the team was at Bellwood Beach during a bright sunny day. Kevin stood on the sandy ground in his ID Mask disguise when he was hit in the head with a volleyball.

"Ow!"

"Hey," a kid said, walking up to him. "Can we have our ball back?"

"Sure kid," Kevin said, popping the ball before handing it back to the kid and his friend. "Here you go."

The kid looked at the remains of the ball, shocked, before shooting a glare at Kevin and his friend stuck his tongue out at her before walking away.

"Such an asshole," Becky said, groaning in her red bikini.

"Nice one, Kevin," Ben sneered in his green swimming trunks. "What's next? Kicking puppies?"

"This little outing was your sister's idea, Ben. So you two just sit there and work on your Ben and Jen tan."

"Fine," Jen rolled her eyes. "We'll tan and you lighten up."

"No one's the boss of me, Tennyson. You know that."

"You sure, little bro?" Ally asked, nudging Gwen as she sat in a chair under an umbrella.

"Please lighten up, Kevin," Gwen asked.

Kevin softened with a chuckle. "Okay, Gwen."

Ben, Jen and Becky all snickered at that statement.

"What? What are you thinking?" Kevin asked.

"We're not thinking anything," Ben said.

"We swear!" Becky said, holding her hands up.

"I can vouch for that," Gwen said, sitting up. "Would one of you boys like to fetch me a bottle of water?"

"Rock paper scissors?" Ben asked Kevin as they both held their hands up and went for it. "One, two, three, scissors!"

"Paper!" Kevin shouted as they both drew.

That was when they heard every patron at the beach run away screaming from a familiar large rocky monster with pink lines.

"Rock," Gwen stated as everyone stood up from their positions.

Gwen put up a mana wall to stop the rock monster, but it just walked right through it, shattering it on impact.

"That's new," Jen said as she started firing all the mana bolts from her hands that she could, which had no effect on the creature.

It even swatted one away and it hit Kevin's ID Mask, damaging it and exposing his mutant self. Thankfully, all the civilians had retreated by that point.

"Sorry," Jen said as she and her brother went to their Omnitrixes and transformed into...

"Goop? I wanted Way Big!"

"Sludgeshifter? Seriously?" the Lenopan asked.

Kevin morphed his hands into a hammer and a giant fist and started slamming them into the stone golem, only to get grabbed by it and slammed into the ground.

"Ooh, that's gotta hurt," Ally winced as Goop hovered over and splattered himself all over the golem, the acid in his system starting to dissolve the rock.

"Hey, check it out! Acid rock!"

"Ben, get clear, now!" Sludgeshifter shouted.

"Come on, Jen, you worry too much."

That was when the Polymorph noticed a pink portal opened behind him and the golem and started sucking him in.

"Or just enough."

Sludgeshifter oozed her hand over to Goop and she used her muddy hand to grab his Anti-Gravity device to drag him over to her as the pink portal started sucking the golem in.

Becky knocked an explosive arrow in her bow and fired it to blast the golem into the vortex as the twins transformed back.

"Magic vortex? Nice work, Gwen," Ben said.

"That wasn't me," Gwen said as they went to check on Kevin, who started coughing up sand.

The kid who's ball Kevin crushed walked up to him and gazed down at him sternly.

"What are you looking at?"

"It's okay. I totally get why you busted my beach ball. You're a superhero who's really a monster. Guys like you are always mean."

The kid ran away as Kevin growled.

"Why you!"

Ally absorbed a nearby rock to her hand and held Kevin back with her strength.

"It's okay, Kevin," she said.

"It's gonna be alright," Gwen agreed.

"No, it's not!"

"We don't know how we're supposed to help you if you keep turning us away!" Becky shouted.

"Why is that a surprise. You don't know how to do much of anything."

"Uh, what did you just say to us?!" Gwen shouted.

"I didn't ask you guys for any help!" Kevin shouted back before walking away. "I'm gonna go fix my ID Mask."

"I gotta go too," Gwen said. "Think about this."

She then walked off in the other direction as the others began thinking about it.

"There's only two people we know who can summon those creatures," Ben said.

"And one of them is a good friend of ours," Jen agreed.

"Which leaves only one person it could be..." Becky remembered.

Later the next morning, just as the sun was rising, on the other side of the magic vortex, a young woman stood with a sly grin on her face, now taller and wiser than before.

Enchantress' nanites had reactivated since the Mount Rushmore incident five years ago and she now wore her stony golem armor with glowing purple lines around her and her eyes had gotten large black cracks, signifying corruption underneath them as she gazed slyly from beneath her purple visor.

"Well, well, my pets. Gwen Tennyson has a boyfriend now. But he's not happy."

Enchantress didn't notice her long silver-haired little sister lurking beneath a rock as she put her hand to her mouth to silence herself before she fixed the black crown on her head and dusted off her purple and pink dress.

"I knew her nanites had reactivated by now," Hope thought to herself as she looked and saw magic energy generating from her mere fingertips and she clutched her hand closed. "As powerful as my magic has become over the years, with her nanites, she's at a completely different level than me altogether."

"Hmm, perhaps sending you to destroy her and her family was too simple of revenge. After all, she did steal my spellbook. The least I can do is steal something important to her."

"Sorry, sis," Hope thought to herself. "Can't let you do that. I gotta go help my friends."

She then immediately snapped her fingers and instantly teleported away.

Enchantress gazed upon her dimensional window and saw Kevin working on his ID mask next to the Burger Shack.

"There he is."

Enchantress then laughed as she snapped her fingers and she changed her appearance to that of a tall blonde 17-year-old girl and held a tennis ball in her hand.

As soon as he was finished fixing the mask, Kevin placed it on his face, instantly rendering his appearance as a normal human.

That was when he felt a ball hit him in the back of the head, knocking his food over.

"Ow! Figures. Did someone paint a target on my head or something?"

"Oh, I'm sorry," Enchantress said, dragging a suitcase along. "It just slipped out of my hand. I'm such a goof."

"No, it's okay."

"I'm... Elise. Let me buy you another burger," she said as Kevin handed her back her ball.

"Kevin. And don't worry about it. I wasn't that hungry anyway."

Kevin walked back to his car and Enchantress glared after him and examined it.

"Let me guess, small-block V8, 300-horsepower and... nitrous tank for afterburners?"

"Liquid oxygen. I like to go fast," Kevin said before a confused look appeared on his face. "You're into cars?"

"...I could be in yours That'd be nice," Enchantress said with a sly grin which Kevin returned.

As Kevin's car peeled down the seat with "Elise" in the passenger seat, she smiled at him.

"This thing corners like a dream! Is there anything this car can't do?"

"Well, it's not submersible, but I'm working out the kinks on that."

"Oh."

Suddenly, out of the corner of her eye, she saw a little kid playing on a Nintendo Switch through a crosswalk, not paying attention to the road when a large truck came speeding down with a honk of a horn, startling him.

He was suddenly enveloped in a pink glow and lifted away from the truck and onto the other side of the road.

Kevin turned to see "Elise" lower her hand that was glowing pink.

"...We need to talk."

"You think?"

The rest of the Omni-Team barring Gwen, who had gone to sleep at her own home that night to think about Kevin alone, was asleep in the Omni-Manor in their own separate rooms, a teddy bear in Jen's arms.

They heard a sharp knock on the door and groaned as they got out of bed.

"Who's up at this early in the morning?" Ally groaned, rubbing her eyes and shifting her hair out of her head.

"You fall asleep to heavy metal music and this bothers you?" Jen asked.

"Touché."

Ben opened the door and saw Hope standing outside, waving with a nervous smile on her face.

"Hope?" Becky asked.

"Hey guys."

"What are you doing here?" Ally asked with a yawn.

"It's my sister," Hope said. "She's back and she clearly wants revenge on Gwen for stealing her spellbook."

"Enchantress?" Ben asked. "We figured she was back from that rock creature that attacked us yesterday. But what do you think she's going to do for revenge now?"

"I don't know. But we're gonna find out," Jen said.

"Oh yeah. And it's been five years since you've last seen her, so the nanites that Driscoll put in her have reactivated. But she seems to have complete control over them since they have," Hope warned. "That armor of hers? She can activate and deactivate it at will for a real power boost?"

"Well, we can use our own armor too," Becky reminded. "You and Gwen have been trained in magic for awhile now, Jen."

"Yeah. We're not necessarily the underdogs this time," Ally said with a smile. "Let's go find Gwen."

That night, after everyone had gone to sleep after going to school, Kevin and "Elise" went for a walk on the beach.

"I've been practicing magic all my life. I've always had a knack for it," Enchantress told Kevin. Promise me you won't tell anyone? If people knew who I really am, it would scare them."

"I can relate," Kevin sighed. "People always fear what they don't understand."

"I know," Enchantress said, taking off Kevin's ID Mask and revealing his true appearance.

"How did you-"

"I know things. Like I know the real you. It's not some mask. It's not even this. What's inside you is all that matters."

Enchantress reached up to Kevin to kiss him, only for him to push her back.

"Look, it's not you, it's me. I'm kind of seeing someone right now."

"She'll never know about this."

"I would and she would too. You think you can do magic, Elise? She and her cousin are made of magic."

"Made of magic? If she's so powerful, this girlfriend of yours, how come she hasn't found a way to change you back?" Enchantress asked. "Maybe she figures that as long as you're a monster, no other girl will ever be interested? If I were your girlfriend, I'd be working day and night to cure this mutation."

"So you're saying how I look is important?"

"Not to me," Enchantress said as she suddenly wrapped her arms around Kevin's head and kissed him full on the lips.

As she pulled away, Kevin's eyes glowed pink and he gave a blank expression as Enchantress gave an evil smile at her dirty work.

At Gwen's house, the team had regrouped with her and explained that Enchantress had returned. They all sat in the backyard, some sitting, others leaning back on the garden wall.

"This is ridiculous, guys," Gwen said. "We can take down Enchantress anytime. What we should be doing is helping Kevin cope with what's happened to him."

"You mean the thing that we caused?" Jen asked, bowing her head. "I feel so guilty about that every day."

"So do I," Ben sighed. "But at least he doesn't have any limits on going hero, unlike the pair of us. We have to depend on the Omnitrixes, which does what we want them to like half the time. Maybe less."

"We all have our own problems," Ally sighed, leaning against the wall. "I deal with loneliness a lot."

"You'll always have us," Becky smiled, hitting her friend in the arm.

"Yeah, you're right."

"I have family problems," Hope said, rubbing her arm. "My only family totally hates me. If anything, I may have it worse than him. He should stop whining about how bad he has it."

"He's not whining, guys," Gwen said, looking to the stars. "He just has a lot on his mind right now."

"Your mind is a blank," Enchantress said, suddenly shedding her disguise as she threw two marbles to the ground and her stone creatures appeared from them.

"Totally."

"You will bring Gwen Tennyson to the Bellwood Planetarium at midnight tonight."

Kevin only nodded blankly.

"Taking her boyfriend from her was just the warmup. Once she's at the planetarium, we'll use the full power of concentrated moonlight to siphon through her mystical field to steal her very magical essence. By the time I'm done, there'll be nothing left of her."

"She probably won't show up when I tell her that."

"Don't tell her, you simpleton!"

"Hey, give me a break. My mind's a blank."

"Ugh," Enchantress groaned. "Just bring her. Make an excuse. Force her to do it if you have to. Here."

Enchantress snapped her fingers and a necklace with a red pendant appeared around Kevin's neck.

"And if the other members of the Omni-Team try to stop me?"

"Destroy them."

"'Kay."

Kevin only walked away, completely focused like a zombie as the armored Enchantress only gazed at her dirty work with an evil grin.

"Trust us, Gwen," Ben said, getting ready to leave. "Everyone needs some time to think through their problems alone. We all do that every day."

"Give the guy some time on his own and he'll feel better about himself," Ally reassured.

"Maybe you guys are right," Gwen admitted. "Who's going on patrol tonight?"

"I am," Becky said with a nod. "It's my shift tonight."

That was when Kevin's car pulled up in the driveway and Kevin stepped out, surprising everyone as he stood in his true mutated form.

"Couldn't fix the ID Mask?" Gwen asked.

"I don't need it."

"There you go, man!" Jen said. "You've got the right idea now!"

"Gwen, you should come with me."

"What? Why now?"

"We... could go to a stock car race."

"I don't like racing. You know that."

"I do!" Ben said. "We could all take our cars there."

"I think Pink Angel over here is dying for a race," Jen said, leaning against her car.

Kevin then took her arm.

"I mean to say we should... go on patrol. You and me."

"But it's my shift tonight," Becky said. "We set that schedule for every night for a reason."

Hope noticed this from behind the corner as she cast an invisibility spell on herself.

"Kevin, let go of my arm!"

"You need to come with me right now. We're going to the planetarium."

"What's wrong with you?" Ally asked as Kevin dragged Ally to his car.

"Yeah," Ben said as he and Jen stood in front of his car. "What's going on with you, dude?"

"Yeah," Jen said. "It's not like you to drag Gwen off for no reason."

Kevin only grabbed Jen by the collar and tossed her into some garbage cans, sending everyone gasping as she picked herself up.

"Kevin, let me go!"

"We're going to the planetarium. We have to be there by midnight."

"Kevin, I don't want to hurt you!"

"Well that makes one of us," Jen said as she groaned and picked a banana peel off her head as Hope appeared from the top and levitated above them, her long silver hair blowing in the breeze.

"No one hurts my sister and gets away with it," Ben said as he winked at her. "Besides me that one time of course."

"No, I deserved it that time."

"Time for..."

The twins slammed their Omnitrixes down, morphing into...

"Diamondhead? Okay, I can work with this."

"Battlefly? Sure, why not?"

Diamondhead rose a pillar of crystal up to block Kevin from his car as Battlefly hovered in the air above them and glared, preparing her wind as Kevin formed his arms into a blade and hammer while Diamondhead formed his into a shield.

"Sorry, Kev," Becky said as she pressed her watch to turn into Huntress and took out her spear. "We can't let you take Gwen."

Hope hovered above them all, her hands encased in magical aura, charm bag at the ready as Kevin glared at them all.

Gwen put up a forcefield between the two parties, which Kevin just burst through.

"Oh, come on! Now he's going through my shields too? What's going on here?"

Kevin charged and sliced at Diamondhead's body with his blade arm, sending off chunks of Taydenite, while Battlefly flew in and blasted Kevin back with a wind blast, which he withstood as Huntress charged in and started dueling with him with her spear.

He almost got the black-haired tomboy with his hammer arm, only for her to backflip away with a shout.

"That all you got?" Matter Girl said as she grabbed him from the back, causing him to flip her off, but not before she caught notice of the pendant around his neck.

Diamondhead sent a wave of crystal at Kevin, sending him skidding back as Hope flew in and shouted out, thrusting her arms to her sides and blasting magic violet beams from her eyes that sent him skidding to the floor.

"That all you got... Charmcaster?"

That last word hit her eardrums at almost slow motion and her calm look suddenly morphed to one of fury as a violet magical aura surrounded her entire body and she hovered in the air, eyes glowing violet.

"Do. Not. Call. Me. CHARMCASTER!" Hope shouted out, blasting Kevin at point blank with all the magic power she had within her as Diamondhead encased Kevin in Taydenite as Matter Girl hit him with a steel hammer kick.

Lucky Girl flew in and hit him with a ton of mana bolts to keep him grounded.

"Becky, get that pendant around his neck," Matter Girl told her friend, noticing the pendant glowing pink w

Huntress nodded and opened her bow, firing out an arrow that just missed Kevin's neck, tearing the necklace from it and to the ground... just as Kevin broke out of the Taydenite and Hope used her telekinesis to hold Kevin to a tree.

"Ugh..." Kevin groaned as the Omnitrixes timed out. "Um, could someone fill me in on why I'm pinned to a tree?"

"I'm sorry, what?" Jen asked as the team regrouped in the park by their cars.

"Her name was Elise?" Ben asked.

"Yeah, white haired girl in stony armor that was glowing purple. Had magical powers."

"Enchantress," Gwen said. "It has to be."

"We haven't seen her since we were kids," Ally remembered.

"She must be looking for a little payback on you for stealing her spellbook," Hope noted.

"So... was she cute?" Ben asked.

"Ben!"

"More than cute. Smoking hot," Kevin smiled.

"Kevin!"

"What did she tell you?" Ally asked.

"I remember when we were talking."

"About what?" Becky asked.

"Stuff. You know? It's all kind of blurry after she kissed me."

"She kissed you?!" Gwen asked, eyes glowing pink and her skin starting to peel to reveal violet underneath, blushing furiously.

"Calm down, Gwen," Jen said as she pressed her shoulder.

"Yeah, I didn't mean to tell you that part."

"Really? No one kisses my man except me!" Gwen said.

"Dumb thing to say, Kev," Ally said, rolling her eyes.

"Can't argue with you there, sis."

"So, she wants me at the planetarium by midnight?" Gwen asked. "Was that right?"

"Yeah. So?"

"So... let's be there."

"It's gotta be a trap, Gwen," Ben warned. "You know that right?"

"Yeah, I know. And I don't really care."

"Good," Jen said as she hopped into Pink Angel and fired up the ignition as Ben hopped into his DX Mk 10. "Just as long as all of us are in agreement."

"Bring it on."

"One minute to midnight," Enchantress said, looking upon our heroes inside the planetarium by gazing into her crystal ball. "Perfect timing. Let's give them a rocky reception."

The stone creatures nodded as the Omni-Team's vehicles parked in different areas all over the Planetarium's parking lot as Hope appeared in a puff of violet smoke next to them as they got out.

"It's not like I kissed her, alright?" Kevin asked. "It was like, 80% her kiss."

"You really need to be quiet now," Gwen warned as the team suited up.

The stone creatures burst through the doors with a roar as Gwen and Jen shouted out with a mana blast each that only bounced off of the stone creatures.

"Crap," Jen said, looking at our hands. "Am I getting rusty?"

"No," Gwen said. "She's got them charmed against us. Our powers are the very substance of magic. Enchantress is ready for anything we've got."

"Not... everything," Hope reminded, with a wink.

"Saving it for when I really need it," Jen said, feeling at her heart.

Ally shouted out and gave a massive metal headbutt to a stEone creature as Becky fired a smoke arrow at it from her crossbow, blinding it.

"Those new trick arrows are so awesome!" Ben said to her cousin as she fired out an explosive arrow that knocked one back.

Ben looked at his Omnitrix, which was still in the red, dodging the blasts.

"We'll take it from here," he told the three mages. "You guys go to stop Enchantress."

"Right!" Jen said as she, Gwen and Hope ran/floated into the planetarium, where the armored Enchantress was waiting for them, resting on top of a metal planet model with an evil smile.

"Gwen and Jen Tennyson," Enchantress said as Hope floated alongside them, fisticuffs ready. "Good to see you, Jen. As for you, Gwen, I've been waiting five years to say this..."

"Well?" Gwen asked, eyes glowing pink with anger.

"...I love what you've done with your hair."

Enchantress then fired out a mana spell, which caused all three sorceresses to bolt in separate directions as Gwen blocked her blasts with a mana shield.

Enchantress fired out a powerful blast that struck Jen as she shouted out and her human form shifted to her Anodite form as she floated in the air and sent out a mana blast to Enchantress from her chest as Hope flew down and blasted violet fire blasts from her hands that combined with Gwen's mana laser.

Even with the nanites enhancing her powers, Enchantress still wasn't quite a match for three powerful mages triple-teaming with their own powers.

"Sorry, sis," Hope said as she kept up the assault. "This is for your own good!"

"You're losing, Enchantress!" Gwen shouted as Enchantress was backed up into a wall, still firing with everything she had.

"Even with your powers enhanced by those nanites, you still can't beat all three of us by yourself!"

"I...don't... have to!" Enchantress suddenly shot as a runic marking appeared under Gwen's feet

"Huh?!" Gwen asked before she was shocked violently, rooted in place as the observatory of the planetarium opened up and Jen and Hope looked up as they were suddenly grabbed from behind by two giant stone creautres.

"Overconfident much, girls? I bet you figured that with no visible runes on the floor, no access to moonlight, I couldn't possibly trap you!"

Moonlight showered down onto Gwen as she shouted out, body blazing with magenta aura.

"Well, you guys were wrong. And the fun's only just beginning."

"Gwen, no!" Hope shouted as she struggled in her bonds and tried to reach for her own charm bag.

Meanwhile, outside, Ben, Becky, Kevin and Ally were struggling against their own stone creatures as Becky started panting, gripping her spear with all her might as she vaulted over one and stabbed one with her spear and tossed it over her, shattering it.

"Hello, guys! Omnitrix is on the fritz right now!" Ben shouted, ducking and dodging the jabs of his own stone creature as Kevin was punched to the floor and Ally ducked and dodged her own creatures swipes, sliding back as she struggled to push it back.

"We can't help you!" Ally shouted. "We've got our own problems!"

"Right. You guys do your own work," Ben sighed, dodging and ducking past the creature's punches before he realized he was right next to a fire hydrant and a mischeivous smirk appeared on his face. "Hey, here I am! Making it easy for you, rocky!"

The creature growled and swiped down, breaking the hydrant, which blasted its head right off its body from the sheer pressure of the water.

"Ha!"

His triumph was short-lived as he looked towards the planetarium to see the violent magenta glow coming from the observatory.

"Oh man. That can't be good."

Gwen screamed as Enchantress lifted her with her telekinesis and started absorbing all of her magical energies into her own body.

"AAAAHHH!"

"NO!" Jen and Hope shouted simultaneously.

"Hahahahaha! Kevin wasn't kidding!" Enchantress laughed in triumph. "You're filled with mana! It's so unfair. I've worked my butt off for my power and to get to my level. You and your cousin there were born made of magic! Well guess what? I can control magic. Which means I can control you and what nature gives, I can take away."

Jen shouted out and sent a powerful surge of mana outwards that destroyed her stone creature and she panted as Hope turned around and blasted out magic beams from her eyes that destroyed her own stone creature.

Both of them went to Gwen's sides as she panted weakly.

"You okay?"

"So... weak..." Gwen groaned, standing up before she looked at her right arm, noting that her tattoos of the Charms of Bezel were still perfectly intact on it, but she now lacked the magic necessary to use their power.

"Why?" Hope asked, reaching her hand out and a magic staff materialized in her hand as she twirled it and pointed it at her big sister.

"Why not? That wannabe mage took something that was very dear to me and I simply returned the favor."

"That 'wannabe mage' happens to be my best friend," Hope said. "She has been nothing but nice to me since I met her."

"We don't need friends, Hope. We could be gods!"

"No. I'm strong enough as is being a master sorceress!" Hope said as she twirled her staff in hand, hair blowing in the magic winds she was conjuring.

"Really? You learned nothing from when we were working together? Look at yourself, Hope. You're half the girl you used to be."

"Which would still make me twice the mage that you'll ever be!" Hope shouted as she fired a powerful blast from a circle she created using her staff that Enchantress easily countered with her own magic power.

"You can't stand up to me with Gwen's magic added to my own! I'll be waiting for our inevitable showdown later. and bring your friends with you."

As our heroes outside were still struggling with their stone creatures, all growing tired from the constant fighting, obviously winded.

"Come on! What is wrong with this thing?!" Ben shouted as Enchantress suddenly appeared.

"Leave them alone, you useless piles of rock. They no longer matter."

The stone creatures backed off as the Omni-Team regrouped.

"Where's Gwen!?" Kevin demanded.

"She's fine. You're perfect for each other, after all. You're all powerless to stop me!"

Enchantress laughed evilly before disappearing in a flash of light.

Everyone ran inside the observatory and they saw Jen, now back in human form, helping Gwen up with Hope helping her.

"You okay, sis?" Becky asked.

"She stole all my power. How do you think I am?!"

"Uh... weak?" Ben asked.

"We're sorry, Gwen," Ally said.

"No. Don't be. I deserve this. I was too angry and I got cocky in how we fought her."

"I should've seen it coming too," Jen said.

"I can see how she can make you-"

"No, Kevin. I was angry at you!"

"Wait, me?!"

"No! I mean yes, a little, I mean... why were you even hanging out with her?"

"Yeah, you had just met her, dude," Becky said.

"Because I thought she liked me."

"And I don't?!"

"If you liked me so much, why haven't you bothered to find a way to change me back?"

"Uh, dude..." Ben began with his sister, cousin and friends looking in dismay at the argument.

"After all, as long as I'm a monster, no other girl would want me, right?!"

Gwen only facepalmed and turned away.

"We are not having this conversation. We're going after Enchantress right now. I've got a plan."

"Let's get out of here," Ally agreed as everyone walked away.

"Wait, how do we know-"

"Shut up Kevin," Jen said. "Just follow us."

Everyone left the building... except Kevin.

"I don't think so. Not this time."

Kevin stood on top of a building and faced the opposite direction to see Enchantress appear in a flash of light.

"Alright, I'm here just like I said I'd be."

"You can't trick me, Kevin. I can see everything you do. Now what do you want?"

"Okay, Enchantress. I can tell that you were totally just using me to get at Gwen. But the stuff you said to me... it made sense. So I was hoping we could... you know."

"You're asking me out? Sorry, dude. I don't date the good guys."

"I'm not a good guy. I just help Ben and Jen so I can hang out with their cousin. But if she doesn't really like me, what's the point in helping them? Even with the tiny bit of magic Gwen has left-"

"Wait. She has power left? I thought I sucked up everything she had like a sponge."

"It's not enough to matter. Just let it go."

"Any power that bitch has left belongs to me!"

Enchantress teleported herself and Kevin away as he smirked.

"Hook line and sinker," he thought.

The team was regrouping at Mr. Smoothie and Ben burped from like the tenth smoothie he downed as the others looked in disgust.

"Okay, how can you keep that many smoothies down?" Ally asked.

"Years of practice."

"Especially when you hated those things when we were kids," Jen noted as Becky and Ally chuckled.

"Enjoy it, guys," Enchantress said as she appeared with Kevin and her stone creatures. "Because it's going to be your last."

Enchantress' eyes glowed pink as she scanned the the Omni-Team and for magic. She found that Jen and Hope were still absolutely oozing with mana, their auras glowing the hottest pink you could imagine. Everyone else, however was a plain green, completely dry.

"Wait, she doesn't have any power left!"

"Oh, yeah, that," Kevin said. "I was lying."

"Well I'm telling the truth. I shall destroy you all! Ocktoom!"

She sent a magic beam outwards that shot into the cars, bringing them to life on their own and one of them slammed right into Kevin, sending him skidding backwards.

"Kevin!" Becky shouted as the team transformed (barring Gwen)

"And that's not all. Ocktoom Eradico!"

She sent another beam that hit the Mr. Smoothie logo on the sign, bringing it to life as it appeared in front of our heroes, glaring evilly.

"Please work for once!" Ben begged the Omnitrix as he slammed the core down and transformed into...

"Upchuck!" the Gourmand shouted as he looked himself over and smiled. "I called it!"

Jen shouted out as she shifted to her Anodite form and Hope floated in the air and summoned her magic staff, twirling it around, both charging Enchantress.

Gwen dodged the attacks from the stone creatures as Huntress and Matter Girl went in and double-teamed them with their massive strength.

The Mr. Smoothie logo spat raspberry smoothie at Upchuck, who smiled wickedly.

"This is the fight I was born for!'

He merely swallowed the smoothie and spat out an explosive loogie that slammed right into the logo. He then leaped onto the sign and started sucking from the straw on its head, causing it to gasp in worry.

Kevin shouted out in effort as the car came towards the restaurant and the patrons inside gasped in fear as he shouted out.

"Come on, Christine! Stop!"

Gwen dodged and leaped over and around the stone creatures as Ally slammed one with a hammer arm and the other one was hit with an ice arrow that froze its arm.

Jen and Hope both sent out a massive amount of mana blasts and spells outwards to Enchantress, only for her to counter them all and she blasted Jen with a powerful magic fire blast that sent her skittering back in the air as she growled, glowing hair tendrils flowing behind her.

"Okay," Jen said as she blocked Enchantress' magic beams with her lasers. "You're as good as you say you are."

"Don't forget," Enchantress said to the Anodite with a smirk. "Every spell you know was originally from my book."

"That may be true... but I've picked up a few things on my own too," Jen smirked before shouting out in fury as her Anodite form shifted and she immediately morphed into her Master Spark form, her entire body blazing with a fiery mana as she glared at the master magician before her from behind her mask.

"No fair!"

Enchantress blasted a powerful magic laser at Jen, before the runic tattoos on her arms and legs glowed before they flew off of her and formed a powerful force field around her that blocked the attack before they reattached to her limbs.

"Is that all you've got?" Jen smirked before she shouted out and fired her best mana laser from her chest that blasted Enchantress at point blank range, sending her back.

"Stop, please!" Mr. Smoothie begged. "I'm half-empty!"

"Bad attitude, dude. You're half-full!" Upchuck stated before going back to slurping.

Gwen dodged as Enchantress battled her sister and Jen in the air as Jen summoned her massive sword to her hand and her elemental crystals started spinning around her in a never-ending axis as the stone creatures landed on top of each other.

"Ugh, you things are useless!" Enchantress shouted.

"You're the one who's useless, Enchantress!" Hope shouted as she smacked her sister across the chest with her staff as Jen shouted out and sent a multitude of blasts from her crystals that all hit Enchantress at the same time.

"You can't even take on one powerless girl," Jen said. "Let alone two of the most powerful sorceresses in the world!

"Come on!" Gwen said. "Let's go. Hand to hand."

"Are you kidding?" Enchantress said.

"No. No powers, just skill. Unless you're afraid of getting more humiliated than you've already humiliated yourself."

"Oh, right. Then I get all angry and slug it out with you and then you knock me out cold with your karate. How about I just shut you up instead. Forever!"

Enchantress then shot out a hand that blasted Gwen as Hope looked to her as Jen groaned and hit the ground, her Master Spark form fading back to her normal Anodite form and back then back to human.

"Gwen, now!"

"Reverto Meus Ops Mihi!"

Gwen then cast a spell that used Enchantress' own magic against her and her powers flowed out of Enchantress and back into Gwen's body.

"You're bluffing! That spell wasn't in my book."

"No," Hope said with a smile. "She learned that one from a friend."

"No! You can't take the power back! It's impossible! I crushed you, Gwen!"

"And that is exactly why you'll never beat us," Jen said, getting up from the ground.

"Huh?"

"Magic is the cornerstone of your entire being," Gwen said. "But for us, magic is only one aspect of who we are."

"Get them, you useless piles of rock!" Enchantress ordered. "You three are going to pay for this!"

"Sorry, Faith," Hope said, shocking Enchantress with that name. "I don't have any cash on me right now. How about an IOU?"

"Oh yeah," Jen said as she lifted a hand and a magic portal appeared. "You're also not the only one who can conjure up dimensional vortexes."

The stone creatures and Enchantress were then sucked into the portal, but not before one of the golems grabbed onto a lamppost and Enchantress grabbed onto its foot.

"Help me! Help me, you brainless buffoon! Don't let go, you useless lug!"

The golem growled and let go, sending both it and its master into the portal.

"You did that on purpose!" Enchantress shouted before the portal closed and everyone groaned out.

"Bout time to," Kevin said as everyone regrouped. "That truck was giving me so much trouble, it was starting to get humiliating."

It was at that exact moment that Kevin was yacked on with smoothie by Upchuck.

All the girls giggled at that as Kevin groaned out.

"Obviously just a warmup for this humiliation."

Upchuck transformed back into Ben and let out possibly the loudest burp of all time before covering his mouth.

"Sorry."

"That's my bro for you," Jen chuckled and Hope lifted her glowing staff and all the damage done to Mr. Smoothie was instantly repaired.

"Hey, did you really mean what you said about me being your best friend?" Gwen asked Hope, who smiled and jabbed her.

"100%, Gwen. You're the best friend I've ever had. And the best I think I ever will have."

"You could stay here in Bellwood, you know," Jen said to the sorceress, who smiled. "We could really use your help. The Plumbers would be happy to have you among their ranks."

"I've got nowhere else to be right, so... I guess I'll stay this time," Hope smiled as she brought everyone but Kevin into a group hug. "I love you guys."

"And we love you," Ben reassured their friend, who smiled. "Our Grandpa Max will get you an apartment somewhere in town. You can move all your stuff into it with your magic."

"You guys are the best."

"We know."

Later on, after almost the entire team had retired to Omni-Manor for the night and Hope settled into her new apartment in town, Kevin stepped back from the ocean at the beach with the twins sitting on the shore with a satisfied smile.

"Good idea, Tennysons."

"Hey, it's the fastest way to get cleaned off," Ben said as their friend raised an eyebrow.

"He... gets involved in a lot of spills," Jen smiled.

"Where are the others?"

'They went home to headquarters," Ben said as he and his sister stood up. "You really hurt Gwen pretty bad and Becky went to comfort her."

"I hurt her?" Kevin asked. "I'm the one who looks like this! She hasn't done a thing to help me with it."

"You know what, Kevin?" Jen asked, glaring at him. "You are a giant rock-faced jerk!"

"Yeah? Whatever."

"No, not whatever," Ben said. "Gwen has been spending every spare moment she can get going through every magical book she can find to try to and help you. She's been doing it ever since the accident."

"She... she never told me," Kevin said, shocked.

"Should she have had to?" Jen asked, folding her arms with a stern look as Kevin looked on into the night sky.
