Situation: Pops (Arnold) and Kyle (Jai) give Sarah (Emilia) a surprise baby shower
Sarah (heavily pregnant and wearing a blindfold): I can't see
Kyle (helping Sarah into a chair at the dinner table): Please sit down, honey
Sarah (excited): What kind of surprises do you have for me?
Kyle (taking off Sarah's blindfold): Pops and I have given you a baby shower
Sarah (emotional): I thought I didn't deserve one, but I appreciate your kindness
Kyle (kissing Sarah): I love you
Sarah (smiling): I love you too
Pops (giving gifts to Sarah): These gifts are for you
Sarah (beginning to open the gifts): Thanks, Pops
Pops: You are welcome
(Sarah receives a mixture of push gifts (for herself) and gifts for the baby (John). Kyle and Pops continue to shower Sarah with Love right up to John's birth.)

Scene 1: A Hospital Delivery Room
Situation: Sarah is struggling to give birth to John. She has been pushing for two or three hours so far.
Sarah (exhausted from pushing): I am losing my strength
Pops (holding Sarah's hand): You will not die today
Kyle (to the doctor): My wife has been pushing for two or three hours. She is very exhausted.
Doctor (rubbing Sarah's stomach): I understand
Sarah (having a contraction, she attempts to push again): AHA...AHA...AHA
Pops and Kyle (cheering on Sarah): GO SARAH!
Sarah (crying and screaming): AHA...AHA...AHA
Doctor (applying pressure on Sarah's stomach): Bear down, Sarah, Push
Sarah (losing her strength and motivation again): I am trying to push him out, but he is way too big
A nurse (checking the fetal heartbeat): The fetal heartbeat is going down. We must do an emergency cesarean section.
(Pops stays behind while Kyle and Sarah bring their son in the world via an emergency cesarean section. John weighs nine pounds at birth. The flashback ends. In the present reality, John (Thomas) celebrates his birthday with his family).
