Eda and Lilith sat on the couch. Eda had a drink in her hand and Lilith just kept looking at the picture.
"Why do you even have this?" Lilith asked.
"When I moved out, I just grabbed stuff from home. I grabbed that by accident and just tossed it into a room when I realized. Guess I forgot about it."
Lilith put the picture down and rubbed her head.
"This is bad. You remember what happened when he tried to get father to join him in killing all vampires."
"Hard to forget... we spent days trying to fix the living room." Eda said, "Our children are vampires and he hates vampires. He's going to attack and try to-"
"Don't say it." Lilith said, "I can't handle the thought of that."
While that was going on, a certain silver haired vampire was running through the woods. She was tracking something, but it wasn't her dinner.
"He's around here, somewhere." Skara said.
Ever since she was rescued by that masked person, she's felt something... familiar. Almost like they've spoken to each other before. Skara sniffed the air and followed the scent. She remembered the general area of the cave he lives in, but she doesn't know anything a mile away from it. She followed it and knew she was getting close. The more she followed it, the stronger it got. She carefully moved through the woods, jumping between shadows. She poked her head out of the shadow and starred at the cave entrance. She heard something and pulled her head back into the shadow. She knew something was patrolling the perimeter. She raised her head just enough for her eyes to poke out.
"This is going to be hard."
Eda looked at Lilith. Fear evident on her face.
"What are we going to do? If what the girls said was true, then the Emperor has a part in this." Eda said.
"I'll talk to the Emperor tomorrow. For now, you need to make sure your girls are safe." Lilith started pushing Eda out and closed the door on her. She looked back at her fiancé, "Now, where were we?"
Elizabeth walked over and placed her hands on Lilith's hips.
"I believe, you were about to... shred my back."
Lilith smiled and the two kissed. They moved back to the bedroom as Eda got on her staff and started to fly away. She looked back at the house and quickly realized why Lilith wanted her out fast.
"Oh... they were fucking."
At the Owl House, Luz held Lucia's arm.
"I... I can't." Luz said.
"Why not?" Lucia said, "You said you didn't want to lose me again."
"Because."
"Because why?"
"Because I can't let you have this curse I have!" Luz yelled.
Lucia pulled Luz into a hug and Luz started crying.
"I... I can't let you be like me." Luz said.
Lucia was Luz's only blood relative, she can't let Lucia become an undead monster like her. The Vampire Hunter kneeled in front of a man.
"My lord, the prisoners have escaped."
"Shame. It will not matter soon. For the pieces are falling into place."
"What do you want me to do next?"
"Just wait. The time is quickly approaching. Soon I, Emperor Belos, will rid this world of vampires. I just need to keep the Owl Lady's daughter close for a little while longer."
