Day 5 of isolation, well it felt like day 55. Chloe and Kisaiya's relationship was definitely being tested. Kisaiya was used to having the house to herself most days but that wasn't happening now. She was going crazy with Chloe's control. Chloe wanted to be involved with everything. She checked if she was awake, if all her school work was finished, if she had eaten. It was getting too much on Kisaiya she wasn't used to it.

"Are you awake?" Chloe asked knocking on the door and then opening it instantly.

"I'm getting dressed" Kisaiya screamed. She walked over to the door and caught it before it had fully opened.

"You are meant to knock and wait, not knock and storm in" Kisaiya huffed.

"Well it's 9 o'clock so you need to be online now" Chloe demanded.

"You do know that I actually don't. It's not like we have live lessons or anything. Also I work so much quicker at home anyway so that's not true" Kisaiya fought back in response.

"You are so moody" Chloe snapped. She was so annoyed with her sister. She was shocked as to how selfish Kisaiya was being.

"Here I am trying to be a good sister and that you just snap at me" Chloe said storming out of the room. Kisaiya looked down and sat back on the bed. She put her hands in her head and let a couple of tears slip out of her eyes. She didn't understand why she was getting so upset. She just wanted to speak to her mum.

Kisaiya got on with her school work trying to take her mind off the fall out with Chloe. It was hard to concentrate but she got all of her work done by just before 2 o'clock. She had even completed the extension tasks. She was surprised that her sister hadn't been through asking her to eat lunch.

Once she turned her computer off having sent all the work to her designated teachers, she walked through to the living room. She hoped that she would be able to watch something on the TV. Walking through, she noticed her sister at the breakfast bar doing work. She turned the TV on.

"Can't you see I am working you are so selfish" Chloe snapped glaring at her sister. Kisaiya got a fright. She stood up, turned off the TV and ran to her room. She scurried off, scared to upset her sister anymore.

Chloe continued with her work until Ange arrived home.

"Hey, did you have a good day?" Ange asked and Chloe shrugged.

"it was fine but Kisaiya was such a nightmare. She was so moody and then hide in her room all day. She came out and just turned the TV on when I was clearly working" Chloe ranted as she told her mum the stress of a day she had had. She then moved onto speaking about the latest research she had been finding out about.

"I'm away to go and check on Kisaiya" Ange said after listening to her daughter drowning on about the research. She had been through enough of this at work. She was ready for a break.

"Has Kisaiya had lunch?" Ange asked quickly turning the oven on.

"No, I don't think so. I've been here all day and she hasn't been through" Chloe said as she went back to reading. Ange nodded and walked to her youngest daughter's room. She knocked on the door and slowly opened it.

She saw her daughter on her bed with her headphones in. She walked over and gently sat on the bed not wanting to scare the girl. Kisaiya took out her headphones and sat up when she saw her mother. Mindful of keeping the distance.

"Hey baby, it's okay" Ange said as she noticed what the girl was doing.

"Come here" Ange said as she opened her arms and Kisaiya curled into them. She needed to be in her mother's arms. She was struggling today and Chloe wasn't helping.

"Come on, speak to mummy" Ange said as she wrapped her arms around her daughter. Kisaiya didn't start speaking so Ange knew she'd have to push a bit more.

"What's up? Tell me what's being going on today?" Ange said softly.

"Chloe was shouting at me right from the start of the day. I do all my work and my extension tasks but she was shouting at me because I wasn't on my computer at 9 o'clock but I was up. I was dressed and turning it on. None of my friends are doing any online work" Kisaiya explained.

"I'll speak to her about it" Ange said softly and Kisaiya nodded.

"I feel like I have to hid in my room because Chloe just gets so mad at me. She treats me like a baby – always telling me to eat, walking in on me when I'm getting dressed. It's annoying" Kisaiya mumbled.

"I'll speak to her about that as well but she is worried about your eating" Ange moved onto gently.

"What do you mean?" Kisaiya asked.

"Chloe said that she has to force you to eat sometimes. I know you haven't eaten today" Ange said.

"That's so unfair" Kisaiya said as she jumped away from Ange.

"Speak to me then" Ange said softly knowing there was more to the problem.

"No, you are just making things up" Kisaiya said getting defensive.

"Can you just leave me alone?" Kisaiya asked as she got up and held the door open. Ange waited before agreeing knowing that she wasn't going to get any further.

She returned to the kitchen and put pizzas in the oven before moving onto Chloe.

"Your sister is really upset" Ange said softly, Chloe shrugged.

"Remember she has spent almost a month in the house by herself most days. Of course this is going to be hard on her" Ange said and Chloe nodded feeling a bit bad now.

"She's going through some challenges and she needs her sister to be there for her. I have no idea what is going on with her eating but she has just thrown a hissy fit when I tried to speak to her about it. We are going to have to work on her together" Ange said and Chloe nodded feeling bad. She knew that she was bad for not eating when she was anxious but this was different with Kisaiya.

They spoke for a bit longer until the pizza was ready. Ange went to go Kisaiya. The girl refused to come at first, however Ange didn't give her a choice. They sat at the kitchen table and sat in silence. Ange watched Kisaiya carefully as the girl slowly nibbled on the pizza.

"Kis, I'm sorry for today. I'm going crazy staying inside too. I'm sorry for taking it out on you" Chloe apologised and Kisaiya nodded.

"Thank you, I'm sorry for turning the TV on" Kisaiya mumbled.

"No it's your house. You have a right to watch TV, I was just being grumpy" Chloe said and Kisaiya smiled slightly. Chloe threw her arm over her sister.

"We are okay, aren't we?" Chloe asked and Kisaiya nodded.

"And you know you can speak to me?" Chloe asked and Kisaiya nodded nervously.
