"VYRAAAA!" Natsu and Happy ran down immediately halting, coming close to her and the redhead
"I'm glad to see you're doing well-" Erza crossed her arms releasing her adamantine armor causing Vyra to twinge
'Was she serious right now?'
"..."
"That I'm doing well?" The bluenette repeated with sass
Erza Scarlet, the supposed queen of the fairies.
"Are you freaking kidding me?"
"Come on Sting we're leaving-" Vyra grabbed the boy's arm with hers making the blonde comically fly forward due to the dead lock grip she had on him.
"WOah!"
"Vyra please wait!" Erza reached out
And so she did, but for her own reasons.

.
"Do you know where he is?"
"Where who is?" The redhead questioned baffled in confusion due to who she was referring to
"DON'T PLAY DUMB WITH ME-" Vyra shakily shouted making Erza's expression drop
"Vyra..."
"I asked you a question Titana-"
"Do you know where he is?" She turned, staring her in the eye
...
Letting out a sigh the redhead responded. Dammit. She promised Jellal she wouldn't say a thing... but this was Vyra. There is no way she could lie to the girl.
"Yes..."
Scoffing in disbelief the moonlight mage rolled her eyes.
"Of course, I shouldn't have been surprised-"
Quick to defend, Erza took a step forward.
"Vyra, it's not-"
"I'm done with you, I'm done with all of you!" The bluenette exploded shifting her aim from the redhead to the rest of the Fairy Tail members
"You left for a whole year without saying a word!" She pointed at Natsu
"You-" She froze turning to Gray, finally making eye contact. Not even knowing where to begin, the blunette shouted out the first thing that popped into her brain.
. . .
"Screw you!"
"And you-" She turned back to Erza
"I HATED you when we were children you know, a little piece of me deep down still does."
"Vyra hey-" Lucy butted in
"I became non-existent the moment you entered our lives... and you know what's sad about it Titana?"
"It's still like that to this day."
"Vyra, that's not true!" Erza took another step closer with a shout
"Jellal didn't want to get you involved to protect you Vyra! Listen to me!"
A little closer and...
SLAP!
Erza, feeling the stinging sensation on the right side of her cheek, put a hand up to the reddened area with her Scarlet long hair shading her eyesight. Vyra's body shook uncontrollably out of anger.
The rest of the group everyone stared with jaws dropped, including Sting.
Vyra just slapped Erza.
And she took it.
"Heh. I've been waiting since I was ten years old to do that-" She spat

"When I need my brother the most... he drops everything and goes to you-"
"You know how devastating that is?"
Her facial expression was that of one who lost a family member in war. She trembled, unable to control the amount of distress she was in
"I was starving on the streets hoping and praying for the only person I thought I had left... but you know who found me?"
Sting made a face as Vyra lifted up her shaky arm pointing at him with tears beginning to well up.
"Sabertooth did!" All eyes turned to the blonde dragon slayer next to her
"Lucy, Wendy, I'm sorry-" She apologized to the girls
"It's these three that I can't trust anymore, but I just can't..."
"VYRA!"
"You're my best friend! I'm not going to let you do this!" Natsu raged only to be held back by a wavering Lucy and Happy
V-Vyra... please don't go!" Wendy pleaded
...
"Vy-"
Her body went stiff hearing his soft voice.
"What?" Her eyes narrowed deeply, making the ice mage ironically freeze
It was terrifying. Frozen down to his toes. Like he was staring at Mira's She Devil Form.
"I have nothing to say to you."
"You're a disgusting insect that I wouldn't hesitate to stomp on Gray-" She growled making chills run down everyone's spine.
They all knew Vyra had an angry side, but never something as scary as this.
"Vyra please-"
"NO! YOU IDIOT!" Her voice cracked letting out an ear shattering cry
Opening up his clenched eyes from the scream, Sting didn't say a word. There's nothing in his power that he could do to make this situation better... All he could do was be her sidekick, partner in crime.
For the whole year Vyra has been a member of Sabertooth, she is nothing like how she was at the Grand Magic Games. No, that Vyra was a completely different person. She was happy, strong and confident... and the Vyra at Sabertooth was quiet, closed off and mysterious.
Maybe it was good for her to blow off some steam, let her tear them down a bit...
Until he locked eyes with Natsu.
Being mad at him was one thing, but knowing the heartache the bluenette has endured... the fire dragon slayers almost broke himself. His veins were strained with flames sizzling off of his skin having his eyes pop out of it's sockets in fear.
With a slight nod directed towards the fire dragon slayer, this was the sign to step up. The gut feeling in Natsu's stomach finally subsided as the blonde began to intervene.
He had to stop her. If Vyra were to continue... she would completely lose it.
And that's something Natsu absolutely couldn't have.
Stomping his foot on the ground, a wall of white light separated the Fairy Tail and Sabertooth wizards.
With the warmth glowing off of Vyra's face, she stood in a trance staring at the white wall of light blocking the view of her former comrades.
"Sunshine..."
Wrapping his strong hands around her small trembling ones, the blonde pulled her in close.
"Let's go home."
Hair shagging over her blue orbs, the bluenette felt her legs slip out from underneath her. Before the girl could hit the ground, Sting hoisted her up bridal style disappearing out of sight.
A few minutes later the wall of light dissipated and the Sabertooth duo were gone.
Erza stood her ground, Gray dropped to his knees and Lucy alongside Wendy held their chests in worry... leaving Natsu to stare at the empty spot where the Sabetooth wizards disappeared.
Caught in a trace, the fire dragon slayer didn't even hear the shouts of his name being called until he felt the weight on his shoulder being touched.
"Natsu..." Lucy looked at the boy with big doughy eyes in concern
"If she's with him, I'll know she'll be safe..." He replied sniffing the air, eyes still locked on the empty spot
They weren't that far out...
"She'll be okay-"
"I trust Sting... I trust Sabertooth..."
"I trust Vyra."
With Sting and Vyra
"You can put me down now-"
"Tch. Yeah right, not with that face-" The blonde scoffed as the bluenette pouted even further
The white dragon slayer continued on with their departure back to the guild.
Feeling the thoughts in his brain waver, he silently hissed. Crap. He didn't have time for this. Why was he thinking about such petty things now? Maybe he can pass on the job to Olga or Yukino. Unable to successfully complete the A rank job request, the blonde made a sour expression. Geez, knowing a guild master couldn't take on an A rank job? What are the civilians going to think of him now?
Putting all his insecurities aside, the blonde figuratively let out a sigh.
The priority right now, was to get Vyra back to the guild safely.
Noticing how quiet she has gotten all of a sudden, he looked down to the girl as she began to inaudibly mumble with reddened cheeks.
"T-Thank y-you...Sting..."
But with the dragon slayer's super sensitive senses, the blonde heard causing his eyebrows to rise up.
"Not a problem sweet cheeks~" He winked
They wanted to have fun on this job. Beat up a few bad guys, take it easy. Being a guild master had serious tasks to fulfill and the dragon slayer himself needed this. Desperately.
After encountering Natsu yesterday, never did they expect to see them again so soon. Accompanied by the Fairy Queen...
and the ex boyfriend.
Just thinking of what he's done to her made Sting's blood boil.
'Never is that icy bastard going to step near her ever again'
That is something the light dragon slayer vowed on his life.
A/N: I am falling in love with Sting and Vyra's relationship. With the reunion of Fairy Tail coming up... will Vyra go back to her past life? Or will she continue onward with her new one?
Only one way to find out!
