Knowing all too well that their escape will have been discovered now that the power turned back on, Ryan, Tommy and Amber sprinted through the vents and climbed their way to find the way out to freedom. They were far from free, with the Syndicate Peons likely mobilizing to recapture Ryan as well as do who knew what to Amber and Tommy for breaking in. Time was not on their side, so they had to find their way out of the ArcTV Studios as soon as possible.

As the trio climbed back into the Ventilation Repair Room, Ryan handed Tommy up to Amber and quickly climbed up himself. The group then realized they had a problem and skidded to a halt. There were four separate trails for the vents to run in, all of which led to a different part of the Syndicate Compound or the Studio Lot itself.

"Which way did we come in?" Amber cried out. "Was it that one? No."

"We don't remember?" Tommy asked.

While his rescuers tried to recall which path they took, Ryan looked over his Pokémon Team. As he had been abducted before he could get to a Pokémon Center and heal his team, he only had a few Pokémon capable of battling to protect them: Sparks, Terra, Simba and Cora. Achilles and Marahute were still knocked out from his Gym Battle with Renee. I guess that makes Flying out of here a non-option.

Tommy, as if sensing what Ryan was thinking, reached into his pocket. "I think I might be able to wake one of your Pokémon up, Ryan."

"How?" Ryan asked.

"I still have a Candy from the store in Trickton" Tommy explained, trying to thumb for it in his pocket. He finally pulled it out and handed it to Ryan. "It's a Rare Candy. It might not bring one of them back to full power, but it will help." While Amber kept trying to figure out which of the paths she and Tommy had taken, Ryan gave the one Rare Candy he had to Marahute, slowly waking his Pidgeot, who was still in no real condition to battle.

"Well" Ryan said sadly, "we still have a chance to get a quick getaway."

"Corey has some healing items on him in case Dylan ever gets in over his head" Amber told him. "But that won't mean much if we can't get out of here."

Ryan sighed. "The Syndicate already knows that I'm freed. There's no point in being overly stealthy." He reached onto his belt and pulled out Simba's Poké Ball. "We may as well start blasting our way out of here."

"But which way do we take?" Amber asked him.

Ryan gestured towards the only real exit or entrance in the entire Ventilation Repair Room: a doorway with a bright neon "Exit" sign over it. He then called out Simba. His Pyroar let out a ferocious snarl and used a powerful Hyper Voice to cause the door to fall down in front of them. Amber was astonished by the power of Ryan's Pokémon.

"That is incredible" she remarked.

"We have to keep running" Tommy insisted, grabbing her hand.

"Let's make a run for it" Ryan said, petting his Pyroar's fur. "Let's go, Simba!" The Pyroar rushed on ahead, with Ryan and his friends hot on the Lion's heels. Simba stopped at a fork in the road and launched a wall of fire in the direction of a few Syndicate Peons coming their way, prompting the two to race behind the wall and hide from the wrath of the Heat Wave.

Ryan turned and saw more Syndicate Peons coming at them, with their Pokémon already out to battle: two Scythers.

"You kids aren't going anywhere!" one of them snarled. Their twin mantis Pokémon bared their sharp blades at Simba.

Ryan called out Sparks, who leaped to Simba's side easily and barked at the Bug Pokémon. "Simba, use Heat Wave! Sparks, use Thunderbolt!" The two Pokémon combined their attacks with one another and soon, a wave of scorching electricity struck both Scythers and knocked them out without a second glance from the two victorious Pokémon. Simba roared ferociously, prompting the two Peons to flee, but not before they called in more backups.

"Security to the Lower Levels! We've spotted Ryan Kingston and two of his friends escaping! Send reinforcements!"

Ryan and his Pokémon led the way down the hallway, with Amber and Tommy following close behind. Their group came to a halt when they found themselves in the Courtyard of the ArcTV Studios. Corey spotted them and raced over to them. "You guys are okay!"

"Barely" Amber said, looking around worriedly. "Where's Dylan?"

"Not back yet" Corey insisted.

"Yeah I am" a voice insisted. The group turned and saw Dylan making his way down the steps with someone Ryan almost didn't recognize. Her eyes were deathly pale and she only seemed to respond very feebly to whoever addressed her. If it weren't for Tommy beside him, Ryan might never have recognized his friend without her passionate smile or eyes.

"Holly!" Tommy cried, flinging his arms around his sister. He paused when she didn't hug him back. He looked up at her, worriedly. "Holly? It's me! Tommy! Holly!" HOLLY!"

Ryan raced over towards Holly. "C'mon, Holly. Please answer!" His eyes fell on her heavily bandaged arm and lowered his head. "It's too late. They already branded her."

"No!" Tommy insisted. "She's just playing!"

"This is no act, Tommy" Dylan said. "Walter O'Hara and some other weird lady were making these girls act like slaves."

"Holly" Tommy shrieked, crying into his tranced sister's stomach.

"We'll do whatever we can for her" Ryan said. "Right now, we need to get out of here."

Corey reached into his bag and handed Ryan a few Hyper Potions. "You may need these."

Ryan thanked another of his rescuers and gave the Hyper Potion to Marahute, who was now recovered to full strength. "Now we have a way to get out of here if things get too dicey. Thanks."

"We're not out of the woods yet" Amber said, pointing towards a group of Syndicate Peons running towards them, their Poké Balls ready for a battle.

"There they are!"

"Don't let them get away!"

Tommy's face was full of anger. "YOU GUYS WILL PAY FOR HURTING MY SISTER!" He was about to rush to take on the kids himself, but Amber held him back. "Let me go!"

"Let Ryan handle this" Amber told them.

Ryan glared at the incoming Peons and prepared to send Sparks and Simba back into battle. But before he could, a massive fireball knocked all of the Peons backwards. Ryan looked into the skies and saw a familiar looking Dragapult and his rider hovering just above the Courtyard.

"Jocelyn?" Ryan cried out.

"GET OUT OF HERE!" Jocelyn ordered. "GO!" Without a second wasted, Jocelyn returned to devastating the Syndicate Compound and ArcTV Studios with every blast from the mouth of her Dragon Pokémon.

"She doesn't need to tell us twice" Dylan said. "Let's head for the exit."

Corey put the dazed Holly on his back, while Ryan and Dylan led the way to their escape. Amber and Tommy stuck close to Corey and Holly in the back, hoping for some way they can possibly escape the Syndicate's base unscathed.

{Meanwhile}

With more than enough anger towards her father and the rest of the Syndicate to fuel her, Jocelyn's rampage against the Compound continued as she torched any and all Syndicate Peons who even looked at her funny. This was vindication for all that she had suffered at the hands of her father and the others who disrespected her. But there was more to her wrath than simple spite. Deep down, she had truly grown to care for Ryan. Not romantically in any sense, but as kind of brotherly figure. And she could not bear it if anything happened to him. Seeing that he and his friends were not harmed and fleeing from the Compound made her a bit more content with her rescue efforts. Now, all she had to do was continue to provide a large enough distraction so the kids could escape.

I'm kind of hoping some of the Kingstons do show up at this point, Jocelyn thought to herself. She was definitely a good trainer, but was she good enough to repel the entirety of the Syndicate's strength at the Compound while also being able to protect Ryan and his friends? Unless those Kingston reinforcements arrived soon, she was unsure if she truly had the willpower to drive them off.

As she prepared to launch another devastating blast of Fire Blasts on the Syndicate Compound, she saw a pulse of dark energy coming her way. Her Dragapult tried to dodge it, but was struck hard in the chest by the blast. As she and her Pokémon were flung about in the air, Jocelyn quickly gave her Pokémon a Sitrus Berry and looked for the source of her attacker. She didn't have to look far, as a massive Hydreigon floated in the air near where she had stopped.

And sitting on the back of the three-headed Dragon was the only person who at this very moment could illicit a stronger reaction from her than Ryan or his friends. And that reaction was pure contempt. Jocelyn flew up to confront her mother's killer.

Elezar glared at his daughter coldly. "You should have stayed away, child."

"And you shouldn't have killed my mother" Jocelyn retorted.

Droopy the Dragapult and Elezar's Hydreigon snarl at each other before launching Dragon Pulses at one another, with the skyline of Titanio City serving as the battlefield between the last two Aceds in the world. In the distance, a clap of thunder signals to the two that the battle for their lives was about to begin.

{Meanwhile}

Renee watched from the balcony of Piper's apartment as she saw explosive blast after blast going off in the general direction of the ArcTV Studios. She could not tell if this was good news or bad, considering that since she began her attack on the Compound, Jocelyn had been deathly silent. Renee could tell that this Jocelyn person was clearly torching the Syndicate Base for all it was worth, but that if she wasn't too careful, she might harm Ryan or the others in the process. Renee was almost tempted to head down to the ArcTV Studios to help, but she knew if she left the KERN System for too long, she might miss an update.

"YAHOO!" a voice suddenly screeched into the KERN.

"What was that?" Renee asked herself.

"Hello?" Byron's voice echoed in the radio.

"Big Mike?" Greg asked.

"Big Mike calling in!" the man revealed, his voice almost completely jubilant.

"Mike?" Piper asked. "What's going on?"

"The Syndicate is done for!" Big Mike insisted, too hysterical to even be remotely coherent.

"What did you find?" Erin asked her ex-husband.

"We're saved!" Big Mike cried. "I've seen the sun!"

"Can someone go find my Dad and tell him he's finally snapped?" Tori asked.

Renee was about to try and communicate with Big Mike, when a call on her Poké Gear caused her to have to turn off the KERN for a moment. It was from an unknown number. She rolled her eyes and reluctantly answered the call. "Hello?"

"Renee?"

Renee paused in complete shock. I know that voice. "Who is this?"

"Who do you think?" the man's voice replied.

Renee dropped her Poké Gear and felt tears streaming down the side of her face. Big Mike was right. They were saved.

{Meanwhile}

Having followed the only path to freedom that they knew, Ryan and his Pokémon desperately fought off any Syndicate Goons pursuing them, doing their best to clear a path as well as to protect those who couldn't battle, including Amber, Tommy and especially Holly. In order to offer Ryan some support, Dylan called out his Zangoose to come to their aid and help Ryan's Pokémon battle ferociously. Zangoose and Simba combined to tear through a wall of Syndicate Goons and their line of sinister looking Pokémon, causing the group to scatter.

Ryan and Dylan continued to lead the escape until both skidded to a stop when they looked into the skies above them. Two Dragon Pokémon were battling in the skies above them. One was Jocelyn and her Dragapult, while the other looked like a Hydreigon, but they did not know who was that Dragon's rider.

Dylan triggered the camera on his arm to try and record some of the battle, but Ryan stopped him. "We don't have time."

"This could be a huge addition to the story, though" Dylan argued.

"We'll have time to tell the story if we get out of here in one piece" Corey argued, as he fixed the slumping Holly back onto his back.

"We need to get out of here now!" Ryan insisted.

Dylan sighed. "Okay, fine."

The six escapees and their Pokémon hurry for the Main Entrance of the ArcTV Studios Lot. Thanks to Corey's ES Device, the security measures were still off, so it would be as easy as sprinting out of the gates and making it to a safehouse somewhere. At least it would have been, had a massive wall of fire not dropped down from the skies above them, cutting off their one and only chance for an escape. Ryan and his Dylan skidded to a stop as they saw the wall of flames appear and looked back towards the skies as the Hydreigon floated down towards their group. Jocelyn and her Dragapult were nowhere to be found.

As Elezar landed his beast, pinning them all between him and the wall of fire, the Syndicate Leader snickered. "An admirable escape effort, from all of you. Truly. You seemed to have it all figured out. You eluded my men, ArcTV's security and even did a number on poor Cassius Sinclair." He pointed towards Ryan and Holly. "But I'm afraid that those two belong to me now. So if you'd kindly hand them over to me, I would very much appreciate it."

"You can't own someone" Amber countered. "Humans aren't Property!"

"That's where you're wrong, my dear" Elezar growled. "Just look on their arms. That is the brand of the Syndicate. Even though Mr. Kingston's isn't finished, he and Miss Queensbury are effectively my property now."

"We're leaving here, Elezar" Ryan insisted. "And there's nothing you can do to stop us!"

"I can assure you that there are a great many things I can do to stop you" he smirked. He snapped his fingers. More than five dozen Syndicate Peons arrives, brandishing their Poké Balls as if they were eager to fight. "Like this."

"Anyone got any ideas?" Ryan whispered to the others.

Dylan thought for a moment, until he realized they had one last trick up their sleeves. Swiping the triggering device for Corey's ES Devices from him, he held it up to Elezar. "Do you know what this is?"

"Can't say that I do" Elezar shrugged. When several Syndicate peons made a move to seize the boy, Elezar stopped them. "But I am curious as to know what you brought us for Show and Tell, today, young man. Go on. Tell me."

"This is a detonator for a bomb" Dylan proclaimed. "While we were in here, my friends and I planted a bomb somewhere in your precious little compound, Elezar. And when I press this device, it will blow your entire operation into the skies. Your entire operation here in Titanio City will be exposed. And thanks to the footage I've already uploaded, your friend Walter O'Hara's reputation is already up in flames."

"A BOMB?" Ryan gasped.

Elezar was emotionless. "Forgive me if I see right through your bluff, boy. Your device may have the power to short out electrical devices and appliances for a short while, but you don't have the power to blow up an entire compound." He folded his arms confidently. "If you want to prove me wrong, then go on ahead. Press the button and make my night. I could use a little entertainment before I make the rest of you urchins into my property."

Dylan jacked up the power on the device to it's fullest extent. "You said it!"

Corey realized what his friend was trying and gasped. "DYLAN!"

Dylan triggered the device. Nothing happened. As they all waited for something to begin, Elezar shook his head. "Predictable. Children carry little more than empty bluffs. Men, apprehend these rats and prepare them for-"

BOOM! A nearby explosion drew everyone's attention. An entire portion of the ArcTV Studios suddenly burst into flames. The chain reaction of explosions caused more and more to go off throughout the entire Lot and Compound. Elezar looked back towards where his base was and watched as it too, burst into flames.

"NO!" he screamed.

"Who's bluffing now?" Dylan mockingly laughed.

The Syndicate Leader turned towards the group in utter contempt. "YOU ROTTEN LITTLE-" From out of nowhere, Jocelyn's Dragapult used a horrific Body Slam and crashed into Elezar and his Hydreigon. He and his Dragon were flung from one another, with the dragon crashing through the windows on the first floor and Elezar barely being caught in time by his men.

Jocelyn and Droopy floated in front of the group, facing the Syndicate Peons. When the Dragapult howled into the night, the Peons backed away from her. Jocelyn turned back towards the others. "What are you waiting for? RUN! Get out of here!"

"But what about you?" Ryan asked.

"My business is here" she told him. "You guys had better run for-"

"SCREECH!" a dragon howled in the skies. Before Jocelyn could even react, Matthew's Noivern descended up on her. The Noivern blasted her Dragapult with a ruthless Dragon Pulse, while he quickly scooped Jocelyn into his hind legs and smashed her into the outer walls of the complex. Jocelyn crashed hard into the wall and fell to the ground, completely knocked out.

Ryan glared at the boy he thought was his brother. "Matt."

"And there goes your last chance of stopping us" Matthew grinned coldly.

"You sicko!" Amber remarked.

With Jocelyn and her Dragapult down, Matthew landed his Noivern in front of the group. "I don't think you guys appreciate the circumstances you're in, right now. You've crossed the Syndicate one too many times for us to just let you run off to your families, some of whom I know." He glanced at Ryan and Tommy, who returned his stare with hateful ones of their own. "What difference does it make? You guys are all effectively property of the Syndicate, Holly and Ryan especially."

"What should we do with them, Matthew?" a peon asked them.

Matthew grinned. "I don't think we have any use for those three pests" he said, gesturing towards Dylan, Amber and Corey. "They've already caused enough damage. He looked towards Ryan, Holly and Tommy, his eyes filled with malicious intent. "As for them, they have dates with the Crimson Brand. Have Cassius prepare for them."

"Cassius's lab has been destroyed" one pointed out. "All of our Compound is in ruins."

Matthew glared towards the six. "We won't be able to transfer them all to the base without some struggles or outside interference. Then I guess we have no choice. Kill them. Every single one of them."

The Syndicate Peons took a step forward, prompting Ryan and his friends to huddle together. Ryan, expecting this to end in only one way, called out his Pidgeot. "Tommy, get your sister and you out of here and find Renee. I'll get you as much time as I can."

"We're not leaving without you" Tommy insisted.

"This isn't the time to argue, Tommy!" Ryan snapped. "We need to get your sister to-"

Simba roared angrily as a couple of Mighthyena's came to attack, knocking one of them over with a swipe of his paw. Sparks shot Electricity at the other, causing it to jump back, but the enemy was closing in fast around them.

"TOMMY!" Ryan growled.

"RYAN!"

A thunderous roar shook the entire complex. Everyone looked for the source of the roar, but it wasn't to be found. From out of the night skies, a shadow loomed over the entire courtyard. Ryan looked above and tried to figure out what it was.

"Is that a Pokémon?"

After a moment of trying to figure out who the new arrival was, some of the Syndicate Peons immediately recalled their Pokémon and ran for their lives.

Matthew looked back at them. "Where are you going? Kill them!"

Elezar recovered slowly and looked up towards the skies and drew back in terror. "It's impossible. IT'S IMPOSSIBLE!"

The shadow plummeted towards the ground and fired a Draco Meteor at the Syndicate Peons, causing them all to scatter. As the flames from the Draco Meteor attack flung the frightened Syndicate Peons all about the lot, the form landed hard on the ground in front of the group of petrified kids. It was a Dragon Pokémon, a Dragonite. And on his back was a rider with singed clothing and bandages.

Ryan nearly collapsed in shock. "Rhaegar?"

Matthew sent his Noivern forward. "It's a trick!"

"It's no trick boy" Elezar warned him.

"Rhaegar!" a voice all too familiar to Ryan called. "Use Dragon Rush!"

Ryan was almost incapable of breathing. Mike?

The Dragonite slammed itself into Matthew's Noivern, knocking it out immediately and sending Matthew hard to the ground. Before Elezar could even understand what was happening, two more Dragon Pokémon landed on the walls of the ArcTV Studios. Two Salamence. Ryan's group could not believe what had just happened. Now, two more Dragon Pokémon and their trainers had arrived to their rescue. And Ryan recognized them too, his heart near to bursting with shock. "Cameron? Lizzie?"

Elezar withdrew towards the wreckage of the ArcTV Studios. Ryan could see the genuine terror in his eyes. Matthew pushed himself off the ground and watched in absolute horror as he recognized the trainer who stepped off of the Dragonite that defended Ryan and his team. His breathing grew heavy as he followed in Elezar's footsteps and backed as far away from the man as possible. "Mike? It can't be."

The Champion ignored him and made his way over towards Jocelyn. Ryan was eager to rush at his cousin, but he was too frozen in place to move. He looked towards where Cameron and Lizzie's Salamences were perched and saw that they had also been joined by two Charizards. Michael and the Elite Four were all present and accounted for. Ryan couldn't believe it. It was almost too good to be true.

Michael took the seriously injured Jocelyn into his arms and dropped a berry beside her weakened Dragapult to eat. As he did, Droopy regained some of his strength and floated after the Champion as he cradled his trainer in his arms. Matthew tried to approach Michael and speak to him, as if hoping Michael did not know about his treachery, but the look that his cousin gave him all but confirmed to Ryan that he was well aware of Matthew's betrayal.

"Get out of my sight" Michael snarled, prompting Matthew to draw back in terror and scurry off towards Elezar. The Syndicate Leader, who had been trying to process this complete reversal of fortunes for his team and all of his plans, slowly tried to regain his confidence.

"Well, well. Even the jaws of death cannot contain you, Michael" Elezar sneered.

Michael ignored Elezar's taunt and placed Jocelyn onto Rhaegar's back. The Dragon Pokémon lowered himself to allow Jocelyn to rest more comfortably on him, but he growled at a curious Syndicate Peon who was coming over to try and stop them from rescuing Jocelyn. As the Peon scurried off, the four other Pokémon that had arrived to the rescue landed in the burning lot. Their trainers ushered all of them forward to come on. Without waiting an additional second, the ArcResistance Team did as they were bid. Dylan climbed onto the Chris's Charizard, while Corey did the same with Mark's after handing the unconscious Holly to Lizzie to put on her Salamence. Amber scurried up Cameron's Salamence and wrapped her arms around the trainer.

Ryan recalled Sparks and Simba and climbed onto the back of Marahute, pulling Tommy up behind him. He watched as Michael secured Jocelyn onto his Dragonite and then turned his full fury on Elezar.

"Attacking me is one thing" Michael said, his rage all but vibrant across the words he spoke. "But you went after my family, Elezar. And as far as I'm concerned, anyone who does is my enemy." Michael glared down at Matthew, who continued to cower away behind Elezar.

Elezar snickered. "And what punishment does the great Michael Kingston have for me? A prison sentence? An apology tour?"

Michael turned his full attention towards Elezar, his eyes burning with hatred. "You are going to die for this, Elezar. Consider this your last chance to leave Arcana alive." With that, Michael climbed atop Rhaegar and held onto his Dragon and the weakened Jocelyn as the two took off into the skies. Ryan, Tommy and Marahute followed closely after him, so too did the rest of the Elite Four. Ryan looked back down at Matthew as they flew higher and higher. The scorn Matthew showed him as they escaped was nothing compared to the pain Ryan felt in his heart. He turned away. As far as he was concerned, his brother was gone forever.

{Meanwhile}

The ArcTV Studios and the Syndicate Compound continue to explode and burn in the fires of both Jocelyn's attacks. Elezar and Matthew stood in the Lot, almost incapable of movement and stunned by this turn of events. For both, there was now officially no turning back.

For Elezar, attacking his daughter officially severed any bond the two might have had. Considering he knew very little about whether or not she would even survive, the Syndicate Leader now realized that he was the last Aced still standing. His parents were dead, his wife was dead and his daughter, if she would live after the injury Matthew had given her, was now as much a hated adversary as Michael and The Elite Four were. It was almost cathartic, for him to be the last person who would carry the work of his father to it's conclusion, but he was beginning to feel hollow inside. Jocelyn had been the last thing tethering him to a world of life beyond the Syndicate. Now, he truly had nothing left to lose. His heart was filled with nothing but the realization that he was now completely alone in the world.

For Matthew, it was even worse. He had thrown in his lot with Elezar after the Taghwan Hall Tragedy (which had seemingly only claimed the life of Taghwan's ancient mayor now), because he not only blamed the Kingstons for what had transpired, but he also hoped to gain the strength needed to win Addison's heart. Now, he had failed on all counts. His cousin and former idol was still alive, and was intent on treating him as he would any other Syndicate Admin. The Kingstons had now received an incomparable boost in their morale. Addison had chosen Ryan over him and so he had no choice but to have her branded to be with him. He had cast his strength and power to Elezar and now had officially nowhere left to run should it all crumble down. He could never return home, now. Not when Ryan and his former friends had slipped from his grasp. And with Michael and The Elite Four back in the fold, he could see the writing on the walls.

Elezar sighed. "It would seem as though I have underestimated Michael Kingston, yet again. A mistake I will never make again."

"What will we do now?" Matthew asked his mentor and now the only person left in Arcana he could turn to.

"Have the ships moved out?" Elezar asked.

Matthew nodded. "More than a dozen of them are already on their way to Mt. Heatmor. But if Michael and the Elite Four find them-"

"We need to hold our position until we know exactly how much we've lost here" Elezar commanded. The two turned towards the burning wreckage and saw Cassius and Walter O'Hara emerging from the collapsing building. While Cassius remained calm despite the bandages around his head, Walter was shaking violently. The media star had not counted on his reputation being blown away by this.

"It's over" Walter said sadly. "Everything I built. My legacy. All out the window, because of some snot-nosed little rodents!"

"It's not over" Cassius told him. "We still have enough Crimson Stones at Mt. Heatmor to restart our program. So if you would stop being so overly dramatic, Walter, we might be able to come to a solution to our current problems." Cassius shook with anger, though. "It is a shame, to lose yet another fine lab at the hands of the Kingston Family."

"So long as you have another" Elezar insisted, "we will be fine."

"Why didn't you attack those guys?" Walter asked of Elezar.

"Two Syndicate Administrators against The Elite Four and the Champion?" Elezar spoke frankly to the TV Show host. "Those odds would not have been in our favor. However, when we return to Mt. Heatmor, we will be at full strength. Over a thousand Syndicate Soldiers and nearly as many Branded Subjects, with likely more to come. Twelve Syndicate Administrators instead of two, since you two weren't present to support us before. And with The Grand Master leading the way, Michael Kingston will need an army to oppose us."

"The Grand Master will not be pleased when he finds out about this" Cassius cautioned his partner.

"I disagree" Elezar responded. "The Grand Master did not approve of the Taghwan Hall Burning, as he and Courtney seemed to have ulterior motives for Michael. Well, it will be soon be time to see if those plans still hold any water." He looked towards Matthew. "Head across Arcana and call in our ranks. Every single Syndicate Peon, agent and Administrator is to report to Mt. Heatmor immediately. Any who are not there by this time tomorrow will be branded enemy peers and left to their fate in Arcana."

Matthew nodded and went over to his Noivern to check on her, while Elezar continued to dole out tasks for the others.

"Cassius" Elezar said to his oldest ally. "Activate the Self-Destruction Protocol for the Compound. I will not allow any more hints to fall into the hands of the enemy. Then, take yourself to Mt. Heatmor and set up shop there with haste." He then turned to Walter. "Get yourself to Mt. Heatmor, now. And make sure you don't have any ideas of turning yourself in. If you think the wrath of the people who trusted you is bad, wait until I find you." Walter, clearly getting the message, called out his own personal Braviary and flew off into the skies above Titanio. The sirens and whistles of the Arcana Police Force caught the attention of the three remaining Syndicate Admins. "It appears that we'll have company coming."

Matthew climbed atop his Notivern and the two flew off into the skies after Walter. Cassius called upon his Staraptor and flew off to destroy what remained of his work. Elezar grinned to himself and climbed aboard his Hydreigon and soared into the heavens as the lot was soon filled with Firefighters and the Arcana Police Force.
