Don't mind me as I crop Jenifer and Tamera out of that picture Patricia posted and pretend it's Lu and Andy's wedding picture. As always I'm sorry for how long this took, but hoping you're all okay! Also, any suggestions for the gender(s) of the twins and names are definitely welcome! Enjoy :)

The Anniversary

''Tilt your head back a little,'' Milo said, cupping the back of Andy's head as she sat on the edge of the tub. Though she complied she remained quiet and he could feel the tenseness in the room, ''are you really angry with me?''

''Yes, I am.'' Andy said, thinking it obvious, shivering as the cold water ran through her hair. It was the first time in, thankfully, a long time that in the heat of the moment his aim had been so off that half his cum had ended up in her hair instead of on her face. With her already being angry with him this didn't help. ''You have to learn how to aim.''

''I'll work on it,'' Milo said, grabbing a bottle of shampoo. He thought back to how their fight had originally started, earlier that day, talking in the kitchen with Lu there when they had landed on one of their first disagreements to do with the babies, ''do you not want the babies to be baptized?''

''I didn't say that I didn't,'' Andy didn't have strong feelings either way. Still, when being alone with Milo she felt like she had to stick up for Lu's opinion on the matter. ''It's not like we go to church-''

''Every person in my family has been baptized in that church going back I don't even know how long.''

''I know. I know how much it means to me and, honestly, I don't care enough to pick sides, all I'm asking is that you listen to Lu's input.'' Andy said. It wouldn't have been so bad if Milo had just listened to Lu so they could talk about it instead of simply telling her 'no'. ''They're her children, too.'' Andy was prepared for Milo vehemently disagreeing with her but he simply looked at her, his jaw tensed, clearly expecting her to take that back. ''They are.''

''Have you thought this through? No really, have you?'' Milo asked, doubting that she had, as he massaged the shampoo into her hair. ''Let's say five years from now you two split up, does she get partial custody?'' He could see she was taken aback by this. ''One of the kids gets sick, does she get to make medical decisions for them? What if-''

''I'm not saying I have it all ironed out, all I'm saying is that she should get a say, and you need to listen to her.'' He huffed at her and it pissed her off just a little bit more. ''How do you think she feels? She's taking a huge risk; she is going to be spending as much time with these children as we are, she is going to spend her time raising them, and at any moment we can take them away from her.''

''You would give her partial custody, wouldn't you?'' Milo asked in slight disbelief.

''I'm saying it would be cruel not to let them see each other if we were to end things. Not just for her but for the babies too, don't you think they'll get attached to her?'' Lu was going to be with them from the moment they were born, they were going to call her mom… there's no way Lu wouldn't be as important to them as Andy and Milo were going to be. ''She's putting all her faith in our hands; don't you think we should hear her out? Try to reach a compromise of sorts?''

''I'll listen to her. And I will baptize my children.'' It was one of the things he wouldn't compromise on. From the look on her face he knew that Andy didn't understand why this was so difficult for him. ''She could get up and leave at any moment,'' Lu and Andy had broken up before, no reason why they couldn't again, ''and don't say that you know she won't, you don't know that.''

''No, I don't, but I trust her. When I told her about the pregnancy, she said that she needed time to figure out if she could commit to raising a child with us before it is born, and she decided that she can do that, so I have to trust that she's gonna stick around.'' Andy knew that Milo had no idea how committed Lu was to their family and wondered how she could make him see that. ''Even if things do end between her and me then… I don't know, maybe not custody but at the least she'll always be a part of their lives, I need you to be okay with that.''

''Children are a lifelong commitment-''

''Don't you think I know that? That she knows that?'' Andy was in disbelief by how little faith Milo seemed to have in Lu. ''I'm taking the same risk with you,'' she said, ''you could walk out the door whenever you want, too.''

''You know I would never do that,'' Milo said, washing the shampoo out of her hair and handing her a towel.

''And I know Lu would never either,'' Andy said. ''I've told you before that I'm as committed to her as I am to you, just because she and I can't get married doesn't change that.'' She was slowly drying her hair with the towel, Milo sat next to her on the edge of the tub. She sighed before making up her mind. She patted him on the knee, ''I have something I want to show you.''

Andy was lying on her side on the bed, her face sandwiched between Lu's thighs. Her arm was slung over Lu's hip, cupping her ass cheek in one hand as she pushed her tongue into Lu's pussy.

With her pregnancy progressing and her belly growing quickly because of the two babies inside they had to get more creative with their sex positions but it seemed they had finally found one that worked.

It had been fourteen years since her last pregnancy and some of the positions she and Les had tried had faded from memory, plus being with Lu added a whole different dimension to it; not that she was complaining. Her whole history, both sexual and just relationship stuff, was one big experiment which she tried endlessly to get right.

She had spent a lot of time with Les trying to figure out how to get him off and figuring out what felt good for her. With Milo, though experienced at having sex with men, it was a different ballgame. He was into different things than Les, he liked having different things done to him and he liked doing different things to her than Les did, but she had learned eventually. With Lu… it was like being a teenager once again figuring things out for the first time.

Lu looked down at Andy's face. If she was being completely honest it wasn't entirely comfortable, the way she was positioned, but Andy working her up to near orgasm now made it completely worth it. She could feel Andy's lips on her clit and took a sharp breath, her hand moving to the back of Andy's head, holding her in place. ''Don't stop,'' she whispered.

Andy's hand moved between Lu's legs, entering her from behind with one finger. Her lips moved from pussy to clit, not wanting to neglect any piece of the wet folds. Lu's taste was intoxicating and it made her care a lot less about being deprived of oxygen. She could feel Lu's hand gripping her hair, holding her in place, as Lu grinded against her face.

Lu could feel Andy's lips and tongue against her, a sharp breath when Andy added another finger inside her. ''Spank my ass,'' she whispered, hoping that Andy could hear her as she wasn't sure she could muster up a higher volume. Andy's fingers slipping out of her made her groan, a gasp as she could feel Andy's hand against her ass, warmth spreading through her body. ''Harder.'' She wasn't sure it would ever do as much for her as it seemed to do for Andy but it felt nice.

This was how Andy liked it best; Lu telling her exactly what she wanted and getting it done. She could hear Lu gasp an 'oh my god' as her hand reached for Andy's wrist, pushing her hand back against her center. Knowing exactly what she needed, Andy pushed her fingers back inside, fucking Lu hard with them and feeling her come all over Andy's fingers.

It took Lu a second to catch her breath before opening her eyes again and looking down at Andy, smiling. She stroked Andy's hair as she pulled away. ''Good girl,'' she whispered, pulling her in for a kiss.

It was a hell of a way to wake up. Usually, Andy slept in her and Milo's bedroom on Friday nights but with it being their anniversary on Saturday they had decided she should just sleep in her and Lu's room.

''Happy anniversary,'' Lu said, laying down next to Andy, facing her.

''Happy anniversary,'' Andy wiped some hair away from Lu's face. ''I talked to Milo,'' she said softly, and she could hear Lu groan, ''Shh… I talked to Milo,'' she repeated, ''he and Les are going to take the girls golfing today, the girls will be sleeping over at their dad's house tonight and Milo has to work overnight… we have the whole house to ourselves for at least 24 hours.''

''Just us?'' Lu asked, pulling Andy closer with a wide smile, ''all day? You think you can handle that?''

Andy looked into Lu's eyes, kissing her softly. ''Try me.''

''What? 30 years from now… three rocking chairs on the back porch, you in the middle…'' Lu laughed.

After spending a relaxing afternoon together, Andy had suggested they go out for dinner, surprising Lu with a reservation at the same restaurant they had gone to for their first date. Lu wasn't sure how but they had ended up talking about their future, and that was what she saw when she looked far ahead. More than 30 years from now; sitting on the back porch in the late afternoon sun, Milo and her on either side of Andy… Even after everything it still felt weird to have to include Milo when she pictured their future.

Andy frowned at Lu's face, ''would that be so bad?''

Lu thought about it for a half second before reaching her conclusion, ''no, actually it wouldn't.'' It surprised her more than anyone. ''You know, if Jonas had asked me that question I…'' she shook her head slightly.

''What?'' Andy asked, reaching for Lu's hand, knowing that Jonas would always be a sore subject for Lu.

Lu shook her head, not wanting to think back to that night.

Lu was standing outside the restaurant. She could see Jonas sitting inside, impatiently waiting for her hoping against hope that she was gonna show up. There was tight feeling inside her stomach.

It had been a week since he had slipped the engagement ring on her finger while she was sleeping. A whole week she had had to make up her mind but after going back and forth on it every few minutes she now still didn't know what she was gonna say when she walked in – hoping that he wouldn't see her showing up as he saying yes to his proposal.

With a deep breath she pulled open the door and walked in, swallowing hard as she stood across from Jonas. He stood up, pulling up a chair for her, before sitting back down across from her. She opened her mouth to answer but nothing came out.

He could see the hesitation on her face and his stomach sank, knowing exactly what she was going to say. ''Lu…''

''Yes.'' She said, quickly. It was never going to work out with Andy; not while Milo was still in the picture. And she loved Jonas, she truly did. She wasn't sure if she was in love with him but it was still love.

''Yes?'' He asked, surprised.

''I'll marry you.''

''When Jonas asked me to marry him,'' Lu started, ''I knew that the only reason I said yes was because I couldn't have you. I loved him, but I couldn't picture my life with him. Even just thinking about it made me anxious.''

''It's normal to be a little anxious.''

''But I'm not with you. I mean, Milo causes all the anxiety I do have,'' Andy's slight chuckle at that was a relief, ''but when I think of us, together, I'm really just excited.'' Her trying to imagine her future had always been difficult when single, bleak when she was in a relationship with a guy – except for when she had been with Mickey – but now with Andy… for the first time she was actually looking forward to her future. ''So, what do you think our future will look like?''

''30 years from now? Knowing you you'll still be doing Wednesday Night Clinic,'' Andy said, knowing that Lu was a slight workaholic, only because of how much she cared for her patients though, ''other than that I have no idea. I think it's safe to assume that all the children will be out of the house, maybe a couple of grandkids…''

Lu could see how deep in thought Andy was, ''and we're still together? Still going strong?'' It was hard to not still have doubts about that sometimes.

Andy laughed slightly, surprised by the question. She squeezed Lu's hand softly, ''of course we are.'' She took a deep breath, trying to work up the courage, ''speaking of which,'' she reached for her pocket, groaning when her beeper suddenly went off. ''Oh god…'' she checked it. The ER.

''Do you have to…?'' Lu asked, hoping that it wasn't too urgent.

''Yeah, I do.''

''I'm sorry,'' Andy said, wrapping an arm around Lu's waist, ''this isn't exactly what I had planned for tonight.'' She had spent hours tending to a patient, bringing her back from being on the cusp of death multiple times. It was after midnight, and she had finally found Lu waiting for her in the small cafeteria in the clinic – just a kitchenette with a round table and some chairs, it wasn't much.

''It's okay, patients have to come first,'' Lu said. She was a little disappointed that this was how their anniversary had turned out but wanted to make the best of it nonetheless. ''I got you a present,'' she said, smiling and pulling away from Andy, grabbing her coat and taking something from the pocket, hiding it behind her back.

''I thought we weren't gonna do presents,'' Andy said, sitting on the edge of the desk. It had only been at the last minute that they decided to celebrate their anniversary at all. Lu had been surprised by the suggestion as they hadn't even been together the entire year, so when they finally decided to not just ignore the occasion they had mutually agreed not to do presents.

Lu shrugged, ''I wanted to get your something,'' she said, handing Andy a small jewelry box.

Andy opened it, finding a ring inside. Her jaw dropped a little bit. She took a moment to take it in before looking up at Lu, unsure of what the ring symbolized at all and not knowing what to say no matter what it ended up symbolizing.

Lu could see the surprised look, ''I figured that in all the unconventionality of our relationship I'd attempt to make it a teensy bit more conventional.'' It was how she'd seen Andy from the start; very conventional, the white picket fence with a long marriage and two kids. Sure, her life had changed since they first met but the image lingered. And what was more conventional than jewelry as an anniversary gift?

Andy swallowed hard, ''and this is…?''

''A ring with a diamond,'' Lu clarified. If Andy had seen it as the other thing it could be right off the bat she'd go along with that but the question made it clear that wasn't what she wanted; at least not yet. ''I know you're not ready for the alternative so just think of it as a promise ring.''

''A promise ring?'' Andy asked, holding a little chuckle back, ''are we back in high school?'' She still remembered the promise ring Les had given her when they were maybe seventeen-years old – just months after her kiss with Sarah – she still had it in her jewelry box. ''And what exactly is the promise?'' She asked, half-jokingly though wondering what the answer would be.

Lu had to swallow back the word 'forever'. ''Just that I'll be there,'' she said, ''no matter what. No matter how much of a dick Milo is being – sorry, that was uncalled for –'' it had come out without thinking about it and she regretted it instantly, ''and that I'll be there for the babies,'' she put one arm around Andy, her other hand on the baby bump, ''and that I'll sit in that rocking chair next to yours on the back porch in thirty years.''

Tears glistened in Andy's eyes. Lu gave her a peck on the lips, removing the ring from the box and sliding it on Andy's ring finger – her engagement and wedding rings from Milo on her left hand, her right hand reserved for Lu.

''I want to be there for everything,'' Lu said, ''and not just for you but for the girls too, and even for Milo.'' After their disagreement a few days prior she felt it was even more important to reiterate that she was committed to the relationship and to the whole family, knowing that Andy, Milo, and the girls were a package deal.

''This is really nice,'' Andy said, looking down on the ring. It was very different from the engagement ring Milo had given her though they were both her style.

''I also got us a strap-on as a backup gift,'' Lu said, smiling at the shock on Andy's face. She hadn't thought she would need a backup gift but in case Andy had refused the ring outright it was a nice alternative, it was exactly the kind of gift that would draw Andy back in.

''Are you serious?'' Andy asked, feeling the heat rise up to her face. She had never thought of doing anything like that with Lu and wondered where Lu had gotten the idea to get that.

''I though it'd be a nice surprise,'' Lu said. She didn't quite feel comfortable telling Andy where she had gotten the idea from but already had many ideas for what kind of fun they could have with it.

''I got you a gift as well,'' Andy said, reaching for her purse. She could feel her stomach rumble and smiled appreciatively at Lu when she got handed a granola bar.

''I thought we weren't gonna do gifts,'' Lu said, parroting Andy. Still, she was excited to see what Andy had come up with; her breath getting cut off halfway when Andy took a deep breath and placed a jewelry box on the table – somewhat similar to the one Lu had chosen –, refusing to look at Lu. She looked down at the small box, unable to look away; the anxiety that ran through her gave her a slight stomachache. She laughed nervously, ''you stole my idea?'' She asked jokingly, trying not to let it show how badly she wanted to know what exactly was inside it, knowing full well it could just as easily be earrings or a nice bracelet.

''It's not a promise ring if that's what you're thinking,'' Andy said, ''and no, I didn't get us a strap-on as a backup gift either.'' She clasped her hands together in front of her, waiting to see what Lu was gonna do. ''Go ahead, open it.''

Lu reached out to it, pushing the small button that opened it as she picked it up. She couldn't breathe. It was a gold band, a diamond in the middle with two smaller diamonds on either side. ''A ring with a diamond?'' She asked, not looking back at Andy, she couldn't.

''No…'' Andy said, grabbing Lu's free hand. ''I would get down on one knee but I'm not sure I'd be able to get back up again.'' Lu laughed, meeting Andy's eyes again.

Lu could feel tears well up. ''Are you for real right now?'' She asked, not sure if she could take it if Andy now took it back.

Andy frowned slightly. ''Do you think I would joke about this?''

Lu swallowed hard; her gaze focused on the ring. ''No.''

''Lu… I want to spend my life with you, raise these children with you-'' Lu opened her mouth to say something and Andy quickly butted in, knowing exactly what she was going to say. ''I know. I know that we can't have an official wedding but I don't care. I want to have a marriage with you, and it doesn't matter that it's not official to anyone else as long as it is to us. I love you, and have loved you for a long time – maybe not since the first moment we met but definitely since the first conversation we had where we didn't simply yell at each other the entire time –,'' Lu was laughing slightly at Andy's words, and Andy waited a few seconds before Lu finally looked back at her, ''I'm ready to take this step with you… Will you marry me?''

Lu wiped away her tears, ''yes. Yes, of course I'll marry you.'' No hesitation, no doubt, just one-hundred percent certainty that she wanted to spend the rest of her life with the woman slipping the ring on her finger.

Andy lay down next to Lu, both of them sweaty messes. ''That was…''

''Yeah.'' Lu agreed, still trying to catch her breath. She slipped the harness off, letting it drop on the floor. It was exactly what she had wanted; her wearing the harness with the dildo and Andy riding her. After seeing her on top of Milo like that she had often wondered what the view would be like and it had definitely lived up to her expectations. She hadn't expected to get much out of it as it was mostly Andy getting the sensations but she had enjoyed it more than expected.

Andy pulled Lu close, laying her head on Lu's shoulder. ''Where'd you even get the idea for this?'' Though Lu was quiet Andy could see her blush, ''what? Tell me.''

''Promise you won't laugh?'' Lu asked, looking at Andy to see if she was being honest when she answered.

Andy hesitated for a second, wondering what possible answer would make her laugh. ''Promise.''

''I had a dream,'' Lu said, looking up at the ceiling. She knew that she felt much more embarrassed than she needed to be but she couldn't help herself.

When Lu took too long to continue Andy decided to just guess. ''Of us, using it?''

''No… It was a dream of you and Milo.'' Lu said. It had come out of nowhere and she had felt slightly dirty when she woke up but the memory of it turned her on like nobody's business. She couldn't look back at Andy; they had all made it very clear from the start that Lu and Milo were not interested in each other sexually and she only hoped that Andy wouldn't get any ideas.

Andy frowned slightly, ''but Milo already has a… oh,'' it came out quietly as it sank in, images already forming in her head, ''oh,'' this came out with a slight laugh despite her promise.

''You promised,'' Lu said, pulling Andy close, tickling her until she was a laughing mess, tears streaming down her face.

''I'm sorry, I just… I didn't see that coming,'' Andy said, still giggling slightly, wiping her tears away. ''Oh my god… he would freak out if I suggested that.'' They had never really gotten into anal; it was only with Nick that it had been a somewhat regular occurrence, and aside from the one-time Lu decided to get a little frisky in that area her last time doing that had been with Peter, which now seemed like a lifetime ago. Still, the thought of doing that to Milo certainly piqued her interest.

Lu could see the wheels spinning inside Andy and with every passing second was surer that she was really into the idea. ''Please let me be there if you do decide to ask him.''
