He declared, as a pillar of electricity filled the area, Gaea slightly ducking out of fear of some of the bolts, before Sweep Command Dragon, but wielding multiple weapons, and clearly controlling lightning more efficiently appeared. "Ultimate Eradicator, Sweep Command 'REVOLUTION'. Stride Skill." He added, counterblasting and soulblasting a card out. "N/A is sent to the drop zone. Then, If the opponent has 2 or less rear guards, all units in the front row receive 10000 Power." Joseph declared, as Recklessnesss and Sweep Dragon both roared.

"In that case, 'REVOLUTION' attacks." Joseph declared, as the dragon rushed upwards, with the clear intent to strike Enigma with lightning.

"I know..!" Ray said, taking out a card and tossing it away, as it burst, before another one appeared. "DeVoid HoPE! Complete Guard!" He said, as a barrier of dark matter blocked out the lightning.
"Quadruple Drive." Joseph said, as the top 4 cards started revealing themselves.

"Generation Stride! DeVoid DioVeD! Stride Skill!" Ray called out, counterblasting and soulblasting. "I force Fulgurate and Vibrocrusher to swap positions!" He declared, as DioVeD opened black holes that dragged the two units. "DioVeD's effect!" He added. "I don't have another unit to give the power to aside from DioVeD, but I retire Vibrocrusher!" He declared, as the unit powered up, as Vibrocrusher was destroyed in the black hole.

"Call! DeVoid NaZO, DeVoid InVOKER! DeVoid aRK! DeVoid Marionette!" Ray said, as his columns filled up. "Marionette's effect!" He added, as the unit rested. "I force Mighty Bolt Dragon and Recklessness Dragon to swap positions, and my vanguard gains 4000 Power!" He said, as strings suddenly forced the two units to change positions.

"Then, NaZO's Generation Break 2, Manipulate! I force Mighty Bolt Dragoon and Fulgurate Dragon to swap positions! DioVeD gives itself and aRK 2000 Power, and I retire Fulgurate!" He declared.

From my hand, I place a normal unit of my own, DeVoid Parallel on the top or bottom of my deck. If I choose the bottom, I draw one card. So, take a wild guess what I'm picking." Ray said.
"...The top." Joseph said, as Ray scoffed.
"You wish." Ray said, moving it to the bottom of his deck and drawing. "Then, NaZO gets 5000 more Power." He added.

"Well, crap. I don't really have much of a plan here." Ray commented, as Joseph had gone into another Sweep Command 'REVOLUTION', and subsequently lost Marionette.
"Order, activate. Disrupt Motion." Joseph added, revealing the card, as a counterblast and soul blast was paid. "I would be able to return all cards on one of your rear guard circles to your hand, but because I'm at 5 damage, I force all cards on aRK and NaZO's circles to return to your hand." He said.
"Oh come on, an order?! How didn't your name come up more in nationals with the whammy you're trying to pull here?!" Ray asked, as the two cards flew into his hand.
"Call, Vibrocrusher Dragon. Vibrocrusher Dragon's effect activates." He added, counterblasting. "I force InVOKER to move to your front row, and I draw one card." Joseph declared.
"Hey! Moving things is my schtick!" Ray said.
"B-But Ray...If he's moving it to the front row, he must be trying to..." Gaea started, as a Recklessness Dragon appeared.
"...Son of a-" Ray started, before InVOKER was bound. "Got another one in you? Oh right, I don't have any rear guards." He said.
"'REVOLUTION's effect." Joseph declared. "You have 5 empty rear guard circles, so I give 10000 Power, 1 Critical, and 1 Drive to REVOLUTION." He said.
"I can't even say anything. I pull 2 Critical 4 Drive all the time with my Force 2." Ray said, before another Fulgurate Foil Dragon appeared in the Accel circle. "Deja vu, am I right?- Uh oh." He commented as Fulgurate slashed at Enigma.

"...Wouldn't you still be talking through it?" Gaea asked, as Ray blinked.
"Ah, so I would. Nevermind, just don't tell anybody about this, I want it to be a surprise." Ray said, before tossing a card in the drop zone. "I am the one who decides my future! I reject the idea of destiny!" He declared, before something other than DioVeD started descending...and it almost appeared to be a dragon composed of dark matter, with purple angelic wings. "Now, manifest! The dark child that defies destiny itself! Generation Stride! DeVoid, Angel's Child Dragon! Stride Skill! I force Recklessness and Vibrocrusher to swap positions!" He said, soulblasting and counterblasting. "Then, Angel's Child Dragon's effect! Generation Break 3, Manipulate!" He said, counterblasting and turning another copy of it face-up. "I place one card from my hand or drop zone on the top of the deck, and gain 1 Drive. I choose to put HoPE on the top. Now, call! NaZO, aRK! StryK! Another InVOKER!" He said, as the units all appeared, as the circles that Recklessness and Vibrocrusher were on turned red. "Oh, right. Angel's Child Dragon's Generation Break 4 as well. At the end of my turn, any unit that isn't on the circle they started the turn in will be sent to the drop zone." He said. "However, I don't need that part, because I'll end this now!" He said, before soulblasting. "NaZO's Manipulate! I force Mighty Bolt and Fulgurate Foil to swap positions!" He declared, as the two swapped positions, as the circles turned red again. "Now, Angel's Child Dragon attacks your Vanguard!" He declared, resting the Vanguard, as it engulfed in purple energy. "Angel's Child's Manipulate when attacking! For each unit that isn't on the circle they started the turn in, he gains 5000 Power!" He declared.
"F-Four units aren't where they started the turn at..." Gaea realized.

At that, Joseph looked desperately at his hand. "This won't be enough..! He's guaranteed to get a trigger, and I can't defend after that...No guard..!" He said.
"In that case, Quadruple Drive!" Ray declared.

At that, the card came out without their trigger icon.
"Wh-What..?" Gaea asked, Joseph looking confused as well.
"The effect from when I placed a card on top of my deck. When my drive check reveals a Trigger unit...I'm the one who decides which Trigger type I've pulled, as long as I don't choose Front or Heal!" He declared. "I choose Critical Trigger! Trigger Manipulate!" He called out, as HoPE changed into a Critical Trigger. "I give all effects to my Vanguard!"

"Another trigger...Wait a minute, that's already a Critical..!" Joseph realized.
"And you better believe it's staying that way!" Ray declared, as the Critical symbol returned. "All effects to the Vanguard!"

"No..!" Joseph said, as the dragon blasted violently at the Eradicator...and the 6th damage was not a heal trigger.
"Oh, yeah! I've still got it!" Ray said.
A card that manipulates triggers...R-Ray's been improving a lot... Gaea thought to herself.
"Well, Gaea, let's go see if we can catch up to Drake and the others." He said, taking her by the hand and leading her upstairs, much to her surprise.
