Back to Naruto, after finishing up the security step he took in the results and analyzed them. With that done, he engaged in intimate contact with all three of his partners.

Divided into multiple versions of each other, it was like a giant melting pot of desire that helped them connect with each other and enjoy a part of life.

The process was intense and just like always it connected them by soul, mind and body. It increased their desire for each other and made them fight against the problems of life.

Unlike the human partners, the three of them didn't have any children.

"Give me a child." Amaterasu whispered into his ears during the process.

He had thought about it a lot and with how things seem to be going, he needed more people for the fight. It was unfortunate but he needed to bring more life to this dark world.

His death might come any day and he might end up leaving them without a single child, it would be unfair and it would be cruel.

He had waited for them to decide because this was a two way street and now it seems that they had also come to the conclusion.

Gaea had already asked and Nemesis felt her desire spike when she heard Amaterasu.

"Your wish is my desire." Naruto answered and kissed her while embracing her completely as he released his seed inside. Unlike the other times these were not inactive and were filled with more energy than ever.

The seeds fought each other for domination and raced towards victory. It was their first battle in life and it had been streamlined through research so that the winner got all.

The female side also became better as the womb had been implanted with fuinjutsu seals and magical formulas that helped the growth of the child and its powers.

The process eliminated the chance of two or more but luckily it could be controlled so that could also be arranged.

Through this process, the child born would always be genetically superior to the parents as he would get the best of both worlds.

It was a process that had taken long to perfect and it would be the second time Naruto used it since all his children were born before it was completed except Erza.

Amaterasu felt it happen and she was filled with joy. She didn't care anymore about the gloom and doom. She wanted the happy family life like the other girls.

If they were going to die then she couldn't leave behind any regrets. That was the truth, none of them could deny. Their lives were hanging by a delicate thread and they could any moment by the cruel hand of reality.

Just like Jashin, they were aware of how strong the people at the top were. Kaguya had shown them the prince her family served. He was called the crawling darkness and his powers engulfed the whole galaxy in a nightmare.

Just his close servants were strong enough to erase the whole solar system instantly. That was how cheap their life really was. The fact they actually held any hope of winning against such a massive force was like an ant thinking it could win against the earth.

It was the reason why some of them almost opted for suicide but Naruto kept close watch on all of them and boosted their spirits.

He boosted them while their existence boosted him.

Amaterasu wasn't the only one and Naruto also gave the same treatment to the other two. He loved children and truly felt disgusted with himself for bringing them into a world where conflict and death was part of their lives.

With all his being, Naruto had hoped and prayed for all this to disappear so that his children would live a peaceful life. That was such a sweet dream but it was just a dream. Reality dragged him down and he can never look away from the fact that his children will have to put their lives on the line for survival in this vicious world.

The more power they got, the stronger the enemy. But if they didn't improve then the enemy won't even give them a choice and their death was confirmed.

That was especially true with Ishiki already existing in the background and the duo that might visit them soon.

This intimate connection truly helped them reaffirm their hearts and bring some joy to each other.

It went for days and they ate while doing it before finally going to the baths where it still continued.

They had one last go and cleaned up before going to the inner sanctuary where there was much greenery and beauty.

Here they enjoyed small talk, jokes and some play put together by servants.

Amaterasu was one that enjoyed theatrics and Gaea didn't mind as well. Nemesis wasn't the type for it and enjoyed more dynamic action, so they engaged in wrestling and sports activities that the other two watched.

Amaterasu liked mind games so they engaged in chess and other such activities. Nemesis also liked them so she also joined.

Gaea liked agriculture and such activities so they watered the plants and engaged in small talk while the other two watched and engaged in conversation.

"How long do we have?" Amaterasu asked as they all sat down after the multiple activities. It was satisfactory and their hearts felt fulfilled.

Naruto couldn't always visit them so they always had to go with row of days as it would raise questions. The girls were patient and didn't act needy. They all understood the situation and focused on their tasks.

Watching Naruto with his family in the mortal world did make them feel a little bit lonely sometimes but they could wait, they had waited for thousands of years for someone like him so a few years were nothing.

It was just a matter of time when the world will know them and they could freely interact with him. They understood it might raise some issues with the girls below but it was Naruto's family so nothing could go wrong.

"One year at most, my body should stabilize soon and the enemies should arrive within this time limit according to how Ishiki has been acting and the information sent to Kaguya." Naruto responded as he put down the cup of tea and looked at her.

Even now Kaguya was connected to the Otsutsuki system but her authority had been revoked and she could only receive messages because Ishiki had not responded for so long. She was asked to give a report but there was nothing to say as they would definitely found out.

Though, when she was asked she had been sealed and after a long time in human terms another message came.

Momoshiki and Kinshiki will be visiting to check up on their safety. The Otsutsuki had weak emotions but that didn't mean they had none. They cared for each other. They respected each other and there was always the underlying trust.

The fact that Kaguya betrayed her superior was one of the biggest scandals of the universe. She was inviting the wrath of the Otsutsuki for such sacrilege.

She had shared that information with Naruto and it was one of the biggest reasons for her mental breakdown.

After seeing him, she was satisfied and actually wanted him to devour her existence because that would give them more time and improve their fighting chance.

But, Naruto would never sacrifice others and he assured her that nothing would go wrong. This Ultimate warrior plan would change her genetic structure and her powers so that the clan would think she actually died, reducing the risk factor.

It was the plan that all of them had their eye on, because its completion meant that the countdown started for the war.

"Does it still hurt? Is the risk factor reduced?" Gaea asked as she always worried for his health like a mother. She was one of the most sensitive among the girls about his health and wellbeing, not caring whether he looked completely fine or not.

"Heh, I am completely fine Gaea. There is no risk involved anymore, as we have already passed that stage. It was the initial stage where the risk of genetic structure existed, now we are just waiting for the fusion process to finish." Naruto smiled gently as his eyes landed on the fair lady of his heart and held her hand as she sat on his right side.

"What about the pain?" Nemesis didn't miss the fact that he didn't answer.

Naruto was always like that, downplaying his personal problems as he didn't want others to worry. It was his habit.

Naruto just smiled but the girls stared daggers at him, "Hahaha, how sweet my beloved. I am quite blessed to have you worry about me."

Nemesis squeezed his hand and her black nails cut into his skin. She sat on his left and seeing him speak like that really annoyed her.

It was sweet but also quite patronizing.

It seems his sweet talk had failed just like always in these situations.

Naruto kissed her hand, "It is painful. The fusion process can cut my connection from the chakra and cancel my techniques at random moments causing immense pain as my insides feel like they are being burned, crunched on and like acid is moving in my blood stream. It has caused several organ failures and slowed my regeneration. It even caused my chakra to become poisonous to my body once again.

But the pain is bearable, so you don't worry about anything."

"That is for us to decide." Amaterasu glared at him for acting like nothing was wrong the whole time. They had been watching him for so long but never noticed that he was actually in pain. His pain resistance was insane even when his powers were cut off.

With her words, Naruto was engulfed in golden light that shone from his back. It was the symbol of the sun on the center of his back that signified his bond with Amaterasu. There were the forest and land under the sun signifying his bond with Gaea while there were dark tribal designs on his arms for Nemesis.

These symbols were usually hidden under the fuinjutsu seals on his body and only appeared if he activated their powers.

Amaterasu was an expert healer so the light entered his body to check for any problems. He had already checked personally but Amaterasu wanted to have a peace of mind.

"See, there is nothing wrong."

"You need to take better care of your body. We understand that this is needed but please show little bit more care and desist from acting like that it is normal." Gaea took his hand and kissed it, speaking in a loving tone filled with care and adoration.

They understood it was necessary but the problem was his treatment of it. Naruto seemed to not realize that he had started acting like all this was normal.

Naruto could see that his words seem to have the wrong affect. His position in the world demanded that he could never show weakness. It had become a habit and it was impossible in this situation to let go.

He didn't mind taking the pain for progress but others felt for him. Thinking about it, he wouldn't like the girls doing it as well.

"Sorry, it just slipped my mind. I won't act like it is normal for me to be in pain. Is that good enough or should scream a little bit and little bit crying on the side?" Naruto tickled Gaea and Nemesis as he gave his answer before getting tackled by Nemesis, who turned into a shadow cloud.

Falling on the grass, Naruto felt Gaea hold him down from below while Nemesis sat on his chest.

"A little bit crying would do." Amaterasu muttered as she walked towards them.

"Serious?"

"Yes" Nemesis confirmed with a smile as she held his chin.

"OH the horror! The unmanliness of it all!" Naruto exclaimed dramatically as he rolled over taking both girls with him in a tumble.

Naruto always acted serious these days but there were times he was dramatic and joked. It was less than his younger self but all of them like it, because it felt like he was free.

Free from all worries.

Once that was over and Naruto had enjoyed his outing with the immortal companions, he went back home.

He had received details of what had taken place and everyone was on high alert for any slip up. His clones were also on the lookout.

His arrival coincided with Yodo as they both appeared near the exit of the Uzumaki state. Just like always she was stunning, she wore a red tube top with long sleeves and black shorts. Her hair was open and her slim legs were a sight for the eyes.

She wore black and red sneakers. Her eyes were covered by shades with a golden rim and a pink heart shaped piercing on her belly-button could be seen along with some tribal tattoos on the side. She also had skull with a crown tattoo on her back along with a tattoo of his name on her neck.

Among the girls, Yodo, Ino and Yoruichi had tattoos that showed. These weren't normal tattoos but fuinjutsu seals made into attractive designs, the fuinjutsu of the new age where style was always on the mind.

"Hey love, quite the timing." Yodo walked into his arms and hugged him. She always spoke in an informal manner. She was sweet towards him but her usual demeanor was punk style.

She was a girl that didn't feel comfortable in the traditional style of clothing and singing. Yodo was Gaara's cousin, meaning she was part of the royal family.

She was taught discipline and all those things, but she rebelled against it. Before she met Naruto, Yodo had also been promised to someone else at one point.

She ran away from the meeting and was captured. Lucky for her, Gaara found about it and she was saved from being forced into it.

It was also the first time Gaara met Yodo and allowed her to pursue her dream. Yodo wished to be a singer from the beginning but of a different kind than what was present.

She was musical genius of a different kind that led to the development of the party style.

"It is a beautiful coincidence. How was today?" Naruto kissed her head and hugged her tightly. He loved to hug and cuddle.

"Mmm, fun as always but it could have been better." Yodo looked up at him and kissed his chin.

"Can't have you get distracted love. Anything else, how is Miku doing?" Naruto pinched her cheek as he released her from his bear hug.

"Getting ready for the Winter Festival like everyone else, and it is going to be bangin." Yodo replied with excitement in her eyes and body as she took his arm.

Naruto started walking towards the mansion as she walked beside him.

"I will be there."

"I wasn't worried as I would have dragged you there." Yodo smiled

"Heh, quite the goal you got there. Mighty unfortunate it would be if something happened." Naruto whispered into her ear and took a bite.

"Nothing can happen because I am a part of you. You can't deny this." Yodo let go of him and indicated towards herself.

"Such narcissism, such confidence, but it is an undeniable statement indeed." Naruto chuckled and Yodo jumped onto him.

Giving him a kiss and having him carry her as she loved his warmth.

"I ain't a narcissist, I am just that good. Can you deny that, love?" Yodo looked into his golden and blue eyes with her grey eyes.

"Exactly, you are my beautiful canary with the alluring tune. Will you honor me with a melody that can express my love?" Naruto replied with a small kiss on her lips and a smile. He didn't make a song most of the time, he sang them. He was a good writer of stories and songs but it was a rare situation.

To make Yodo happy, Naruto allowed her to write for him. She didn't have the same taste as him but she didn't mind.

The type he liked was soulful that touched the heart. It could be heart breaking and tragic or just very sweet. His favorite from childhood had been Blue Bird, Diver, Closer, Sign, Unravel, Hey Brother, Counting Stars, Young and Beautiful, O Re Piya and ones like that.

It was something that Yodo didn't touch upon before getting close to Naruto. After falling in love, she found a liking for it but only for him.

She went out of her way and listened to these types. She saw Naruto's notes and after much work made her own.

"Yes, I have something for you and for you." Yodo smiled with her eyes closed and held his head with her hands, touching it lovingly.

"Listen and understand, Love. This is only for you to hear, our secret." Yodo hugged his head and spoke in a serious tone. It was something she had been thinking about for some time.

She might not be sensitive like Hinata and Ino but even she felt there was a need to support her beloved. He was burdened by much and she wanted him to know with these lips that all of them understood his pain.

[Cost of the Crown]

The stars are very beautiful, above the palace walls,

They shine with equal splendor, still above far humbler halls.

I watch them from my window, but their bright entrancing glow,

Her song was hauntingly beautiful, Naruto had never felt so touched by Yodo's singing except a few times but today once again she had plunged a blade into him.

These words came from her heart and from what she perceived of his world. It was a song about his current state and it was the expected future. All of them knew that it was the truth. There was a war on the horizon and none knew how many of them will sit together at the end.

It was something that he didn't want to think about and it was something he had avoided for so long but the truth could not be denied. His hands will bury the people he loved and he might even bury his children with these very hands that brought them up.

It seems everyone was feeling the storm coming.

Naruto almost let a tear slip from his eyes but just smiled as he cleared the tears from Yodo's eyes.

It was rare for her to act emotional. She was the bad bitch that could take anything the world threw at her.

"We all understand so you don't have to feel guilty. We are in this together and if we have to die then we will all die with dignity and grace." Yodo leaned down and kissed his eyes before pushing him away and landing on the ground.

"We all wish to live in a fantasy but I have long since made peace with reality. Let us not engage in such painful thing, smile and let's have some fun like always." Naruto walked closer and held her chin, brushing her hair he kissed on the forehead.

Yodo closed her eyes and hugged him, "That was just a onetime thing. Don't make me repeat it."
