"Hello Eli." Jenny greeted. She was feeling a bit scared about what might happen next.

"Are you aware that my daughter was involved in a fire fight yesterday afternoon?" He asked knowing the answer already.

"Uh. Yes. I am aware of that." Jenny confirmed.

"Is she alright?" Eli asked. Though he was not actually worried for her anymore.

"Yes she is fine." Jenny second guessed telling Eli about her condition. He could use it as an advantage knowing that she can't even walk at the moment.

"I did ask Agent Gibbs if he could let my daughter go home. He held his ground and did not let my daughter come back. If I am being honest, I do admire Agent Gibbs' ability to say no and not compromise his answer no matter what. However, I would like my daughter to come back to me and Mossad."

"As much as I would like to bring your daughter back home, I don't think I can just fly your daughter on the first flight to Israel. She would need to make that kind of decision on her own."

"I would hate for this to cause problems between out countries. So please save the trouble and bring my daughter back home." Eli pleaded

"Ok. I will go ask Ziva and we'll see from there." Jenny decided.

"No! Do not ask her!" Eli yelled into the phone but it was too late. Jenny already hung up.

OoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOo

Jenny went to the hospital to go talk to Ziva. She wasn't going to let Ziva go back to Israel if she didn't want to. She knew that she was wrong and that Gibbs was right.

She pulled Ziva's curtains open and she saw her sleeping with her hands by her side with soft hand cuffs keeping them in place. Jenny smiled. Because of those restraints, Ziva is being obedient to the doctors for once.

She sat beside the bed and waited for her to wake up.

EVENTUALLY...

Ziva began to stir. She groaned. A nurse came in and adjusted something on her heart monitor and IV. Ziva seemed to be in a bit of pain but obviously would not admit it.

"Hello Jenny." Ziva smiled.

"Hi Ziva." Jenny smiled back.

"Do you need something?" She asked.

"Yes. I have a few things to talk to you about."

"Ok?"

"So. You father just called me an-"

"My father called?!" Ziva sort of panicked.

"Uh, Yes. He wants you to go back to Israel. Do you want to go back?"

"No." Ziva said simply.

"Alright." Jenny wrote something down on a notepad. "May I ask something?" Jenny asked.

Ziva nodded.

"This is not easy to ask of you but. Would you like to become an NCIS agent instead of a liaison officer? Your father has already ordered you back and when you become a part of NCIS he can no longer do that."

Ziva pondered the offer. Eventually, she made her decision.

"Yes. I would like to be an agent." Ziva decided.

"Becoming an NCIS agent would require you to become an American citizen. We can pull a few strings to help you get there faster."

"Yes. I would like to become an agent."
