(Hell's pass Hospital)
Butters pulled Tweek out of the jeep and ran towards the entrance.
"Help!" Butters shouted as he pulled Tweek into the emergency room.
A male nurse pulled Tweek onto a stretcher and rolled him down the hall while a female doctor ran after them.
Butters looked down for a moment before he heard a familiar voice.
"Butters, is Tweek ok?"
Butters turned around and saw Tweek's Girlfriend, Millie Larsen, run in.
"Millie, how did you find out so quickly? I just got here." Butters asked.
"Nelly texted me that Tweek was hurt and that you were driving him to the hospital."
Millie looked around the emergency room then back at Butters.
"W-where is he?!"
"The Doctors took him as soon as we stepped in. They didn't tell me where they were taking him."
"Well, we can't just stand here! We have to ask what room that he's in; I have to know what they're doing to my precious Coffee Bean."
"Relax, Millie. If a whole army of Demons couldn't kill Tweek, one stray bullet isn't going to do anything to him."
"Butters, I know you're trying to be strong for both of us right now, and i do appreciate it, but we have to be realistic right now!"
Millie then got out her cellphone.
"Who are you calling?" Butters asked.
Millie wanted to shout at Butters and tell him that she was calling Tweek's parents, but she was glad that she didn't because Butters may have just saved Tweek's life by bringing him here so quickly, plus yelling at him wouldn't help anyone right now.
(2 hours later)
Mr . Tweak, along with Millie and Butters, waited patiently until the female Doctor came up to the family.
"Are you the Tweak family?" the Female doctor asked.
Richard and his wife both got up.
"Yes, we're his parents," Mrs. Tweak said.
"Doctor, is our boy going to be ok?" Richard asked while barely holding it together.
The doctor sighed.
"Unfortunately, I have some bad news. When your son was shot, the bullet ricocheted inside his body before coming out the back; the bullet destroyed one kidney and badly damaged the other; we will have to remove both very soon."
Both of Tweek's parents were stunned.
"Well, what are our further options? Can't you put him on dialysis until you find a donor?" Richard asked.
"We can put him on dialysis for now, but finding a donor may be difficult."
"Why?" Mrs. Tweak asked.
"Your son has AB-negative blood, and since that is a rare blood type, the odds of finding a donor are minuscule."
"Can we at least see him?" Richard asked.
The Doctor nodded and led the four to Tweek's hospital room.
Tweek was asleep on the hospital bed. Mrs. Tweak put a hand through her son's hair.
"He looks so peaceful." Mrs. Tweak said.
After saying this, the four then noticed Tweek slowly opening his eyes.
"Ugh, what happened?" Tweek asked.
"You got pretty banged up, son," Richard said.
"When will he be able to come home?" Mrs. Tweak asked.
" Tomorrow, we will give him his first-ever dialysis treatment. After that, he can go home." The Doctor said before leaving the room.
"Dialysis, why do I need that?" Tweek asked.
"When Gregory shot you, the Bullet bounced around your body a few times before destroying one kidney then hitting the other one making it useless. That's why the doctor wants you go on dialysis till they can find a donor." Butters said.
Before Tweek could reply, the doctor came back in.
"I'm afraid visiting hours are over; you all may come back tomorrow, but now you have to go."
"You're seriously telling us to go when our son was almost just killed?!" Richard asked angrily.
"Sir, we need all the room we can get. May I remind you that your not the only parent whose child has been badly hurt tonight?"
"Mom, Dad, it's ok. I'll see you both tomorrow." Tweek said weakly.
Both of Tweek's parents reluctantly agreed and said there goodbyes to their son.
Millie kissed Tweek lovingly on the lips.
"I'll be here tomorrow too," Millie whispered into Tweek's right ear before leaving. Butters was about to join her, but he stopped when he heard Tweek call after him.
"Hey, Butters, could you hang back for a sec?" Tweek asked.
Butters turned around and walked back to Tweek's bed.
"What's up, Tweek?" Butters asked.
"When you were driving me here, I heard you say that I was your best friend. Is that true?"
Butters blushed a little and nodded.
"Ya, you are. Tweek, I know you and I never really interact that much before Kenny died, and even then, we only fought because the guys replaced me with you, but you know, after the whole apple kidnapping thing and stuff, well, I got to know the real you and the real you I was happy to find out, is a great guy. After we got back, you got the guys to let me back in the group, even after all the horrible stuff I did to you when you first joined. I've never really had a genuine friendship with anyone before I met you. In the past, people only used me to do stuff for them. One of the great things about you, Tweek, is that you make people better. When I started hanging out with you guys again, I was surprised when I found out how different Stan and Kyle had become. I mean, they are still Assholes, but now they're more like Nice assholes except Eric. I think he's just going to stay crappy for the rest of his life."
Tweek smiled.
"Thanks, Butters. I'm glad we are friends now, too."
Butters smiled. He was about to turn around and walk out but noticed Tweek beginning to shake violently and Foam at the mouth!
Butters ran out of the room and looked up and down the hall for anyone who could help.
"Help! I need a doctor!"
(Larsen residence)
Mr. & Mrs. Tweak Dropped Millie off at her home.
"Are you sure it's safe for you here, Millie? You're welcome to stay with us till things settle down in town." Mrs. Tweak said.
"Thank you, Mrs. Tweak, but im fine. It doesn't look like the Demons got this far into town." Millie answered before waving goodbye to her boyfriend's parents.
Millie then turned around and opened the door to find her mother frantically throwing their clothes and belongings into an open suitcase.
"Momma, what are you doing?" Millie asked.
Regina ran over to her daughter and held her lovingly.
"Oh, Millie, thank God that your ok. Why didn't you answer your cell phone!?"
Millie got out her phone and noticed all the missed calls from her mother.
"Oops, sorry, momma. Why are you packing all our stuff?"
"Millie, we are leaving New South park."
