There is a pin drop silence in the bureau. All the officers are on their respective desks sitting in silence as if a dark cloud surrounding them in their own enclosed places. Their senior had just left the bureau after delivering the news. They don't know whether to term the news as happy or tragic as good or bad as a silver lining or grey.

They are somewhat ready for both the news but finally when this moment came, they can't grasp that how to react. My be they are not actually mentally ready. May be they thought they can face the news
Sometimes even small things give you the eye opener, sometime many large things didn't affect you at all
They knew Abhijeet will not joining the duty, he will resign. They knew that Daya has quite good chance of becoming an ACP. These are the large things they thought they knew and feels they are prepare for these.
But the small thing is Daya admitting all this large things in front of them, it give them an eye opener that they are not ready at all.

Daya came to the bureau and informed that he had already accept the ACP post by signing the formal document and had submitted Abhijeet's retirement letter to the headquarters. They were so much wrapped in their emotions to the extent that no one had asked about their another senior.
When Daya turned to Rajat and said
Mujhe pata nahi me ACP sir ki jagha kese le sakta hun...un se barabri to dur...un la 25 percent bhi ban sakta hun ya nahi..per Abhijeet ko yakeen hai k tum us ki jagah bahut achey se le saktey ho..or yehi yakeen mujhey bhi hai..me aur chaar din baad join kar raha hun..
Then Rajat had only reacted as
Abhijeet sir ki jagah...me.
But then the truth had hit him like a sledge hammer that now he will be the second in command. It was his dream, right?

Vivek was sitting with his head down staring at the floor, trying to control the tears. He remembers the name which his senior gave him Action king and the same senior scolded him as

And when he had given his excuse that he had to grab the criminal. His senior grumbled something like
Jhanpar maarna chahiye aise larkey ko...bandook nahi hoti hai tumhare pass? tumhe action ata hai to bandook Chalana seekhna bhool gaye kya? Payer mein goli nahi maar saktey they?
But the same senior protected him also when ACP sir gave him a hard warning.
ACP sir said that raising to the challenge of a criminal or challenging a criminal in a kingly dwell is not a correct way and Vivek had broke some rules. Maybe ACP sir could have give him punishment or something, but his senior who had already scolded him like anything now said

Daya was always emotional one and to be honest to himself Vivek had taken advantage of that, Freddy too and may be every other junior also did the same, to gain the vacation, or to raise their point in front of ACP sir giving him a sentimental logic

And Daya had just smiled with

And daya gave a sheepish smile with; sss...sir please..

And when Abhijeet heard the news, he said

But when ACP sir was about to scold him with; ye kya ajeeb harkat hay Sachin...tum ne hum sab ko bataya kyun nahi..
And Abhijeet had stopped him with: sir us ki tabiyet theek nahi hay...baad mein
And ACP sir had relented

Dr Salunkhe will still be the forensic head, right? So what will Daya call him

Rajat noticed Sachin's stare but didn't look up. His mind was not really busy thinking about the team dynamics but was thinking on the track that what will happen to those two friends
Daya was always the junior one not due to his post or anything but somehow he was the younger one he was the junior one and Rajat had noticed that Daya was ladla of the team also. ACP sir and Abhijeet were always partial towards him, even Dr Salunkhe was partial towards him.
Now he himself have to take all the decisions, have to take all the responsibilities, will it affect their relation also. Today maybe Abhijeet is not well but later when he will be out of this stage and May be daya will change for good during this journey.

She is feeling a loss. It's normal right?. ACP sir left them forever. Abhijeet is still the part of their family but from now he will not be the part of their daily life. Due to safety reasons and their ethics they will not be able to share each case details with him. Abhijeet will not be able to give his guidance to them, he will not be able to grumble about the unfairness.
She remembers whenever there is some strange case in which they were stuck at some point, Abhijeet use to grumble
Samjh nahi aa raha...dimagh ghuma k rakh diya is case ne..ye criminals bhi na chalak hotey ja rahey hain...
She had once giggled hearing Abhijeet as
Ye criminals ko itna dimagh kahan se milta hai...pata nahi...
And Abhijeet has turned to her with; khi khi nahi karna hai tumhe...criminal dhundna hay..pehle mujrim dhoondo...khi khi baad mein karna
Although it's a scold but her laughter had increased and she had noticed a small smile came on Abhijeet's face too

She and all others should be happy for Daya, Right? They should be happy that they are not getting any ACP from outside, but their own and dear Daya sir. But at least she can't be happy. She is not feeling any happiness. And she looked at Daya's eyes also, which were clearly telling her that he is not at all happy on his socalled promotion. May be it's a chore for him, may be its only the part of obligation for him. None of them even congratulate him on his ACP post.

Special team officers are still in contact with them. Muskan and Kajal had called her yesterday night also, asking about Duo, asking about remaining team, asking about Dr Salunkhe. May be they will call again, maybe she will call them. May be some of them will be happy for Daya

Will Abhijeet still feel ok with his decision? Or he will be getting agitated that why he took the retirement? May be in future any criminal will come up with the intention of destroying the team, maybe daya will also be kidnapped just like ACP Pradyuman
Whenever ACP Pradyuman was in danger these two had given up their everything to search him, to rescue him to help him, even they fought with headquarters.

This team will be on Daya's side, she knows it, but still something will be missing. Abhijeet will not get all the information. Because, due to their ethics, due to their promises towards their duty they are not allowed to pass any kind of info to any outsider even an ex senior inspector. In that case will Abhijeet be able to stay peacefully at home after knowing his brother is in danger. Or will he curse himself thinking that if I was there I would've saved him.
