My attention is torn between my newborn twins and Wanda who is trying to deliver our third baby. Unlike with our twins, Wanda is crying because her pain is unbearable. Her screams have reached a new intense level. I provide extra body support and encouraging words for her. Geraldine keeps reminding her to breathe and push through the pain.
