"Welcome to Al-Bukamal gentleman, Petty Officer Turner, glad to see your back on duty" said General Blair greeting Bravo team as they exited the C130
"Thank you sir" Jess said confused as to how the officer knew her name personally
"General Blair was with us in Djibouti Jess" Eric said to the confused EOD
"Ah of course, my apologies General, a lot of that mission is still a blur to me" Jess said apologising for the confusion
"Understandable, you almost died more than once I read" General Blair said to her
"Yes sir, Jess was pretty sick for a while but she bounced back and is stronger than ever" Eric said defending Jess slightly against the General's enquiries, he wanted the General to understand that this Jess was even better than the one he had seen in Yemen
"Glad to hear it, I understand that you've been helping Ensign Davis track Al-Asiri" General Blair asked her
"Yes sir I have" Jess replied to him
"That's good to hear" General Blair said before walking of towards the base TOC

"This is our accommodation for the next three months" Clay asked in disgust as he cast his eye around the empty room with nothing but some folded cots there they could use, they would have had more comfort sleeping in their hammocks on the C130
"Good thing we had your dad deck us out before we left Bookworm" Sonny said with a laugh
"I'll say, who's going to get the pallet sent over" Jess said with a smile
"What pallet, what do you mean your dad decked us out" Jason asked looking confused, though anything would be an improvement on the current situation
"Jess's dad designed us some new cots with built in privacy enclosures and air mattresses, and sent along some collapsible camping storage for emergency situations" Trent said to him
"I would say this qualifies as an emergency situation" Brock said, there was no storage or nothing
"Well let's get it over here and set-up" Ray said with a smile
"Now this is more like it" Brock said an hour later with smile as Pepper climbed into the cot that she would be sharing with him for the next 3 months to check it out, satisfied she curled up and went to sleep
"I can't believe how cool and dark it is when you shut the curtains on these" Clay said pulling down the curtains on his to check out the lighting, he gathered that these may have been designed to help with Jess's migraines
"Thats sort of the idea, the curtains create an environment that promotes a more restful sleep, regardless of the conditions you're in" Jess said sitting down on her cot and quickly looked around. All their personal supplies had been unpacked and her and Trent had created an area next to Jess's cot to store all the medical supplies, Jess's on one side and the teams on the other
"Right so who's ready to test them out" Ray asked as he noticed that Jess, Clay and Brock were all looking a little tired
"We can all do with some rest, I want everyone of their feet for the next 4 hours at least, don't care if you sleep, do paperwork, game whatever, as long as its quiet" Trent said giving them an order
"Talk about tent city" Lisa said with a laugh as she walked into the barracks that were housing Bravo for the next 3 months with Eric, they couldn't deny the fact that the accommodation facilities were poor and both wanted to make sure that at least the operators were okay
"Jay's new stretchers, there's ones packed on the plane for us as well, something about the design is supposed to create a better environment to rest in, whats the bet that's Jess there" Eric said pointing to one that was separate to the others and pushed up against a folding bench
"What makes you say that" Lisa asked curious
"The lantern stand attached to the bench is also going to be used as a makeshift IV pole" Eric said pointing it out
"Smart" Lisa said noticing it
"Trent and Jay discussed it when we were in Australia last, I think you will find that corner is mostly Jess's equipment and the teams medical supplies, I even hear they're carrying supplies for Pepper" Eric said recalling the conversation he had overheard between Brock, Jess and Trent on the plane
"Did Laura organise that" Lisa asked curious, it was no secret that Brock and Laura had a connection between them
"She's been training Trent in some skills to help Pepper if she gets injured, as a birthday present for Brock" Eric said
"Brock will love that" Lisa said with a smile

"Your team getting settled in Eric" General Blair asked him as he entered the TOC to see what the plan of action for Bravo was
"Yes sir they are" Eric said
"Good, it means we can put them straight to work tonight kicking down doors, I want Abdullah Al-Asiri's head on a platter before you leave" said General Blair firmly, he wasn't joking about this
"Yes sir you'll have it" Eric said confidently
