considered armed and dangerous." Rex said hesitantly
We ran through the base looking for Ahsoka. We stepped outside our eyes peeled. Ahsoka was perched on a clone statue.
"Quick stop her before she gets to the ship!" Fox shouted. She took us following her the corrie guard shot at her. They blew up the ship and she booked it down the steps.
"She's headed to the pipeline" Fox said
"Set weapons to stun. I want her alive" Anakin barked. We took off.
It started to rain almost as if Coruscant cried for the commander
"Do not shoot to kill do not shoot to kill try to box her in don let her escape. Tell me what you see oddball Anakin barked into his comlink.
"She's moving west along the central viaduct. Alright we've got her now" Oddball said "not so fast commander." We made a stop as clones surrounded her I removed my helmet to reassure her she shared a look with Anakin and leapt away
"Ahsoka!" He shouted she drilled a hole in the pipe and dove in. Clones followed after her. We followed suit. Anakin stopped before ducking down a bend. We ran through going under fans. Awe split from the group again turning left. We stopped at the e dog a pipe.
"Ahsoka what are you doing?" Anakin asked
"You didn't even try to come help me." She said
"They wouldn't let me in to talk to you." Anakin protested.
"You could have if you tried." Ahsoka shouted
"How would that look Ahsoka huh? Forcing my way in would've made you look even more guilty." Anakin said
"I'm not guilty!" She cried
"Then we have to prove your innocent. The only way we can do that is by going back." Anakin said
"I don't know who to trust." She said
"Listen I would never let anyone hurt you Ahsoka never. But you need to come back and make your case to the council." Anakin shouted
"No. I'm not going to take the fall for something I didn't do!" She shouted
"I'm ordering you to put down your lightsaber and come with me now!" Anakin barked."you can trust me."
"General Skywalker where are you? "A trooper shouted.
"I do trust you. But you know as well as I do that no one else will believe me." She said she looked out into the underworld."Anakin you have to trust me now."
"Ahsoka I do trust you." He protested
"I know you do." She said"wish me luck." I sent her a knowing look and she nodded. She lept from the tunnel the three of us rushed forwards watching her plummet landing on a a ship. I placed a hand on Anakins shoulder
