Children and Arguments
"You fail to see that it does not matter that our children might turn out to be humans who stay as humans or turn into centaurs or centaurs that transform into humans when they come of age or whatever they are! I do not care if they are born or what spices they are," Harry snapped angrily at his husband as he stomped his hoof angrily in the snow that had fallen the previous night. "All that matters is what they grow to be! I just want lots of children like the Weasley's, like eleven children!"
"Harry love...I understand what you are saying and the rumours you have heard are all lies, especially when it comes to our children," Bane pleaded as he tried to calm down his mate. "Listen to the song of your heart and listen to what I have to say."
"Then say it quick or else I might rain on your moment and see you in hell for killing you," Harry snapped angrily as he crossed his arms and glared at Bane. "This is not like one of my cousin's computer video games Bane where we can shout 'Harry! Hey, Harry! Let's go and turn you into a baby making machine so I can write down in my diary 'Dear diary: Jackpot, today I had twin children today and-"
"I do want children and I do not care if they are human foals or centaur foals!" Bane shouted out loudly and harshly cutting the now shocked Harry off. "I totally agree with everything that you are saying, I just want happy healthy foals that can continue on our family line, make us proud, and make us grandparents and much more! I want everything you want and more."
"Then why did you tell Hermione before she left for her family Christmas break in Detroit that you did not want any children?" Harry snapped out, not bothering to hide the hurt shining in his eyes. "Is it because of me?"
"No, it is not you, it is because we only got married before the ground was white," Bane said with a sigh as he pulled a struggling Harry into a tight hug. "I would prefer for us to wait until the ground is once again green and full of life again. By that time you will of finished your final year as a student in this castle which would put the lives of our future children and yourself at less risk while you-"
"Bane..." Harry said softly, as he stopped struggling and returned Bane's loving hug. "You big sap...I am sorry I should of asked you like an adult instead of shouting at you."
"It is okay my dear husband," Bane said as he tilted Harry's chin upwards so they would look each other in the eye. Bane's soft smile making Harry's four knees go weak. "At least we can now say we have had our first official argument as a married couple."
End of Drabble.
