Hell in a Cell: 4/10/2009

WWE Hell in a Cell was live at the Prudential Center in Newark, New Jersey. The first match was a Hell in a Cell match between CM Punk and The Undertaker for the World Heavyweight Championship. Punk focused on Undertaker's leg in the early going. Punk hit Undertaker with a steel chair to score a near-fall. After Punk performed a step-up high knee in the corner, Undertaker executed a Last Ride to score a near-fall. Punk then attempted to hit Undertaker with the chair again but Undertaker countered with a big boot. Undertaker executed a chokeslam followed by a Tombstone Piledriver to win the title.

The next match featured John Morrison defending the Intercontinental Championship against Dolph Ziggler. Control of the match shifted between both superstars. Morrison missed the Starship Pain in the early part of the match, after which Ziggler dominated until Morrison countered a powerslam attempt into a DDT. Morrison then missed a Flying Chuck, after which Ziggler executed a German suplex. Ziggler attempted to delivered a Zig-Zag but Morrison held onto the ropes and delivered Starship Pain to retain the title.

Next was the Divas Championship match between defending champion Mickie James and Alicia Fox. James dominated most of the match before countering a bridge attempt by Fox into a Mickie-DDT to score the pinfall and retain the title.

The next match was between Jeri-Show (Chris Jericho and Big Show) and Batista and Rey Mysterio for the Unified WWE Tag Team Championship. The challengers dominated the early part of the match, isolating Jericho from his partner. Batista executed a spinebuster on Jericho to score a near-fall, after which Jericho executed a Codebreaker on Batista to score a near-fall. Big Show then performed a chokeslam on Batista but Mysterio broke the pinfall. Batista speared both Jericho and Show on the outside. Rey then executed a 619 on Show but was struck with a Knockout Punch while attempting a West Coast Pop. Show then pinned Mysterio to retain the titles.

Next up was the Hell in a Cell match between the Bladewolf and Kane.

In the arena, the pyro exploded and Kane's theme played as the Big Red Monster makes his way out towards the ring surrounded by the steel structure known as Hell in a Cell. For weeks since the 18th of September episode of SmackDown, he had been destroying his opponents as a message sent to his brother, and the fans, letting them all know what will happen should the Bladewolf return at Hell in a Cell, something Kane doubts will happen anyway.

Kane enters the cell then the ring and he paces back and fourth as his theme dies down.

OOOOOOWHOOOOOO!

The Devil's Wolf plays as the lights change to the sinister, blood red and out comes the Bladewolf with Trish Stratus at his side. The Bladewolf was back and was different in terms of ring gear and entrance attire.

He had ditched the long coat, to once again wear the hooded leather coat with red interior linings and the wolf skull with red eyes sewn on the left arm. (ANL Basically Dante's coat from the DmC Devil May Cry game in 2013, just that it fits somebody the same size as the Undertaker and stops at the back of the knees.)

He also wore the old metallic Predator-style mask he used to wear years ago, and had changed his ring gear back to his old one. It had the Demonic Wolf in the middle of the chest, with the words "The Demon Wolf" above it and the word "Unleashed" below the image.

Trish wore a grey tanktop, a black leather jacket, and black leather pants that hugged her legs and rear tightly as she walked ahead. Bladewolf followed her, walking beside her with his hidden gaze directed at the ring where Kane waited.

Nobody had seen the Bladewolf since The Bash where he lost his match with Kane, was slammed into a casket by Kane who set it ablaze afterwards and claimed the Bladewolf was dead...clearly he was not.

Kane was beside himself, shaking his head in denial as Bladewolf reaches the door. He takes his coat hood down then takes it off before handing it to Trish. He then bows his head and takes the metallic mask off, revealing the demonic wolf mask underneath. His hellfire eyes glared intensely at Kane before he looked at Trish who pressed her lips against his through the mouth part of the mask, then she backed off, holding the coat and metallic mask.

Bladewolf enters the cell, slamming the door shut behind him. Hell in a Cell was his domain, as he had NEVER been beaten inside of it, and most likely never will. Bladewolf climbs onto the ring apron and steps over the top rope, staring Kane down.

Kane shakes his head. "How?!" He shouts.

Bladewolf steps over the top rope, never once taking his cold gaze from Kane. Bladewolf's theme dies down and soon the door is locked shut and the referee calls for the bell.

'Ding! Ding! Ding!'

"You are not real!" Kane shouted at his brother who remained standing still, staring at Kane. "You are... NOT...REAL!"

Kane slowly inches forward, hand outstretched while Bladewolf just remained still. Kane still didn't think it was real. As soon as his hand touched Bladewolf's shoulder, Bladewolf unloads with a fury of lefts and rights, gets Kane in the corner and unloads with a fury of rights to the Big Red Machine. Bladewolf goes up and down as he assaults his brother before he whirls around and scares the referee out the ring.

Bladewolf grabs Kane and Irish whips him across the ring and take shim down with a big boot. Bladewolf flips his hair back before he grabs Kane by the throat and glares into his brother's eyes before shoving him into the corner, then runs and boots Kane in the stomach, drives his knee into Kane's gut then elbows him in the side of the head before delivering an uppercut.

Kane falls down and roll out the ring, trying to get away but he is met with the cell and he shakes it furiously, screaming until Bladewolf grabs him and rams his head off the cell wall. Bladewolf grabs Kane but Kane suddenly lands a hard right, making the 10-time World Chamion stumble back. Kane grabs his brother and rams his head off the ring apron before ramming him into the cell wall but Bladewolf suddenly drives his elbow in the back of Kane then bounce shis face off the cell wall before he tosses Kane into the ring.

Bladewolf flips his hair back before he slides into the ring and walks towards Kane, grabs him and Irish whips him across the ring. Kane comes back...INTO A GOOZLE! Kane elbows his brother in the side of the head, knocking Bladewolf off balance a little. Bladewolf turns around...INTO A GOOZLE! Kane lifts Bladewolf up...AND PLANTS HIM WITH A CHOKESLAM!

Kane laughs "I told you...not to come back!" He yells. He gets to his feet and glares at Trish through the cell. "Look at the Bladewolf now!"

Trish points at him warningly as Kane turns around and he laughs, raising his arms while behind him...BLADEWOLF SAT UP! Kane turns and freeze when his gaze locks with the cold one of his brother. Bladewolf gets to his feet as Kane backs up before he goes for a right but Bladewolf blocks it and lands a right of his own. Kane stumbles before turning around...INTO A GOOZLE! Bladewolf lifts Kane up...AND PLANTS HIM WITH A CHOKESLAM!

Bladewolf stands there before he does the cutthroat sign across his neck then grabs Kane, scoops him up and holds him upside down in front of him...AND HITS THE TOMBSTONE PILEDRIVER! BLADEWOLF GOES FOR THE PIN! ONE! TWO! THREE! THE BLADEWOLF WINS!

'Ding! Ding! Ding!'

The Devil's Wolf plays as the sinister blood red lights return to bath the arena in it's sinister light. The cell is raised as Bladewolf gets to his feet and flips his hair back, staring on coldly as Trish comes back beside him and raises his arm. Bladewolf looks down at Kane with a glare before eh and Trish leaves the ring and head to the back...

So Bladewolf has made a triumphant return and where better than the first Hell in a Cell event?
