50. Author's Note 3

Hello everyone! I'm sorry for two things: 1.) This update isn't a new chapter, and 2.) I wasn't able to meet the target I've set in my note at the last chapter (you guys might be used to it by now but I'm sorry okay).

I was sick for a while – and when I got better, I got busy at work and it pretty much just carried on until now. I've already hit past my target word count for the current chapter, but I'm planning to make it longer (double/triple my average word count) to make up for the lost time. Might take a while though because as I've said before, I'm currently busy at work. I'm hoping I could post an update by the end of the month. I'd also be posting a short filler/bonus chapter about Remus and Serana's other adventures (and maybe developments if you know what I mean 😉) as they traversed Skyrim together to search for Auriel's bow – alongside the next chapter update (as a token of apology).

To give you an idea, the plan is to post two filler/bonus chapters about this – one alongside the next chapter (which would HOPEFULLY be out by the end of the month) and another one during the final arc of this story. If I'm being completely honest, I'm finding it difficult to piece this current/transition arc together before the Final Arc. The Final Arc's pretty much pieced together in my head and some parts have already been written so the updates during that time would be (so much) more frequent than the current.

I've also started another playthrough of Skyrim and finished most of the faction questlines, leaving the side quests and major questlines to be played. It's kind of a double-edged sword… I get additional inspiration to write… but it also takes a chunk of my supposed writing time :))) just thought I'd mention it.

As you are *forced* to read this, allow me to reiterate something: I may take long breaks, but I promise that I'll see this story to the end. The ultimate target that I'll be striving very hard to meet is to wrap up this story before this year ends.
