Chapter 61: School Trip

Saturday, Bael Mansion…

"This way to Lady Misla's bedroom." The butler said as he led Rias and Issei to Misla's room.

The two teens entered, seeing Misla on her bed.

Hati and Skol perked up, raising their heads as they napped at the end of the bed.

"Settle down," the butler said as he rubbed their heads. "They are to see if they can help Lady Misla."

The two wolves settled, but they did not close their eyes as Issei attempted his Breastlingual ability, confusing the wolves.

The butler faltered when Misla did not stir, staying a sleep as she had been for several years.

"Yo, Rias, Issei." Sairaorg greeted as he walked up, wearing an apron with gardening tools in the pouches.

"SO, I heard you were here to help mom, huh?" Sairaorg said as he released Rias. "I appreciate the gesture, but don't worry too much about it."

Issei sat down, unable to stop thinking about it, which was seen by Kuisha.

She took a minute to think before she settled on an idea.

"Sairaorg, you always said you wanted to fight with Issei, right?" Kuisha stated, getting everyone's attention. "Then why not spar, right now."

Sairaorg blinked and glanced at Issei, who shrugged.

"Fine." Issei stated as he got up.

The small group walked out of the garden and arrived in a small training area.

The two men squared off, Issei donning his balance breaker as Sairaorg removed his apron and jacket, revealing his muscle shirt.

"No holds barred." Sairaorg said as he and Issei prepared to fight.

"Sounds good to me." Issei said as he charged, punching at Sairaorg's face, only for Sairaorg to duck and uppercut Issei, cracking the chin section of his helmet.

Issei grunted in pain but pushed through and kneed Sairaorg, who smirked as he took the blow, grabbing Issei's leg.

Issei roared as he punched Sairaorg's face, loosening Sairaorg's hold, and then twisted himself and kicked Sairaorg away, landing on the ground before he lunged at Sairaorg.

Meanwhile, Kuoh…

Koneko and Naruto walked through the grocery store with a large cart packed to the brim with food.

"You think this is enough dog food?" Naruto asked as he held up a large pack. "I mean, the pups are getting bigger, so that means more food, right?"

"No, we should put some back." Koneko said as she looked at the comically long list, bigger than both her and Naruto together. "Remember, Fenrir doesn't like human made dog food."

"Wait, he eats dog food?" Naruto asked in surprised. "I thought he ate meat exclusively."

"No, he eats other things." Koneko replied as she checked off the dog food while Naruto put some back. "I think that is all we need."

"Alright." Naruto said as he pushed the cart. "Anything you want to make for dinner tonight, since tomorrow everyone is going to Kyoto, well, you know."

"No, not really, just was thinking on what to do while they are gone." Koneko said, eyes becoming lustful as she stared at him. "I mean, it will only be you, me, Ravel, Fenrir, Kakashi, and Kuroka. So, we will have more alone time."

Naruto felt chills go down his spine as she said that.

"I would like that." Naruto replied as he blushed as they approached the line.

Meanwhile…

"I think that is all we need." Irina said to Xenovia as she doubled checked their suitcases for their trip.

"Thanks for the help, Irina, I would have most likely forgotten something if you weren't here." Xenovia thanked.

"No problem, now I guess I'll go train for a bit." Irina said as she got up.

"Mind if I join you?" Xenovia asked as she was itching for some practice.

It had been four days since she gave Durandal to Griselda to have the Alchemists fuse the Excalibur fragments into Durandal, and it would be return soon, just how soon, she didn't know.

"Sure, wooden swords or…"

"Our actual swords." Xenovia said as she summoned Kubikiribocho, nearly dropping the sword when she misjudged her grip. "Damn."

Irina giggled as she summoned Hiramekarei.

"Let's take this outside though." Irina said as she left Xenovia's room.

As they went out back, Rossweisse was thinking.

"You doing alright?" Kakashi asked her as he handed her a cup of coffee.

She had her hair up and had heavy bags under her eyes.

"Yeah, just trying to figure out how to alter the seal so Naruto can use Norse style magic with his chakra." Rossweisse replied as she accepted the cup, drinking from it. "It's not impossible, he is able to shape the seal, but something about it is not allowing it to stay stable."

"Can I take a look?" Kakashi asked as they heard Irina and Xenovia's war cries as they sparred.

"Go ahead." Rossweisse said as she pushed the paper towards Kakashi, letting her brain rest a bit.

Kakashi revealed his Sharingan, looking over it quite meticulously as he did.

"Oh, I see the issue." Kakashi said as he pulled out a pencil and made some adjustments.

"What was the issue?" Rossweisse asked as she looked at the paper, dead panning. "You drew more spirals?"

"I did." Kakashi said as he tapped the seal. "But they aren't any spirals, the Golden Rectangle spiral."

Rossweisse's eyes widened.

She stood up, walked to a wall, and slammed her head into it.

"ODIN DAMN IT!" she shouted with a steaming welt forming on her forehead. "I SHOULD HAVE THOUGHT OF THAT!"

"Okay, enough of that, don't want to hurt yourself, do you, Rossweisse." Kakashi said as he pulled her from the wall.

"This should help. With the Golden Rectangle's representation of Infinity, it should help stabilize Naruto's chakra to keep the seal alive for its intended purpose." Rossweisse said as she put an icepack on her forehead, reducing the swelling as the front door opened.

"What's going on?" Ravel asked as she entered the house, Ameyuri and Gilga on leashes since they were out walking.

"Just figuring out how to help Naruto use the Norse style of magic." Kakashi answered before his ears perked up. "Lee is back."

The front door opened again, Lee entered, covered in sweat as he wore a muscle shirt and shorts with running shoes.

"I have worked up a great sweat!" Lee declared as his body literally coated in a centimeter of the stuff as he took gasps of air. "I will now…"

"Shower." Ravel stated as she pinched her nose at the smell. "You stink."

"Of course, my king." Lee answered as he went to shower.

"Open a window, it's horrible." Fenrir gagged as he walked through, having run with Lee and was quite tired himself. "Who knew running across the radius of the town all day would tire me out."

He collapsed, tongue hanging out as the pups whimpered in worry as Ravel brought him some water.

"Should have brought some water…" Fenrir gasped before lapping up the water Ravel brought him.

"Okay, we're back, what's going on, a party?" Naruto asked as he and Koneko carried nearly fifty grocery backs into the house.

"No, Fenrir is just exhausted." Rossweisse said as she waved at Naruto to move towards her. "Anyway, come here, we altered the seal so you could maintain it."

"Okay." Naruto said as he created some Shadow clones to put the groceries away as he walked towards her, looking at it. "What's with this weird spiral?"

"We will explain later, just try it." Kakashi urged as he wanted to see this.

Naruto put his hand over the seal, and focused his chakra to take shape.

Within minutes, the seal formed in orange chakra, and maintained its shape, not a single mistake.

"Wow, he did it." Ravel gasped in awe.

"Wow…" Koneko said as she saw it spin.

"Stop… talking…" Naruto strained as he started to sweat.

He gasped, breaking the seal as he did.

"It's hard… to maintain…" He replied as Rossweisse hugged him, face in her breasts as she spun him around.

"YOU DID IT!" she declared happily.

"Who did what?" Irina asked as she and Xenovia entered the house, covered in dirt and bruises.

"Naruto was able to make the seal with his chakra."

"I think he should rest." Ravel stated as she saw how tired Naruto was from just one seal.

"It happens a lot, but eventually, he will find the right amount of chakra to put into the seal, and then he can make as many as he wants." Rossweisse said as she kissed him. "You made me so proud."

Naruto nodded as he rested, enjoying the feel of being held in Rossweisse's embrace.

'Hm, this reminds me of mom…' Naruto thought as he got a whiff of Rossweisse's scent.

His eyes snapped open, and it was already evening, the light coming through his window a burnt orange.

'Damn, I must have fallen asleep.' Naruto thought as he shifted, realizing he was in his bedroom.

"Kuroka." Naruto said as he pulled up his blanket, only to be surprised to see a white kitten.

"Koneko?" Naruto said as he lifted the kitten up.

The light turned on and it was Xenovia and Irina at the door, behind them was Rossweisse, Ravel, and Kuroka, the latter smirking.

"You are jumping the gun, Koneko." Xenovia declared, pointing at the nekoshou, who was giving the group a displeased look. "We agreed that Irina, Rossweisse, and I would sleep here tonight since we are leaving for Kyoto tomorrow!"

Koneko pouted as she got up.

"Fine, not like you couldn't share." She muttered as she walked out, leaving Irina, Xenovia, and Rossweisse with Naruto as she and the others went to their rooms.

Xenovia jumped Naruto, kissing him deeply as Irina and Rossweisse got on the bed and waited.

"Well, I am awake." Naruto groaned when he saw the time on the hall way clock. "It's three-thirty in the morning."

"What do you wanna do? Play Nintendo?" Irina asked, since they had a few co-op games on the Switch. "Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, Shovel Knight…"

"No, I want to continue practicing the seal stuff." Naruto said as he went down stairs with Irina.

They sat at the table, and for several minutes, Naruto and a few dozen clones trained, and the strain was nothing to laugh at.

After several hours, and nearly two hundred clones, Naruto was able to hold onto one seal with no issue.

"Perfect, Naruto." Irina said as she clapped, proud he was able to get it.

"Thank you." Naruto said, heavy bags under his eyes as he was mentally exhausted from the mental strain he had to endure.

"Morning, nya…" Kuroka greeted as she wobbled into the kitchen, wearing a bathrobe and her hair in a towel.

She walked over to Naruto, kissed his cheek, and proceeded to grab milk from the fridge.

"Early shift today?" Irina asked Kuroka, blushing as she saw the shape of Kuroka's butt through the robe.

"Yeah, and it is mostly for decorating the café so it can be Fall themed, nya." Kuroka said before she chugged half a gallon of milk. "Ah, that hits the spot."

She put the milk back before taking her hair out of the towel, her wet locks caressing her frame as she went back to her room to change.

"Meow…" Naruto said as he watched Kuroka walk by, the sway in her hips and bouncing of her breasts.

"You want some breakfast?" She asked as she noticed the sun was starting to rise.

Everyone was woken up by Naruto and his clones banging on their doors, with all the second-year students getting their stuff ready, and dressing in uniform.

"Why wake us up so early?" Ravel asked as she yawned, her hair down.

"So that we can go with Irina, Lee, and Xenovia to see them off." Naruto answered as he saw Xenovia carrying Irina's bags and her school uniform downstairs.

"Breakfast is served." Irina announced as she placed several plates of eggs and bacon with a side of toast, lettuce, and a glass of orange juice.

"Thank you, Irina." Everyone stated at once, digging in.

After breakfast, the peerage and Naruto met up with Rias and Sona's peerage at the train station.

"Later everybody!" Naruto called out as he, Koneko, Kakashi, Ravel, Kuroka, Fenrir (As disguised as a rottweiler), Rias, Akeno, Sona, and Tsubaki waved everybody off.

'Oh, shit, I should have written Kunou a letter.' Naruto thought as he slapped his forehead in disappointment. 'eh, whatever.'

Meanwhile…

Cadmael, Chief of the Sun Warrior tribe, smiled proudly as he watched his students practice their martial art: The Dancing Dragon.

"Chief Cadmael!" a resident called out as they ran towards him, his face becoming serious as he felt intent that did not belong to any of his people.

"Seems we have an invasion." Cadmael stated as he saw a massive turtle float above his home.

At the tip of the nose, someone jumped off, falling thousands of feet before landing on their feet before Cadmael, cratering the ground.

"Its my first time here in the Sun Village." Kurama said as he stood up. "I better enjoy the sights."

Cadmael didn't hesitate as he set Kurama ablaze.

'It can't be.' He thought as his flames intensified. 'Kurama has been long dead.'
