Around lunchtime Carly walked into the lakeview with Rosanna;" I'm not really in the mood for this, Rosanna. Can't we just have something to eat at home?"

"No, we can't." laughed she;" Come on. This will be fun and lily is joining us too."

"I'm just not in the mood." sighed her sister;" Why don't you have lunch with Lily and I will go home."

"That would kind of defeat the point to this whole lunch, honey. Lily and I wanted to cheer you up by taking you out to lunch." said Rosanna when all of a sudden she saw Craig walking up to them;" Get lost, Craig!"

"Hello, ladies." smiled he and looked at Carly;" You look great, Carly."

"Leave my sister alone! Go back to the rock from where under you crawled from!" warned his ex-wife him with a nasty look as she quickly pulled Carly with her, to their table, far away from Craig, when Lily showed up;" Hi, Lily."

"Was Craig harassing you two?" asked she worried;" I could ask security to remove him from the building."

"There's no need for that and I don't think that he will be coming near us again." answered her friend as they sat down;" I made it pretty clear to him that he needs to stay away from us."

"Good." smiled Lily and looked at Carly;" This was a great idea to have lunch together."

"It was Rosanna's idea, Lily." replied her friend with a faint smile;" She wanted to cheer me up."

"We both do." said she, putting her hand on top of Carly's in an effort to comfort her;" I know that things have been rough for you lately and we just wanted you to know that you're not alone in this."

"Things will get better, Carly. I promise." reassured Rosanna her;" You just have to believe that it will."

"That's easier said than done." sighed her sister;" It doesn't feel like it right now, Rosanna. And I'm not so sure that it will."

"I know it doesn't, but it will. I promise." replied she;" And enough with talking about sad things because this lunch is meant to cheer you up, honey."

"Rosanna is right." smiled Lily;" Let's just enjoy our lunch and even try to have some fun."

Down at the hospital Janet had spend the whole morning with her daughter and was on her way to the elevator, to get ready for work, when she ran into dusty;" Hey. How is Liberty doing?"

"Still the same." sighed Janet;" What are you doing here?"

"I was on my way to see Liberty." said her friend hesitating;" I know that you want me to keep my distance from you, but I wanted to see how liberty was doing for myself. I wanted to make sure that she knows that I'm also there for her if she needs me, Janet."

"That's sweet of you." answered she with a sad smile;" I'm sure that it means a lot to liberty."

"And to you?" asked Dusty curious;" I'm here for you too if you need me. I mean that!"

"I know." replied his friend tired;" That means a lot to me too, Dusty."

"It's going to be okay again." promised he, taking Janet into his arms to comfort her;" Liberty will get better again."

"I hope so." sighed Janet nearly in tears as she leaned up against him;" She's my everything."

"The doctors will do whatever they can to make her better again." said her friend and slowly pulled Janet with him;" Let's get out of here for a while. You look like you could use a break."

"I do, but I have to get to work." answered she;" I don't have time for a break."

"Then you will make time. You really need to take a break. They will understand at work." replied Dusty;" Let's go."
