Lunchtime At JB's

"How come your guy isn't here, Lisa?" Phil asked.

"Rafael and his cousin, Gemma, have an acrobatics show to do tonight, Phil, so, I'll tell him what I've told you when I meet him for lunch at JB's tomorrow afternoon." Lisa answered.

"Good luck, Lisa." Phil said.

The next afternoon at JB's, Rafael found Lisa standing at the counter giving something to Chewie for the coffee shop.

"Thanks for the new blender, Lisa," Chewie said. "now I can whip up smoothies and shakes again!"

"You're welcome, Chewie," Lisa said. "Missis Reg said she had an extra blender she wasn't using and I told her you could use it."

"It'll come in handy, come on, Lisa, let's go sit down," Rafael said gently. "I would like to hear more about your suspicion from last night."

Chewie came over with the menu.

"What will your pleasure be?" Chewie asked Lisa and Rafael.

"I will have a garden salad with grilled chicken and ranch dressing and a strawberry banana smoothie," Rafael ordered. "I need to fit into my costumes after all."

"That sounds good," Lisa said to Chewie. "I'll have the same."

"Two garden salads with grilled chicken and ranch dressing and two strawberry banana smoothies, coming right up." Chewie said.

While Chewie was making Lisa's and Rafael's lunch orders, Lisa decided to fill Rafael in on her suspicion about the case.

"What is it, Lisa?" Rafael asked.

"My theory is, the night when Snowy Pine was horsenapped," Lisa said to Rafael. "someone broke into your camp and stole Torino's acrobat boots in order to frame your entire clan!"

"Do you think it could be the Sundance clan's doing?" Rafael asked Lisa.

"I don't think so, Rafa Darling," Lisa answered. "Jason thinks the guy who stole Torino's boots... as well as stole Snowy Pine from the stable at the Winston Riding Institute was not a Romani."

Rafael's golden crystal and Lisa's silver crystal both activated, showing a man in a red fez paying the Sundance clan off to first destory Pine Hollow's lounge area in order to look for Carmen and Anya, then, to burn down the stables at the Cross County Pony Club, then, their crystals showed the same red fezzed man sneaking into Torino's trailer at the Moondance camp, stealing his boots, and then, the crystals showed the very same man in the WRI stable horsenapping Snowy Pine.

The visions faded and the crystals returned to normal.

"Hey! I know who that man is!" Rafael said to Lisa.

"Me too, Rafa Darling!" Lisa agreed.

"It's Hasan!" Lisa and Rafael exclaimed.

"After we eat our lunch, we need to gather our allies," Lisa said to Rafael. "we have got to catch Hasan in the act!"

"Right, Lisa!" Rafael agreed.
