Jays POV.

This is another mission. I am so not excited for this. Same old stuff, ya know.

"I get to go on a mission with Nya. I get to go on a mission with Nya. La la la la!" I cheered while flying down the Bounty's anchor toward the two twin towers. "With Nya! A mission! Just us!" I was maybe a little excited. "WITH NYA GUYS!"

"Shut it, Jay."

"After you, Cole! Man, someone is jealous! Just because she's amazing."

"Actually, I'm Lloyd."

"I so knew that."

"Mhmm."

"Don't doubt me!"

"I'm not!"

"Be jealous and die."

"Uh?"

I landed with a flip and stood the stance of fighting. Cole followed my position, but landed with his arms crossed. Nya, my love, I mean just Nya, landed next to me, catching my hand in hers.

Sigh. Have I told you how beautiful she is? Her gorgeous laugh seems to tinkle in my ears. I wonder if she has a love potion or something, because I'm under her spell. Her laugh though...

"Hee haw, snort ha ha haw."

Nya?

Oh no, that was just Cole. He was laughing because I was under Nya's influence on how good she looked in a ninja suit, and was supposedly drooling.

Zane came next, landing with shurikens in each hand. His face was firm and fierce, yet calm and kind.

"My landing was the best," Cole bragged.

"I liked Nya's. It was like skydiving, and I have always wanted to go do that someday." I smiled at the black haired beautiful, perfect, smiling, girl. She giggled. My heart fluttered.

And then there's Lloyd.

Three flips, with a small shot of wind flying around us from the speed, he met the ground. He landed with his legs out and his fist smacking the cement, causing a tremor and a small crack flying through the roof of the one tower because of the force, not the earth power. His eyes flashed green as he smiled at us all, blowing a piece of hair out of his eyes. He snatched his two half swords and chopped the air in front of him, smirking his famous smile.

"Let's roll."

"I disagree," Zane told Cole to the face as Lloyd had flipped down through an opening in the roof. "Lloyd had the coolest entry."

"Whatever," Cole grumbled. "Beginners luck."

Lloyds head popped back up. "Hurry up!" he hissed.

Cole rolled his eyes and raced after Lloyd, going through the entrance from the roof, following his 'babysitter.'

Zane flipped down and went through a window.

Nya smiled at me.

She's so perfect. I think I might be in lo-

"Hey!" Cole hissed from the place he disappeared from. "Get a move on it, lover people's. We have a mission and don't delay!"

I growled at him and he gasped, quickly disappearing again.

"So, how are we going to get in?" Nya asked, putting her hand on her hip. "We can't go the same way as them since we are looking for Kai."

"Mhm?" I wondered. "Any ideas?"

Her eyes twinkled. "Skydiving?"

"AHHH," I screamed, flying down an air vent and letting my voice echo everywhere. "We are all gonna die!" I started panicking, not being able to get enough air. "Help help help help! I will never ever wish to go skydiving again! I'm gonna die!"

I smacked my face in an air vent, finally reaching the bottom of the tunnel. Now my face has an indent of a grate on it.

Great.

Heh heh. See what I did there?

"Wee!" Nya's voice echoed around. "That was so fun! Let's do it again!"

Again? AGAIN?! Come on Jay, breathe! It's air, good for you.

I can't believe she wants to do it again.

"Nya, remember the mission," I reminded gently once I had caught my breath. "Look for Kai."

Nya frowned. "Right!" She looked through the grate. "Well, I don't think we need to look very hard." She pointed downwards, toward the grate, where there was an indent of my face. I looked beyond that.

I stared through the grate down below. Right beneath us, was Kai. With Ember. They were talking, but I couldn't really hear what they were saying. But just a hint, I feel like since Kai was dressed in all black with red designed stitching, he's gone bad.

"Zane!" I urgently tried to get the nindroids attention. "I found the bird! She is with the elephant with blue whale blood, who looks like he is part baboon, and has a big nose with hair!" Nya slapped me and frowned.

"What?"

"Don't call my brother that!"

"Sorry!"

"That's not good enough!"

"Nya!" I rubbed my temples. "Can we discuss this later?"

"No! You called my brother a disgraceful thing!"

"I said sorry!"

Before she could have answered, Lloyd replied back through the earpiece before Zane. "You found the what?!"

"I found Cookie and Kai! I will send you the directions. So first you need too..."

I was cut off by Nya.

"Jay!"

"Nya, I was joking!"

"But Jay!"

The grate beneath us creaked.

Oh no.

"Jay?" Zane's voice came through. "I need the direction to where you are." I could understand how he was concerned, since his mission is finding Cookie. But what I couldn't get is how this grate was breaking.

"Sorry Zane, not now. I don't have time." I tried to be quick and short and figure out how not to fall through this grate and into the room with Ember and Kai talking.

"Well," he paused and Nya pulled at my arm and I ignored her. "Just do something so I can see where you are."

The grate bent more.

"Nya!" I whispered in desperation. "Why is this grate bending!"

"Maybe because you are a two headed hippo!"

"Nya!?"

"You are the one ignoring me!"

"I was trying to talk to the others and tell them important information!"

"And I was trying to tell you that this grate is going to fall with both our weight!"

"What have you been eating?" I asked suspiciously.

"Jay!"

And suddenly, there was no ground to rest on. We were in the air! Flying like birds!

"AH!"

BANG!

And then my face smacked against the pavement once more. The fluffy black rug didn't help break the fall any. I think my nose is bleeding.

"Thanks!" Zane spoke. "I heard that and I'm coming in your direction." I groaned painfully.

I looked up to see Embers shoes, legs, and the face. She smiled. "It seems to me that we have unexpected company, Kai."

I passed out.
