Time Period: A Flashback

Situation: A pregnant Sarah (Emilia Clarke) has a cancer scare

Scene 1: A Bathroom

Action: Sarah discovers a lump

Sarah (frantic, she calls out for Kyle): KYLE!

Kyle (rushing to help Sarah): What is the matter? Is it the baby?

Sarah (placing Kyle's hand on her chest): I have discovered a lump. Can you feel the lump?

Kyle (trying to absorb in everything): Yes

Sarah: I am going to have it checked out asap

Kyle: I agree and support you

Pops: What must be checked out?

Sarah (touching her chest): I have discovered a lump.

Pops: You should schedule a doctor appointment asap

Scene 2: A Doctor's office

Action: Sarah's biopsy

Kyle (kissing Sarah's forehead and stomach): I love you

Sarah (nervous and anxious): I love you too

Kyle: Pops and I will be waiting in the lobby if you need us

Doctor (to Kyle): Mr. Reese, your wife and baby are in good safe hands

Kyle (leaving the room): I thank you for your service

Doctor: You are welcome

Sarah (preparing herself mentally for the biopsy): Will the biopsy hurt the baby or me?

Doctor (getting ready to perform the procedure): No. You worry too much.

(The doctor performs the procedure and Sarah doesn't feel any pain although she fears she may have breast cancer.)

Scene 3: A Few Weeks Later- A Doctor's office

Situation: Sarah receives her biopsy test results

Pops (looking ahead into the future): I don't see you in his future. Maybe you died young due to childbirth or cancer.

Sarah (on edge and somewhat emotional): I need and desire more time. I can't die right now. I can't terminate this pregnancy.

Kyle (trying calm Sarah down): Let's see what the doctor says first

(The doctor enters the room bearing good news for Sarah and her family. Sarah's lump is noncancerous. She is relieved and grateful to know she can carry on with the pregnancy because she doesn't have cancer (breast cancer). With the support of Kyle and Pops, she delivers John via a natural birth experience).
