Braxton House

"Morning." Casey says as he walks out, seeing the triplets sat at the table with Brax as he went to get himself some breakfast.

"Morning." Brax says, glancing at his identical brothers when they stay quiet. "Boys?"

"Yep?" Lucas asks.

"Hey, did you get the link I sent you this morning?" Tyler asks Lucas and Kyle.

"Yeah we did." Kyle nods. "I think it looks great. A good size for us."

"I liked it as well. Overall it would be good." Lucas agrees.

"What would be good for you?" Brax asks.

"The house we're looking at renting a few towns over." Tyler says.

"I thought we spoke about this?" Brax says.

"We did." Tyler nods. "I don't see why we have to suffer just for breathing."

"We don't want to stay somewhere with an atmosphere like this, it's really not nice." Lucas says.

"And before the blame gets shifted onto us again, we've done everything to clear the air." Kyle adds on. "Casey is so in love with this girl Emily set him up with, and that was our idea, not that it was recognised. So I'm sorry Brax, we don't think you guys should suffer as well, so we're out."

"I'm going for a surf." Casey shakes his head, throwing his bowl in the sink before storming out.

"Why wouldn't you talk to us about this before you went looking at other places?" Brax asks.

"We did, Brax. It was spoken about at the family meeting and nothing has changed." Kyle says. "How much longer does this have to go on before Casey will actually start acknowledging us as brothers."

"He does." Brax says, getting a scoff from all three of them. "Since when were you three in sync? You barely know each other." He huffs, standing up to put his cup in the sink.

"We don't need to know each other well to have a close connection, Ricky practically said so." Lucas says, grinning at his brother's face.

"Ricky says a lot, doesn't mean you have to listen." Brax says. "I preferred it when you didn't agree with each other."

"No you didn't." Kyle frowns.

"Well I do now." Brax says. "Don't think about moving out yet, I'll sort Casey out for real this time."

"Didn't you say that about the family meeting?" Tyler says. "If Casey isn't going to listen, why should we stay and put up with it? We agreed that moving out would be better for us, so we're doing it."

"But if Casey changes his attitude, we won't need to move out." Lucas says.

"We've already spoken about this, Lucas-"

"If Lucas wants to stay, he can stay. Don't even think about forcing them into moving out with you." Brax warns, Tyler hanging his head.

"Fine, we'll wait and see what happens." Tyler says. "Sorry Lucas."

"That's okay." Lucas says, smiling at Brax in thanks, wishing he had him around growing up.

"If you want a lift to work, I'll be leaving soon. I'm going to sort the delivery for you." Brax asks.

"Kyle and I were going to walk but thank you." Lucas says.

"You're too nice." Kyle comments.

"How?" Lucas asks.

"That's Brax you're talking to, a simple 'no' would have been enough." Kyle smiles, getting a whack over the head from his brother.

"Maybe you could learn a thing or two from him." Brax says as he walks over to the door, grabbing his car keys from the side table. "See you soon." He says, walking out.

"I'll walk with you when you head to work." Tyler says.

"How come?" Lucas asks. "I didn't know you had a shift today."

"I don't. I met a girl yesterday." Tyler smiles.

"Who is she?" Lucas asks.

"You'll find out soon." Tyler shrugs.

"Oh come on, you can't keep your girl a secret as well." Kyle moans.

"Just cause your chick won't tell you who she set Casey up on a date with, don't go taking it out on me." Tyler says.

"That's Tyler's terms for don't ask because there will be a different girl next week." Lucas says, having heard it all before. "Won't this be girlfriend 98 or is it nearer 102 now?" He asks.

"You're not funny." Tyler glares, walking to his room to get his phone.

"He's that bad huh?" Kyle says.

"Just be careful with Emily around him." Lucas quietly says. "She won't cheat on you with him, but he wouldn't mind taking advantage of the fact she can't tell us apart. She's his type all over."

"Just what I wanted to hear." Kyle lightly glares.

"He probably won't because of the promise he made to Brax but just be aware." Lucas says, wishing he never said anything now. "We'll kill him ourselves if he ever thinks about doing that to you."

"We don't have it in us to do it alone, what makes you think we'll be able to do it together?" Kyle laughs.

"I'm sure Heath would help." Lucas says. "Brax won't, he won't be happy if he knew we were talking about this."

"I think Brax would be more likely to help than Heath." Kyle says.

"Really?" Lucas frowns.

"Maybe, I don't know." Kyle shrugs.

"You two ready to go?" Tyler asks as he walks back out.

"Yep." They both nod.

Surf Club - Angelo's

"I'm not saying it's a bad thing, I'm just not liking how Lucas is starting to pick up some of Kyle's habits. And now Kyle is telling him to stop being nice." Brax complains to his fiancee. "Lucas is too nice and it's probably his downfall sometimes but it makes him different to us. I don't even want to think what this family would have been like if we were all nice."

"It's not worth thinking about." Ricky jokes. "But I see where you're coming from but I think it's great that Lucas is different in that sense. You're all a little careful around him because you don't want to upset him, which means you're picking up his good habits."

"And how'd you figure that one out?" Brax asks.

"You're taking into account his feelings which means something in you is changing. The old you wouldn't have cared about anyone's feelings." Ricky says.

"Still don't care about a lot of people's feelings. I guess I don't want to hurt my brothers. I've worked too hard trying to get them onto good paths." Brax says. "But enough of that, who's that guy sitting with Emily?" He asks, knowing the triplets were due for their shift soon.

"It's the owner of the photography company she's with, he wanted to have a meeting with her, so she suggested it be here." Ricky says, having briefly spoken to her before the meeting started. "Don't worry, she doesn't look at him like that."

"She better not. I can't have Kyle go through that again." Brax says, not knowing what they would do else.

"What happened to you not thinking negatively about their relationship?" Ricky shakes her head.

"She cheated on him and played victim just to win him back." Brax says, faintly rolling his eyes that she was questioning him over it again.

"She was a victim. I understand that Kyle is your brother and you think he can find someone better, but he loves her."

"He also loved his exes, and he was cheated on by a couple of them as well." Brax says. "I think if he was to wait longer until he found a girl who truly loved him, no one would blame him."

"He's found the one and I don't want to hear you say anything about their relationship again unless it's something nice." Ricky firmly says. "People told me not to be with you and look how that turned out."

"Who said that?"

"Does that matter?" She asks, raising an eyebrow at him. "Leave your brother's relationship alone and maybe focus on bringing your brothers back together again."

"I've tried everything. Casey has never been this stubborn and I don't know what else to do. I can't seem to get a break from those boys having troubles that they need me to sort out." Brax groans.

"Right, I'm due a break when they boys come up, so I'll go and sort Casey out." Ricky says, Brax shooting his gaze to hers. "I'm not having this feud, or whatever they're calling it now, last any longer. Casey needs to grow up because he got what he wanted and that was this girl he's seeing." She says, taking a deep breath.

"I love you." Brax smiles, loving her little rants.

"I should hope so." Ricky smiles. "I'm sure it's not going to be too hard to get through to him this time."

"And what makes you so sure of that when we've already tried?" Brax asks.

"Because I'm not going to let him go anywhere until I've seen him apologise to the boys." Ricky grins.

"Okay. Well I've got some paperwork to sort out in the office. When Kyle comes in, can you tell him I need to go through the next rota with him?"

"Sure." She nods, wondering how she was going to get through to Casey for good.
