Izumi sniffles as she Sat by Ethan's Bed. "You think he'll be okay?" She Whimpers out.
"He'll need to rest for now. Seems his Body is adjusting to his new powers. His DNA is all kinds of messed up right now. What's more he can't take anymore powers into himself. Or he'll run the risk of another heart attack or Worse. Cardiac Arrest." Recovery girl says.
"I just can't help but worry though." Izumi sniffs. "He'll pull through." Bakugo says.
Izumi turns to see Bakugo standing at the door. "B-bakugo..." She gasps.
"What do you care?" Towa asks. "All you want is to constantly fight with him." Ruby says.
"Shut up! He'll pull through. Even if I have to revive him myself." Bakugo snaps.
"What do you mean?" Setsuna asks. "Watching him suffer left a Really bad taste in my mouth. So I decided to put my emotions aside to help the asshole. We'll be getting that fight. And I want nothing to stop us. No diseases or health problems, No dumb ass villains, and No bitching about it. I know Ethan will pull through as well. He's too stubborn to just keel over and die then and there." Bakugo explains.
He grimaced at his memories of before. Ever since that fuse grew out his pride seemed to have fueled the explosion he created back in his fight with Moroha.
Now he is just confused, A little angry but that's a given thanks to his quirk, and tired. Just tired.
"Why should we believe you?" Setsuna asks. "You don't have to. Nor do I care. Just trust me. He'll make it." Bakugo states.
He notices something. "Hey look. His weird scales are growing out an In on his arms." Bakugo says.
They all look to see a Layer of metallic scales covering his arms near the wrist but quickly falling off. A Noticeable white line at where his Vambraces used to be.
"I think he wants his Vambraces." Moroha says. "Moroha! You shouldn't be up." Towa gasps.
"Yeah yeah. I know. But Ethan comes first. He's my boyfriend too. And he clearly wants his vambraces back. He usually wears them to hide his "Scars of the past" as he puts it despite no scars being there." Moroha says lifting her bed frame up.
"His vambraces?" Bakugo questions.
"I'll get them." Ruby says flying off to find the vambraces.
"Seems Ethan's mind is subconsciously looking for things to comfort his psyche. His body was highly stressed and it was multiplied by that heart attack on a Bun he ate." Recovery girl theorizes.
"Got them!" Ruby says opening them and clipping them back into place on his arms.
His Body began to visibly relax at that. Izumi smiles as she hugs Ethan by the neck.
"Miss Izumi. I hate to say this but your fight is up next. You got ten minutes left." Cemontoss says from the door. Izumi saddens at that.
Bakugo looks to Izumi and Ethan. 'You better keep her safe Sanchez.' He thought as he exited the room.
"You go ahead Izumi. I'll Watch over Ethan for you." Recovery girl says.
"R-right. You better take good care of him!" Izumi shouts. Recovery girl smiles and nods. "I will. Now go out there. Make sure to win for Ethan if you can." Recovery girl encourages. "Right!" She nods before running off.
Recovery girl Smiles as she leaves then sighs as she looks at Ethan's body. "Poor boy. Despite all his bravado he is still human after all." She says.
(A few days later.)
"So I'm not going to be interning?" Ethan asks Aizawa. He's woken up today and was recently discharged.
"Unfortunately no. The other students all went off by now. You'll be given a Few days to destress yourself and recuperate instead." Aizawa says. He also gives Ethan a sheet. "But you do need to make up a Hero name. That's the least you can do. Also." Aizawa says.
"On the request of Izumi. A wireless Heart monitoring device has been affixed to your heart. This is to help Izumi moniter your BPM and Hopefully prevent another heart attack. You scared a lot of people back their Sanchez." Aizawa remarks.
Ethan looks down in shame. 'Izumi. You must be worried sick.' He thought. Aizawa grabs his shoulder causing Ethan to look up. "Don't cry over spilled milk. Despite it happening at such a young age I understand that you must have been holding in a lot of stressful thoughts. Its why I didn't punish you back at the USJ. You were clearly stressing out. Even if you didn't notice " Aizawa says.
"I... I see... I'm sorry..." Ethan apologizes. "Don't. Just focus on the now okay?" Aizawa asks. Ethan lightly gasps at this. Aizawa then heads back to his desk to get in his sleeping bag.
"You have until the end of the week to make up a Hero name. Otherwise its free period." Aizawa says.
Ethan looks at the sheet and Sits down on his desk. The desk changes to his bed side as he sat on it. Wondering what to do.
He Looks at his hand after removing his glove to Grow out the scales. They were small. And Shaped like spades. They were a Gray blue in colouration with Light gray under scales.
"Maybe some experimentation will give me an idea." Ethan suggests to himself. He Took a Deep breath and Focused his Magic into a Scale.
The Scale turns Bright blue and began To feel cold.
He tried demon energy and they turn a Bright red whilst Feeling extremely hot. Next he tried Aura. It Turned purple and Felt electrified. He Began to Produce and store a large amount of the aptly named metal scales into his Inventory sack.
He Felt his spore producing sacs in his Throat finally fill up. He filed it down for later as he Finished stocking up on scales.
He Detaches a finger. It moves away for about an Inch then stops. When Ethan tries pulling it away he felt his finger turn numb as it goes limp. He Put it pack on to try another finger. This time spinning it. It goes quite fast at first before settling down and reattaching itself to his hand.
He notes it down and puts his gloves pack on. He Gets up out of bed to head outside. He Channels demon energy into his spore sacs as he breaths it out onto the grass below. In return two giant mushrooms grew out the ground. Sturdy as trees with A layer of almost bark like skin on the stalk. The heads were closely packed and Dome shaped. with Yellow crystal like growths on the under sides of them. Giving a sort of light to them.
Ethan Forms a Sword and Cuts them down to observe the "Wood" core. The Blue mushroom was Blue as well inside. Resembling a familiar mushroom wood type.
The Other mushroom was a faded red pinkish purple color. Ethan Rips the stumps out as He Uses Molecular Manipulation to dry out and Chop up the mushrooms.
He got a Lot of Planks and such from the mushrooms and Some new lighting materials.
He Channeled his Silver eyed energy into the spores and Instead of a Mushroom. A Silver wooded tree with silver feather like leaves grew from the ground. He also tried it on a Scale and got pure Mirror like scales capable of reflecting light energy.
He Cut the tree down for materials and the feathers as well.
He used aura and Got Mushrooms with large white dust crystals on top. These things give off aura.
Ethan harvested them up as well. He then used real magic and got small glowing multicolored mushrooms in the process.
He Harvested them and Compressed them into a Small multicolored jewel. He Suddenly burped and Then Burped out a Gout of blue flames. That quickly turned to pure white freezing breath and then purple electricity bolts.
He Put a Hand over his mouth in shock but continued on. He Realized his Claws were retractable and already as tough as platinum. He Nodded and checked his tail and ears. They felt the same and Were certainly tough as well.
He Took this information in stride and stored away the materials he has made up into his inventory.
He then Grabs his Sword and Shield. He Grabs some Silver scales and Electrified metal scales and Places them on the flat of his blade and The front of his shield. Making patterns with the latter.
The scales merge into the items. He puts them away as he uses the surrounding grass to form a small and thin net that has scales stitched onto it.
Soon enough he started to make a multitude of materials and items to distract himself for quite a while. He Has two trunk fulls of Materials and items that helped him calm himself.
He Also moved the enchants from the necklace eye into his new Eye. He Found out his eye can shoot concussive lasers but once it gets too sore it will stop functioning to recharge. And his Glass eye has focused it into a Thin laser.
He Sighs. Nothing.
Izumi felt her body relax when she heard Ethan was recently discharged. "You seem happy. Something happen?" Gran Torino asks. "Yeah. My boyfriend was recently discharged. I was worried he'll be stuck in a coma." Izumi says. "Ah. Was he the boy who had a heart attack?" Torino asks. "Yeah. We were really scared for him." Izumi says.
"It pains me to see that happen to people who are so young." Torino comments. "Yeah. I wonder how he is doing?" Izumi wonders.
Her thoughts were soon interrupted by a White nomu crashing into the side of a train.
Ethan suddenly woke from his nap. A Bad feeling in his gut. He looked to see Godzilla getting up. "No. Don't do it." She says. Ethan Sighs. "Sorry. But my gut is telling me I should." Ethan argues. "Do it, and I will tell Aizawa." Godzilla threatens.
Ethan Saw her Turn into her giant cat form blocking the doorway. He scowls as He got up. Godzilla growls at him. He Frowns. Then Remembers something. "Oh right." He smiles as he takes out a Card. It glows, He glows, and then he's gone.
"DAMMIT!" Godzilla swears.
Meanwhile Ethan was Jumping around and over the UA borders to Head to Hosu. His Head going crazy with thoughts.
