Danny's POV

I was in the backyard with my buds, cause I wanted to tell them that BIG news! "Alright fellas, I just want you boys to remember that just because we have more things going on in our lives in the futures." I told them. "We'll always be best buds…brothers."

They stared at me confused.

"Ok, what beer have ya been drinking?" Putzie asked me.

I chuckled at him as he stood next to me as I rest my hand on his shoulder.

"I'm fine kiddo." I smiled. "I want to ask Sandy to marry me."

They all stood up with glee expressions.

"Really?" Kenickie asked.

"Yep, my folks and her folks knows too." I explained.

"So when are you gonna ask her?" Sonny asked.

"That is why I have you guys here, you're gonna help me." I told them.

They looked at each other and back to me.

"So what is it for us?" Sonny asked.

"Doody, I want you too—" I started.

"I already wrote the lyrics." He said. "Frenchy told me."

I chuckled at him.

"And Putzie, I want you to distract her while I stand outside of her window to sing to her." I told them.

"Sweet!" Putzie smiled.

I chuckled at them.

"So are we good with the plan?" I asked them.

"You got it bro!" Kenickie smiled.

"Thanks fellas!" I said.

So we said our goodbyes to my folks and headed out to Sandy's house, I told Putzie to go over to rang her doorbell, so she won't see the car. We quietly parked the car in the street far away from her house. We saw them talking and Putzie turned to us quickly giving us a thumb up as he went inside.

"Kay boys, let's roll." I said.

We all got out of Greased Lightnin'.

"Oh this is exciting." I heard Sonny commented.

I smiled at my younger buddy.

"Thanks boys." I says.

"Anytime Zuk." Kenickie replies.

We walked to the back of the house to see her window was open.

"Ok, fellas…ready?" I whispered.

"1, 2, 3…" Doody counted as he strummed his guitar as Kenickie and Sonny snapped and tap their feet to the beat the way we practice.

"Summer loving had me a blast!" I started. "I met a girl crazy for me!" I saw Sandy and Putzie appeared through the window. "She was real sweet and looks like an angel." I sung as I saw they went back inside meaning that they were coming out back with Sandy's folks, my folks, Daisy, Frenchy and Jan behind them. "The love of my life." I sung again as I walked over to her and kissed her cheek. "Her name is Sandy Olsson!"

"Oooh wahh!" Kenickie and Sonny sung.

"She's the one that I wanted!" I ended.

"Danny…" She smiled.

"Shhh," I started as I put my finger on her lips. "Let me finished." I smiled.

So I bent down on my knee while holding her hand as she covers her mouth with her other hand.

"Sandra Dee Olsson, when I first met you and I never knew I can fall a cute angel like you." I started, she had tears in eyes. "Will you make me the happiest man and marry me?" As Putzie hand me the box as I opened it in front of her.

"Oh Danny, yes I will marry you!" She squeals.

I stood up and gave her the biggest kiss as everyone cheered for us.

"I love you, my Angel." I told her.

She smiled at me.

"Oh Danny, I love you too!" She hugs me.

I hugged her and gave her a kiss on the forehead.

"Danny, am I your best man?" Sonny asked me.

I let out a sigh as I turned to them.

"You boys be my best man." I told them.

"Uh Zuko, ya know you can't do that." Putzie stated.

"Brother, they can go sit on it because you boys are my brothers and I want my bros next to me when I married the love of my life." I tell them as they smiled. "We may be the T-Birds, but more than that…we're brothers." I added.

"So true Zuk." Kenickie smiled.

"Ditto." Sonny added as I draped my arm around Putzie and gave Sandy a kiss on the forehead.
