RAW: 3/9/2007
Monday Night RAW was live at the Nationwide Arena in Columbus, Ohio. William Regal came out to the ring and recapped the last week on RAW when Randy orton attacked the Bladeowlf and John Cena's father. A video played putting the angle over and Regal was in the ring looking quite disgusted. He said that due to the kick, the Bladewolf was not here tonight and may possibly not be here for a while, but he has been assured by Trish Stratus, the Bladewolf's wife, that he will be ready to go come Unforgiven so there is no need to vacate him of the title.
He said by the nature of those events, he gave Randy Orton the night off. He said he was here via satellite and welcomed him to RAW. Orton said if people wanted to call him sick, they could do it, but that John Cena and Bladewolf did this to themselves. He said Cena's father's blood was on Cena's hands, not his. As for Bladewolf...it was his own fault for not giving Orton what he wants and now he lies at home, being treated by his wife, feeling exactly what Shawn Michaels felt when he got Punt kicked. He said he could've avoided it all had he granted him his rematch. Orton wondered if he wanted that rematch now. He said he had a feeling he did.
Regal said they all did. He said that's why he's out here now to announce that at Unforgiven, it would indeed be the Bladewolf vs vs John Cena vs Randy Orton for the WWE Championship! Orton thanked Regal saying he definitely deserved the opportunity. He said he hoped Cena's father never forgave him for what he did last week. Regal went to continue his spiel before John Cena came out with no music playing, staring at Regal.
Cena made his way down to the ring as Regal advised him to not do anything foolish, that as General Manger he was just doing his job. Cena looked at his belt and backed off. He looked at his dog tags too and then decked Regal. Cena completely bombarded Regal with rights and lefts before spiking him off the announce table and slapping on the STFU. The officials finally pulled Cena off.
OOOOOOWHOOOOOO!
The crowd cheered when the wolf howl went off and the titantron started going static and glitching as wolfs attacking their prey are shown. The titantron then shows a sign that said 'Deat Valley' in a deserted wasteland desert area. It then cut to a cabin in the middle of it. The video then shoed the inside of the cabin filled with dust, pictures of the Bladewolf over the years, then the footage of Bladewolf vs Randy Orton at SummerSam.
The video then shwoed the demonic wolf mask the Bladewolf had worn for the past few years before giving it up this year. The video then shows the Unforgiven logo.
"Randy Orton..." The crowd pops when hearing the Bladewolf's dark, growling voice like it used to be when he wore the mask. "Prepare...to...BURN IN HELL!"
The video slowly zooms into the dark eye holes of the mask before a hand grabs it just as a wolf howl goes off and the video goes black.
The fans were left wondering...what does this mean?
Short chapter I know, but it's just the start of mind games played by Bladewolf.
