Rough day for Team Hetty. Nate, the team's shrink, had gone rogue and made it look like he had turned traitor.

'Tough day.' Granger said.
'Yes.' Hetty responded.
'You mad at him?'
'No. A bit disappointed and worried? Yes. But, in a way, I completely understand his reason for doing what he did.'
'Which is?'
'Feeling like he had to prove himself.' Hetty said.
'Because you can relate to that feeling.'
'Very. Back in spy training, I felt like I had to be so much better then everyone else, or no one would take me seriously. And the truth is, no one did. Even after I eventually became as good as I am, there were still a few who didn't think I'd ever matter much.'
'Because you're small and a woman?' Granger asked.
'Correct. Over time, I learned not to let anyone's expectations bother me, but, it was very hard.' Hetty responded.
'Well, if it makes you feel any better, people thought I'd be better then everyone else. I wasn't, at first. And everyone was disappointed. And their minds didn't really change much even after I became great. Well, some changed.'
'Maybe that's why you're as grumpy as you are.'
'Smirk. That's just a small factor.'
'Well, this was a good talk.' Hetty said.
'You up for going out somewhere nice?'
'Sure!'
