Drew and May decided to just be friends for now. There was too much going on now and a lot of sorting that they need to do. It was hard on the both of them, but they got through things the best they could.
It was the weekend, and everyone was enjoying their day off from school. Ash was with Gary discussing their gay pride club, but he was not paying very much attention as he looked outside with a frown.
"…Hey Ash, is something bothering you?" Gary asked.
"I just… can't believe Drew would cheat on May. They really seemed happy together, ya know?" Ash replied.
"Yeah…"
Ash put his hands on his cheek and sighed. "If they couldn't make it as a couple, what chances we got?"
Gary put his hands behind his head. "Considering our age and the success rate of people ending with their high school sweethearts, very low…"
Ash glared at him with an annoyed look, not really looking for that answer.
"But that doesn't mean that it won't work out if we don't work at it hard enough."
Ash looked away with clenched fist.
"While I can't guarantee what could happen in the future…" Gary placed his hand on his hand. "I know I'm willing to do anything to make us work."
Ash looked into his eyes.
Gary slid his hand on his cheek. "So, lets just see where this goes and enjoy the experience."
"Alright…" Ash put his head on his shoulder, and Gary wrapped his arm around him.
Huge rumors have been spreading about Iris and Cilan recently, and they've been getting more harsh comments from their peers. With Cilan, a couple of anonymous girls lied online about him beating them up while they were dating him, and Iris been said to kill baby littens. Now everyone sees Iris as a baby hater, when she doesn't mind them and she would never harm baby pokemon.
Iris sighed as she looked around. She can't believe the rumors got so out of control with her and Cilan. While she could see why some jerks would target her, she doesn't understand why anyone would say such things to hurt Cilan. If she ever found them though, she'd give them what for.
Clemont and Bonnie went to meet up with Korrina. She came walking up with a blue haired man.
"Hey, you came with a friend?" Bonnie asked.
"He's actually my boyfriend! We met up in this school and we just hooked up recently!"
"Hello, my name is Cress," he said.
"Hi… I'm Bonnie and this is Clemont."
"Nice to meet you two!" Cress said.
"Nice to meet you too…" Bonnie said.
Clemont looked down with a frown. But figured Korrina deserved a nice guy that will treat her right, and he knows that's not him with how it went with Dawn.
They all walked around the dorms and talked.
A little more than week later and they got together the club. They spread out fliers and put up posters, so they hoped they get a lot people to join. Dawn and Zoey came first.
"Thanks for coming!" Ash said.
"It was not a problem, even when the meetings are around my other clubs and cheerleader tryouts!" Dawn said.
They gave each other a high five.
"Hey, it's been a while you two!" a blonde student said.
"Hey Barry! It's god to see you a- is that a dog collar?" Ash asked.
Barry smirked. "Yep! My awesome boyfriend gave it to me!"
They all gave each other an odd look.
Paul came over with an annoyed look. "Bad dog! What did I say about running off?"
"Come on master! I just wanted to see Ash!"
Paul crossed his arms with an annoyed look. "Sit!"
Barry plopped down on the ground with a sad look. Then looked over at Dawn. "So straight people are going to be here to?"
Ash gave a confused look. "I don't see why they would be, as this club is for gay pride…"
"So Dawn, why are you here?"
Dawn gave him an irritated look. "Barry, my girlfriend is right beside me!"
Paul snickered. "That's a girl?"
Zoey glared at him. "You better watch what you say!"
"And Dawn is also pregnant. How can she say she's lesbian?" Barry asked.
Dawn bared her teeth with clenched fist and shouted, "you two are the most inconsiderate, stupid, and rudest people on the planet!"
"Gary, can't we just not allow them in or something?" Zoey asked.
"Yeah, you two should behave or you won't be apart of the club!" Ash shouted.
"What's wrong with asking some questions?" Paul asked.
"If we are allowed to ask insensitive and rude questions, then I have a million of em for you and your dog!" Zoey said.
Dawn laughed. "Good one, babe."
"Hey! Only master Paul is allowed to refer to me as a dog or pet!" Barry shouted.
Paul rolled his eyes.
Ash sighed, hopping they all won't cause problems.
"Okay everyone! Let's get along now!" Gary said.
Another guy has walked up to the club entrance. "Hey everyone! What's going on?"
"Welcome! Not much is going on right now. We are just waiting for others to come before it's time to start," Ash said.
Everyone else was on their phone minding their own business.
"Oh cool. So why didn't you ever tell me you where dating, Red?"
Ash gave him a confused look. "I'm not dating Red…?"
He laughed. "Of course, you ain't dating yourself!"
Gary gave him an annoyed look. "His name is Ash."
The blacked haired guy looked at Ash in disbelief. He heard from Red that there's someone copying him and Blue, but even discluding the hairstyle and clothes, they look exactly like them. "I… see. Sorry about that."
"It's okay, no harm done!" Ash said.
He smiled. "Alright. I'm Ethan by the way."
"Nice to meet you, Ethan! So, I'm Ash, that's Gary, over there is Dawn and Zoey, and there we have Paul and Barry," Ash said pointing to the people he's introducing.
"Nice to meet you all!"
They all said their hellos to Ethan.
Then a girl with dark pink hair, glasses, and a beanie walked up to the group. "H-hi, I'm Geor…Georgette."
They all said their hellos to her and introduced themselves.
It was time to start the club and they all sat around the table.
"So… Now what?" Barry asked.
They all looked at Gary.
"What? We never discussed what we should be doing here. Ash spent most of our time talking about when we should start up," Gary said.
Ash crossed his arms. "Hey, don't blame me!"
"Hey I know! How about we talk about our challenges as a couple and we can receive support and advice here?" Dawn asked.
"Like we need your support or advice!" Paul said.
"Well, the only advice I'd give you is to do the world a favor and jump off a cliff!" Zoey said.
"Whatever…" Paul replied.
"Come on you guys…." Ash said.
"How about you all just… talk about what you want to talk about here without being rude to anyone?" Gary stated.
"Well, my master Paul is just so awesome and amazing! I'm so blessed to know him and to belong to him. You are all blessed to be graced in his presence of the great and amazing Paul…" Barry started.
"Okay, enough!" Zoey shouted.
"You ain't the boss of me!" Barry said.
Dawn gave Barry an unamused stare. "Do you really see Paul like the human equivalent of Arceus or something? Because he's FAR from it, ya know!"
Barry laughed. "Don't be jealous now."
Dawn clenched his fist and glared at Barry. "I'm not! I'm completely happy with my GIRLFRIEND!"
"Don't let him get to you Dawn. He just avoiding answering the question because he knows you're right!" Zoey said.
"Nah, Paul is just a perfect example of what any human should be!" Barry said.
Everyone but Barry and Paul sighed.
"Well besides being a jerk, you are nothing like him," Zoey said.
"Don't disrespect my master or I like that!"
"You ain't the boss of me!" Dawn mocked Barry, and she and Zoey laughed.
Barry crossed his arms. "You two are definitely much worse than me and Paul!"
Georgette seemed amused at the couple going after Barry.
Ethan just looked around the room with an uncomfortable look. He wondered if he should leave, as most people here seem extremely unsupportive and hostile towards each other. And this isn't really that fun or what he wanted to get from this club.
Gary sighed, knowing he's going to have to change the subject now. "Alright, so let's talk about… what we like about our boyfriend or girlfriend."
Georgette crossed her arms. "Hello! I have NO girlfriend!"
Dawn smiled at her. "Well, do you have feelings for one?"
Georgette blushed. "W-well, yes. But…"
Ash enthusiastically put his fist up. "Alright! Have you told her your feelings for?"
Georgette looked away from them. "No… But she doesn't see me that way.
Ash, Dawn, and Zoey frowned.
"Why do you say that?" Zoey asked.
"She… way more into guys! Not into girls at all!"
Dawn smiled at her. "Maybe you should just give it a try! Afterall, I didn't always realize my attraction to females."
Georgette sighed. "I guess I can try…"
Ash smiled. "Yea! I think you should at least give it a try!"
"Yeah! Clear the air with her! And even if she doesn't feel the same, you can always be friends with her," Zoey reassured.
Ethan smiled a bit, seeing how everyone encouraged Georgette. He decided to stay, and for the rest of the time they all talked for what seemed like a short while before the club meeting was over.
