Thanks to Renji, seeing some of the duels would be difficult. He's making sure no one sees anything that might be related to Promin Academy. Since no one knew what was going on, it was causing some problems.

"Come on!"

"Bring back the picture!"

"We want to see some dueling action!"

"I wonder what's going on." Nathan said.

"Why can't we see Yukin or Zoey?" Alyssa said.

"I'm sure they'll fix the picture soon enough." Yuzu said. "We can still see some of the duels. In fact, look!" They saw one of the pictures showed Reese. "Reese is there! We'll be seeing him duel soon!"

"Shouldn't you be this excited for your actual son?" Eli questioned.

Lana

Lana was watching the duels at home. She wanted to see more of her "beloved" Yukin in action. When she couldn't see more of him, she got annoyed and decided to do something.

"That's it. I'm going to see my beloved Yukin duel one way or the other." Lana said as she gathered her stuff and decided to go see Yukin duel in person. However, she might not like what she might fine.

Drewsin

Drewsin was still resting at Yukin's house. However, he was tossing and turning around in Yukin's bed like he was having a nightmare. He could feel pain and anger. It caused him to finally awake as he could sense who those feeligns were coming from.

"Yukin!" Drewsin shouted as he shot up. When he did, he felt pain in his arm. He saw it was being held in a sling. He also looked around to see where he was. "Where am I? Never mind that. Yukin... That's the guy from the other night. He's in trouble, I can feel it somehow." Drewsin got up and fought through any pain or discomfort and went to find Yukin.

Merge City

"Not bad. Look at their faces." Three students from Promin Academy came with Soto to invade Merge City. They attacked three students from Battleground and actually turned them into cards.

"Let's go see if we can find some other losers to turn into cards."

"Hold it right there." All three of them looked and saw Yukin walking their way, but he had some sort of dark aura around him with rage in his eyes.

"Who is this guy?"

"I don't know, but he looks like he wants some too."

"You want a duel? I'll give you one that you'll be lucky to walkaway from." Yukin said.

"Look at him sounding tough."

"He really thinks he can take on all three of us?" The three of them found this laughable, but Yukin wasn't backing down as he held out his duel disk.

"You want some too? This shouldn't take long." The three of them activated their own duel disks and it was another duel going on as all four of them had 4000LP.

"I'm going first!" Yukin said as he took the first turn. "I'm going to start by summoning Stingray Surfer to the field!" He summoned out his stingray as it came out with 800atk points. "Next, I'm activating the special ability of Lava Hound from my hand! By cutting it's attack points in half, I can special summon it!" He summoned out a hound made out of molten rock. It's original attack points were 2000, but it's ability has cut it down to 1000. "I now fuse the forces of fire with the forces of water! Come together as one!" Both monsters had their respective elements spiraled around and the two came together. "I elemental summon a sapphire attribute! I summon Sapphire Serapho!" Sapphire Serapho came out with 2500atk points. The three students from Promin Academy were surprised at what they saw.

"What is that thing?"

"No idea."

"Sadly for me, I can't attack right now." Yukin said. "Especially since this duel isn't a part of the ongoing tournament, but I'll get you three yet."

"Don't count on it, buddy. It's my turn!" One of the students went as he drew a card. "I'm going to start by summoning Hotshot Sniper to the field!" He summoned out a cowboy that held a red rifle with 1200atk points. "Next, I'm going to activate Quick Summon which allows me to summon another monster. I'm summoning a second Hotshot Sniper." Another one rose on the field. "That triggers the effect of the first one. Whenever a monster is summoned, you take 200 points of damage!" One Hotshot Sniper fired away and blasted Yukin as his life points dropped to 3800. "That ends my turn."

"My turn!" The second student said as he drew a card. "I summon my own Hotshot Sniper!" A third one appeared on the field. "That means my classmate's other two can use their abilities!" The other two fired and blasted Yukin as his life points dropped to 3400. "Next, I'm activating Double Summon to summon another Hotshot Sniper!" Another one joined the field. "This time, you're taking 600 points of damage!" The three other ones attacked Yukin as his life points dropped to 2800. "I end my turn!"

"That means it's my turn!" The third student said as he took his turn. "Just like them, I've got a Hotshot Sniper as well!" Another copy came out and that triggered the other four. They each fired and shot at Yukin and his life points dropped even more as his life points dropped to 2000. "I'm activating my own Quick Summon as well. I think you know what that means." One more showed up and the other five attacked as they blasted Yukin and he was down to 1000LP. "I'll mix it up this time by activating a spell known as Twin Implosion! At the end of your next turn, you lose 400LP for every monster on the field that is exactly the same. Since there are six, that's 2400LP. You don't have what it takes to beat one of us, let alone all three."

"We'll see about that." Yukin said. Something was going on with Yukin. He was dueling with rage and anger. That isn't like him at all. Something has awakened inside of Yukin and it doesn't appear to be good.

Zoey

As for Zoey, she ran into a strange situation herself. She was met Siri, thinking she was Brui. When she learned who she really was, she wanted to talk to Siri and get some answers about this Promin Academy.

"Okay, you wanted to talk to me." Siri said. "Who are you anyway?"

"My name is Zoey. You said you're name is Siri. Don't you find it strange that we seem to have the same face?"

"Maybe a little, but I don't really care at the moment. I'm here looking for a couple rebels that actually dare oppose Promin Academy." Siri said.

"So you are from Promin Academy?" Zoey said.

"That's right, and you clearly seem to know something." Siri said. "I'm warning you that you better tell me where those rebels are. Unless you happen to be one of them."

"I'm not telling you anything unless you give me some answers." Zoey said. "I want to know why you and the rest of Promin Academy attacked Neon City. Why are you hurting people?"

""Hurting people"?" Siri questioned.

"Don't try to sound innocent." Zoey said.

"Hold on. Maybe you should tell me what you know first." Siri said.

...

Downtown

A lot was going on in the city. Huo's just driving around. As for Soto and Shun, they're dueling each other again with vengeance. Meanwhile, Alexa and Alad, the two duelists that were taking on Siegrain and Zoey earlier, just roamed around the city together.

"Should we not work together since we're both from LID?" Alad said.

"Not interested. Go bother someone else." Alexa said.

"There's no reason to be like that." Alad said.

"Excuse me. I see you two are having some issues working together." Both of them looked and they were met with Reese. "That doesn't seem to work. You're both from LID, right? You should be working together. I would be more than happy to be your opponent." Both of them thought it was a little weird, but they went with it either way.

Lana

Lana wanted to see Yukin duel. That's why she decided to go straight to the city. By the time she got to the edge of the city that's being used for the duel, she saw it was being blocked by security.

"Great. There must be a way to get around." Lana said. As she tried to think of a way to get inside, she soon spotted Drewsin trying to move his way through the streets, but he didn't look like he was in good shape. "Hey, are you okay?"

"I need to find Yukin." Drewsin said.

"Yukin? Why are you looking for him?" Lana asked.

"I think he might be in trouble. I can feel it." Drewsin said. Lana didn't like the sound of that.

"Wait. I'll help you. We need to find a way to get past security." Lana said as she helped Drewsin out. Neither of them know what's going on, but they knew they needed to find Yukin fast.

Siri

Zoey took the time and explained to Siri what was going on. She told Siri all that she was told from Drewsin. She told her how Promin Academy attacked Neon City and how Shun and Drewsin are fighting to stop them.

"That's an interesting story you told me, Zoey, but it's all a lie." Siri said.

"A lie? What do you mean?" Zoey asked.

"Promin Academy has one goal. That is to unify the world together under a single order. We are bringing the world together in the hopes of bringing everlasting peace." Siri said.

"Are you kidding me?!" Zoey said as she doesn't buy that. "You attacked Neon City. You think you're on some grand mission for peace and prosperity? From what I've heard, you people sound like you want to destroy or take over the world. How is attacking places like Neon City going to bring the world together?"

"Some people chose to stand against us. We're merely defending ourselves and eliminating all obstacles that stand in the way." Siri said.

"You mean like how you turn people into cards?!" Zoey said. That seemed to have caught Siri's attention. "That's what I heard. I heard your turning people into cards, innocent people who aren't even duelists. You blocked Neon City from the rest of the world. The people you're after were lucky to get out of there and make it here."

"No... We wouldn't do that." Siri said.

"How can you say that?! You've been to Neon City, you attacked it. How can you say you wouldn't when you've seen it?!" Zoey said.

"Because I haven't!" Siri said. That got Zoey to be quiet and listen. "I never set foot outside of Promin Academy. I came here as a chance to prove myself to Promin and move to the front lines."

"Promin?" Zoey said.

"Promin is the one in charge and the one who created our school." Siri said. "He rules over the academy with an iron fist."

"But didn't you ever once think it was strange how he's having you attack people to bring peace?" Zoey said.

"Maybe, but...it's not really out place to question him. We just simply follow his orders." Siri said. Zoey didn't like the sound of that. That's not how a school should be.

"Siri, I never saw it myself. I'm only telling you what I was told." Zoey said. She could tell Siri doesn't know what's going on herself. If what she's heard about Promin Academy is true, it's risky for her to say, but the information she shares could help Siri get out of there. "Listen, the two people you're looking for are named Drewsin and Shun. In fact, Shun's younger sister was taken prisoner by Promin Academy. Her name is Brui. She looks like you and me. They would know the truth because they've seen it all."

"Why would you tell me that?" Siri said.

"You clearly don't know the truth. They can help you. Drewsin is unconscious, but Shun is partaking in this tournament." Zoey said. "He can tell you what happened. I can see that you're not a bad person, Siri. You should hear the truth about what you and your academy has been doing." Zoey's taking a chance. Is Siri really someone that can be trusted?

Drewsin

Thanks to help from Lana, she and Drewsin were able to find a way past security and entered the dueling area. As the two of them moved through the streets, they soon crossed paths with Siegrain.

"Hey! I know you. You're friends with Yukin." Lana said.

"Lana? What's going on?" Siegrain asked.

"We need to find Yukin. He might in danger." Drewsin said.

"Yukin?" Siegrain questioned as he didn't like that. He took a look behind them and spotted him. "There he is!" They all looked and saw Yukin dueling against the students of Promin Academy.

"Give it up. You can't win."

"We'll see about that!" Yukin said as he drew his next card. The three of them looked and could see that something was wrong with Yukin. "I activate Variation! Now I can summon any monster from my hand that's a different attribute. Light attribute, Blue Moon Wolf! Earth attribute, Crater Cobra!" He summoned out both of his monsters to the field. "I now overlay Blue Moon Wolf and Crater Cobra!" Both of his monsters became energy and came together in a vortex. "I xyz summon Shadow Shudamin!" He summoned out Shadow Shudamin as he flew out with 2500atk points.

"My Shadow Shudamin!" Drewsin said.

"Yours?" Siegrain questioned.

"I now activate Equilibrium!" Yukin said. "This changes the level of one monster to match the level of another, and if that monster happens to be an xyz monster, it's rank becomes a level! I now change Shadow Shudamin to level seven, same as Sapphire Serapho!" A red light surrounded both monsters and energy transferred over from Sapphire Serapho to Shadow Shudamin. Shadow Shudamin now became a level seven monster. "I now overlay my level seven Shadow Shudamin and Sapphire Serapho!" Both monsters became energy again as they entered a vortex. "With the blue flames of darkness, this monster will bring down all who oppose him! I xyz summon Shadow Sapphire Serapho!" He summoned out a new monster that looked like Serapho, but parts of his body was as black as shadows with black flames emerging instead of blue. He also had 3000atk points.

"He combined them!" Drewsin as he and the others couldn't believe this new monster Yukin had. He's combined an xyz monster with an elemental monster, but with a wicked grin on his face, is it even Yukin in control?
