Chapter 88
Happy grabbed Natsu and the two of them flew towards the Demon Tide.
"I'll burn this guy just like I did before!", said Natsu.
"Fire Dragon's Roar!"
Natsu's attack managed to burn some of the Shadows, but not all of them.
"Save some for the rest of us!", said Gray.
"Quit hogging all the action, Salamander!", said Gajeel.
"Ice-Make: Lance!"
"Iron Dragon's Lance: Demon Logs!"
Both attacks did some damage to the Tide, but it was still standing.
Sora then charged towards the Tide and jumped into the air.
"Ragnarok!"
While Sora fired a cluster of energy shots at the Tide, Donald then fired fireworks at it as well. Both attacks caused large explosions. The Tide then emerges from the explosion and charges towards its attackers. Goofy then appeared in front of the Tide and blocked the attack with his shield. Some of the Shadows bounced off of the shield and into the air.
"Go, Sagittarius!", shouted Lucy in her Sagittarius Form.
"Understood, moshi moshi!", Sagittarius responded as he fired multiple arrows at the Flying Shadows.
"Star Shot!"
Lucy fired multiple arrows at the other Shadows, but the Shadows quickly gathered again to form the Tide once more.
"Water Cane!"
Juvia whipped some of the Shadows while the Tide flew right passed her and Laxus fired some lightning attacks.
Meanwhile, the other Earth Land Mages are fighting against the monster hoard with the other Guardians.
"Purple Rain!"
"Smoke Crush!"
"Rainbow Fire!"
Macao, Wakaba, and Romeo combined their attacks and defeated many Darkballs flying towards them. But multiple Satyr came charging directly at them.
"Pict Magic: Nature, Run Wild!"
"Bear the Knuckle!"
Reedus summoned multiple rainbow boars at the Satyr and they crashed into each other while Nab punched several Satyrs.
"Wood-Make: Violent Approach!"
Laki created a wooden spiked ball and threw them at some Pogo Shovels while Vijeeter kicked away some Marionettes.
"Thanks, guys.", said Romeo.
"You guys really are old.", said Nab to Macao and Wakaba.
"Hey, we still got some power left.", said Macao.
"Yeah, don't question us!", said Wakaba.
"I wonder if we'll see blood on these monsters!", said Laki.
"I hate to point out, but…", said Vijeeter as he was pointing to the sky.
Tons of Vaporflies are driving towards them.
"Guns Magic: Spark Shot!"
"Magic Double Machine Guns!"
Immediately, all of the Vaporflies were shot down in a large explosion.
"Now who's slow.", said Alzack as he and Bisca were standing behind.
"No time for small talk.", said Bisca. "We have wrangled up some cattle!"
In another part of the battlefield, Warren and Max are surrounded by dozens of Puffballs.
Warren was holding his Magic Radar tablet and said, "There are a lot of them. But I think they can be defeated easily."
"That's all I needed to hear.", said Max.
"Sand Rebellion!"
All of the Puffballs were immediately defeated by Max's attack. Suddenly, Warren and Max disappeared as a giant fist landed on their previous location. Warren and Max then landed near Mest, who was a bit far away from their previous location.
"Thanks, man.", said Warren.
"Here it comes!", said Mest as he saw the Guard Armor charging towards them.
"Let's get wild!", shouted the Quatro Cerberus Guild as they charged towards the armor.
"Show them what our guild is made of!", said Goldmine.
"With pleasure!", said Bacchus.
Bacchus punched the chest part of the armor while Rocker used his spin attack to send the armor flying. Warcry used his Tear Magic to rust the Guard Armor while Jager, Nobarly, and Semmes took out its arms and legs. Bacchus then jumped towards the Armor's head and kicked it hard, causing it to disappear.
"That's how we do it!", said Bacchus.
"Wild!", shouted the other members.
Meanwhile, the Blue Pegasus guild was fighting against several Wayward Wardrobes.
"Never met a Heartless with the same style as us.", said Hibiki.
"I rather not want to talk about it.", said Ren.
"Same here.", said Sherry.
"Everyone, regardless of what it looks like, we must defeat it!", said Ichiya.
"Yes, sir!", they all said.
"Aerial Shot!"
"Doll Attack: Rock Doll!"
Ren shot several small rocks at the Wardrobes and Sherry crushed them with her Rock Doll.
"Overload!"
Hibiki summoned magical screens at the Heartlesses and they all exploded.
"Blizzard!"
Eve buried the Heartlesses in his snow while Jenny transformed into her Battle Suit and blew them all away with a single punch.
"Power Perfume: Smiling Smash!"
Ichiya transformed into his muscle form and defeated the rest of the Wardrobes.
"Man.", he said while posing.
In another area, Arana trapped several Reapers in her web while Beth fired her carrot missiles at them.
"Excellent.", said Arana.
Just then, Ninjas surrounded them.
"How did they get here so quickly?", wondered Beth.
"Secret Weapon: Scratch Attack!"
Using her claws, Millianna attacks the Ninjas, leaving scratch marks on their bodies, while Risley kicks them away.
"Thanks.", said Arana.
"We can't get distracted!", said Risley.
"We'll deal with the fast ones!", said Millianna.
"You monster ruined our world.", said Ooba as she was spinning two Dusks. "I'll spin you!"
"Wave!"
Yuka put up his wave shield when a Sniper attacked him. Toby then charged towards the Sniper.
"Paralysis Claw: Mega Jellyfish!"
Toby attacked the Sniper with his claws, defeating it.
"How long will monsters keep appearing?", wondered Yuka.
"All monsters drop dead!", shouted an angry Toby.
Elsewhere on the battlefield...
"Meteor!"
Jellal assaulted multiple Unverses with his Meteor attack. Sawyer also joined with Jellal and he kicked away some more Unverses using his Slow Magic.
"Maguilty Sodom!"
Meredy attacked some Scrappers while Richard uses his Earth Magic to sink some Bruisers into the ground.
"Poison Dragon's Twin Fang!"
"Invisible Scythe!"
Erik and Macbeth combined their attacks and they knocked away some Spiked Turtletoads.
"These guys are way easier to defeat than the Alvarez Empire army.", said Erik.
"Yes, but there's still so many of them.", said Macbeth. "It's like they're trying to drain us in order to finish us off with an even more powerful attack."
Jellal came up to them and said, "Just keep attacking them with weak attacks. Maybe some allies will come."
In another area, Soldiers were charging towards Kairi. She took notice of this and faced them.
"Flower Shoot!"
Kairi fired a golden ball of light at the Soldiers and they were immediately burned upon impact. While Kairi was distracted, Axe Flappers were flying towards her.
"Firaga!"
Lea sent a giant fireball at the Axe Flappers, destroying them.
"Thanks, Axel.", said Kairi.
"Don't sweat it.", Lea responded. "We're in a war zone. Need to protect our comrades."
"Couldn't agree with you more.", said Lyon as he ran up to them along with Mirajane (in her Satan Soul form), and Lisanna (in her cat form).
"We all thought you were gonners.", said Mirajane. "We were gonna kill all of the Organization members."
"But it doesn't look like it!", said Lisanna.
"You kids better be done talking!", said Makarov as he came up with Kinana, who was pushing his wheelchair.
"More incoming!", said Kinana.
Several Neoshadows were crawling towards them.
"We know.", said Lea.
"Ice-Make: Snow Tiger!"
"Darkness Stream!"
"Thunder!"
"Poison Aroma!"
Lyon, Mirajane, Makarov, and Kinana fired their respective spells at the Neoshadows while Lisanna attacked them directly with her cat claws.
"Man!"
Lisanna noticed Elfman attacking some of the Neoshadows in his Beast Soul form.
"You monsters aren't even manly enough to face me!", he shouted.
"That's the way to do it!", shouted Gildarts as he and Cana ran up to him. He then noticed some Large Bodies coming after them. "Ready for them?"
"Yup!", Cana responded.
"All Crush!"
"Thunderbolt's Fate!"
Gildarts pushed all of the Large Bodies back while Cana attacked them with her card magic.
"Nice work, kiddo."
"Not too shabby, old man."
Elsewhere, the Raijin Tribe and Shadow Gear were fighting against the Trinity Armor. The armor was firing a laser at them, but both teams were protected thanks to Freed's enchantments.
"It's strong in one piece…", said Freed.
"But once it separates, two attack one limb!", said Levy.
"Got it!", the others said.
Once the armor stopped firing the laser, it immediately broke apart into the head, arms, and legs.
"Now!"
"Falcon Heavenward!"
"Knuckle Plant!"
"Solid Script: Storm!"
"Baryon Formation!"
"Fairy Bomb: Gremlin!"
"Dark Ecriture: Destruction!"
Jet and Droy attacked the legs, Bickslow and Evergreen attacked its arms, and Levy and Freed destroyed the head.
Not far from Sora, Aqua, Erza, Kagura, and Minerva are surrounded by Dual Blades and Stalwart Blades.
"There are many more monsters here.", said Minerva. "We can defeat them. But if this keeps up, how will we fight the Organization members."
"Yes, this is really frustrating.", said Kagura. "Xehanort's Heartless was incredibly strong when he attacked Radiant Garden."
"We just need to push forward.", said Aqua. "We have enough elixirs for everyone."
"Right!", said Erza. "That Tide is blocking our path and Sora and the others are facing it. We need to hurry and back them up."
"Territory Explosion!"
"Slashing Form!"
"Triple Blizzaga!"
"Sonic Claw!"
All four of them combined their attacks and defeated the Dual Blades and Stalwart Blades. They then noticed some explosions near them.
"That's where Ven is!", said a worried Aqua.
"Don't worry.", said Minerva.
"Your friend is fine.", said Kagura.
Erza put her hand on Aqua's shoulder and said, "Trust Fairy Tail and your friend."
"Right…"
Near the girls, Ventus was fighting alongside Wendy, Charle, and Sherria against some Archravens.
"Sky Dragon's Wing Attack!"
"Sky God's Boreas!"
Both wind attacks manage to blow all of the Archravens away But then, Glidewinders appear behind them.
"Wind Raid!"
Ventus threw his Keyblade like a boomerang at the Unverses and destroyed some of them.
"White Moon!"
Charle managed to get the rest of the Unverses
"Thanks, Ven!", said Sherria. "And you too, Charle!"
"Just be careful.", said Charle.
"You guys okay to continue?", asked Ventus.
"Yes!", Wendy responded.
Near Wendy's group...
"Holy Ray!"
"Shadow Dragon's Waxwing Flash!"
Sting and Rogue combined their attacks and damaged an Iron Imprisoner IV. Olga and Rufus then ran towards it.
"Lightning God's Charged Particle Cannon!"
"Memory-Make: A Night of Falling Stars!"
Olga fired a large amount of black lightning while Rufus fired multiple beams at the monster. The attacks defeated it, but many Reapers came flying towards them. Dobengal attacked them using a rainbow whip while Yukino had Pisces devour them.
"Punching Angel!"
Sorano summoned a gargantuan-sized angel with a muscular mass and it crashed into the Reapers.
"We'll finish them off!", shouted Mickey as he and Riku charged towards the rest of the Reapers.
"Double Duel!"
Mickey and Riku rush towards while both performing a wide horizontal slash, followed by both performing a wide vertical slash, with Mickey attacking with light and Riku attacking with darkness.
"Cool!", said Sting. "That's just like our attacks!"
"Thanks.", said Riku. He then noticed the Tide flying around the battlefield. "I wonder how the others are dealing with the Shadows."
Back at the Tide, the others were becoming a little exhausted while the Tide continued to fly around.
"How many Shadows are in that thing?", asked Happy.
"Enough to wear us down.", said Lily.
The Tide then dove towards Gray.
"Look out!", shouted Sora.
Sora ran in front of Gray and blocked the Tide with his Keyblade, but the force was so strong it sent him flying.
"Sora!", everyone shouted.
Suddenly, Sora was caught by an unknown figure.
"You alright, kid?"
Sora opened his eyes and saw a giant green monster with fangs carrying him.
"Ah!", Sora screamed. "Another monster!"
"How rude!", the monster angrily said. "I just saved your life and this is the thanks I get!"
"Relax Wolfheim."
Sora and the monster landed and Sora saw three men in front of them. The others were shocked.
"The Four Emperors of Ishgar…!", said Juvia.
"Jura!", shouted Natsu as he ran up to them.
"Warrod!", said Happy.
"Natsu.", said the bald man, known as Jura.
"We made it.", said the tree man, known as Warrod.
The last of them came up to Sora and asked, "Are you the chosen wielder of the Keyblade known as Sora?"
"Y-yes, sir.", Sora answered.
"My name is Draculos Hyberion", he said. "The man who saved you is Wolfhiem and the other two are Jura and Warrod. We are members of the Magic Council."
"Really?! That's wonderful!", said Sora. "Sorry for dragging you into this mess."
"No. We should be thanking you."
"Those monsters would still attack our lands if you haven't shown up.", said Jura. "You provide us with information on how to defeat them."
"We want to repay you by fighting alongside you.", said Warrod. "An old friend of mine would agree as well."
"We can't lose against these monsters.", said Wolfhiem. "We already lost to God Serena, I'll be ashamed if we lost against these monsters."
Hyberion handed a blue sphere to Sora.
"What's this?", Sora asked.
"It's a special lacrima we made for this war.", Hyberion answered. "Use it wisely."
"Okay!"
The Tide dove straight towards them again.
"Iron Rock Wall!"
Large rock formations came up from the ground and the Tide crashed into them, causing a lot of Shadows to be defeated. Wolfhiem then gave a battle cry and started attacking some Heartlesses in his beast form. Hyberion paralysed many monsters around him with his Vampire Magic, allowing Warrod to stab through them with his vines. The Saints then went off to assist the others on the battlefield.
"So strong…", said an amazed Sora. He then looked around the battlefield. "But there are still so many of them…"
That's when Sora remembered the item Yen Sid gave him before the start of his journey.
"That is a Heartbinder.", Yen Sid said. "Think of this as a good-luck charm made just for you. You have a gift, Sora, for connecting with others, and this makes that gift stronger."
Sora then pulled out the Heartbinder.
"Please help us!", he shouted as he lifted the Heartbinder into the air.
A bright light came from the object and suddenly tons of animals came bursting out from the light.
"What the hell are those things?", asked Gajeel.
"Are they more monsters?", asked Jura.
"No!", shouted Sora. "They are our allies. They're known as Dream Eaters. Work together with them."
"Aren't the Dream Eaters suppose to be in the Realm of Sleep?", asked Lucy.
"Yeah. But I remember the Heartbinder Yen Sid gave me, so I summoned them."
"Nice one!", shouted Natsu.
The Dream Eaters attacked many Heartlesses, Nobodies, and Unverses they can see. Some of the mages joined with the Dream Eaters in the fight, riding on them and combining attacks.
Sora then grabbed a Meow Wow and got onto its back.
"Get them!"
Sora and the Meow Wow jumped high into the air and crashed onto the Tide. But during the crash, Sora fell off of the Meow Wow.
"Donlad! Goofy!"
"Yes!", both Donald and Goofy shouted.
The two of them jumped towards Sora.
"Big Magic Mountain!"
The trio summoned the magic train and sent it flying towards the Tide. When they collided it caused a huge explosion.
"Alright!", shouted the others.
However, the Tide flew out from the explosion, but it's core is mostly shown. When they landed, some of the Shadows began to fall off of the core.
"C'mon…", said a desperate Sora.
"This is getting ridiculous.", said Gray.
Suddenly, the Tide began going around in a short circle, creating a miniature cyclone that made it difficult for everyone to hold their ground.
"Something's wrong.", said Goofy.
"What's happening?", wondered Happy.
"Look out!", shouted Donald.
The cyclone grew even stronger, as all of the other monsters in the area were sucked into it.
"The monsters…!", said Jellal.
"They're merging?!", said a shocked Wolfheim.
Multiple Demon Tides came out of the cyclone and started to grab more monsters, even the monsters everyone was fighting directly. Once they were all gathered, they formed a giant monster tornado.
"What a ridiculously large tornado.", said Gajeel.
"What now?", wondered a worried Goofy.
"Sora?", said Donald.
Sora gave a serious look and said, "I'll stop it!" He then charged towards the tornado.
"Sora!", said both Donald and Goofy.
"Is he crazy?!", wondered a shocked Ooba.
"Not crazy, he's a man!", said Elfman.
"You're missing the point!", shouted Jet.
"Don't hog it all!", said Natsu as he too charged towards the tornado.
"Natsu!", said Lucy.
Shadows burst out of the tornado, heading towards Sora and Natsu. Sora slashed the Shadows while Natsu punched. The both jumped into the air and gave out a battle cry as they were about to attack the tornado. Suddenly, there was a burst of light from the tornado, which nearly blinded the boys. When they opened their eyes, they saw a boy standing in front of them.
He has curly, silver hair and cyan eyes. He wears a white shirt under a black vest with grey accents, dark grey pants, and black boots. He has a red scarf around his neck. The boy also wears a tan pouch around his waist.
"Who are you?", asked Natsu.
The boy smiled and said, "Need some help?"
"Huh?", question Sora.
The boy disappeared and Sora and Natsu landed back on the ground.
"Look up at the sky!", shouted Millianna.
Everyone looked up, and saw objects flying in the sky. When they looked closer, they saw that the objects in the sky were the abandoned Keyblades flying together.
"Keyblades?", wondered Makarov.
"They must be the abandoned keys left behind at the Graveyard.", said Macbeth.
"But why are they moving now?", asked Rufus.
"Who cares!", said Lector. "It's a miracle!"
"Fro thinks so too!", said Frosch.
The Keyblades then flew towards Sora and then chased after them. He then jumped on one of the flying Keyblades and flew towards the tornado.
"Let's go, Happy!", said Natsu.
"Aye, sir!", said Happy as grabbed Natsu and flew after Sora.
"We're going, Charle!", said Wendy. Charle nodded and they joined the flight.
"I'm not going to let Salamander and Sora have all the fun.", said Gajeel. "We're going too, Lily!"
"We're going too, Rogue.", said Sting. "Lector!"
"You too, Frosch.", said Rogue.
"Yes!", said Lector and Frosch.
The three of them also took off. They were then joined by Laxus and Cobra, who were flying with the Komory Bat Spirits. Sora saw the flying Dragon Slayers and smiled and they all went inside the tornado.
Inside multiple Shadows were swirling around and some Demon Tides were flying around inside the tornado. The Tides flew towards Sora and responded by covering his eyes with his arm. But when he opened his eyes, he saw five Starlight Keyblades, circling around him and they were back outside again.
"What is this?", he wondered.
"So cool!", said Happy.
The Starlight Keyblades took the form of a giant blue star lit brightly.
"What's with the star?", wondered Sting.
"No idea.", said Lector.
Sora put his hand on his chest and said, "All right. Let's go!"
Sora pointed his Keyblade at the star and tons of glowing Keyblades flew out of the star and started slaying the Shadows.
"Fire Dragon's Wing Attack!"
"Iron Dragon's Sword!"
Natsu and Gajeel both attacked the tornado along with Sora, causing a big hole to appear on the side.
"Now's our chance!", said Sora as they all flew into the tornado again. When they emerged from the Shadows they saw the tornado's core right in front of them.
"Poison Dragon's Scales!"
"Lightning Dragon's Breakdown Fist!"
Erik fired some poison scales while Laxus created a lightning fist and they both defeated many Shadows in front of them while Sora continued to attack.
"Sky Dragon's Claw!"
"Fire Dragon's Brilliant Flame!"
"Iron Dragon's Lance: Demon Logs!"
Natsu, Gajeel, and Wendy were attacking the monsters that were flying towards Sora. Many more then came after them.
"White Shadow Dragon's Rough Silk!"
Sting and Rogue backed them up while Sora flew straight towards the core and started attacking. The seven Dragon Slayers continued to fight the monsters in the tornado. As they continued to fight, the monster tornado started to clear up, revealing the battle ground. Everyone on the ground saw them fighting the core.
"Let's give it our all!", said Natsu.
"Fire Dragon's…"
"Iron Dragon's…"
"Sky Dragon's…"
"Lightning Dragon's…"
"Poison Dragon's…"
"White Dragon's…"
"Shadow Dragon's…"
"...ROAR!"
All seven Dragon Slayers fired their attacks at the core. The attacks also destroyed almost all of the monsters surrounding the core. The Dragon Slayers then stopped their attack and noticed that the core was smaller than before.
"Seriously?!", said an annoyed Natsu.
"Don't worry! We're almost finished!", said Sora. He then gathered up some energy into the star. "And...now!"
Sora flew into the core and slashed through it. The core then exploded in the sky. Sora then jumped off of the flying Keyblades to meet up with his allies.
When Sora landed along with the other Dragon Slayers, everyone saw with awe all of the Keyblades lined up in the sky. They all started to close in on each other and when they got close, a bright light shined and the Keys were scattered throughout the graveyard.
"Sora!", shouted Riku as everyone ran up to Sora and the Dragon Slayers. "Are you okay?"
"Yeah.", Sora responded.
"What was that?", asked Mickey.
"I don't know, but that was awesome!", said Sherria.
"I never saw weapons respond that way.", said Jura.
"Keyblade wielders...from long ago.", answered Aqua.
"Did they help us to stop the war?", wondered Kagura.
"I believe so.", said Jellal.
"It's the light of the past.", said Ven.
"Thank you for your help!", shouted Wendy.
Just then, Kairi noticed something and said, "Look."
Everyone saw a figure, holding a blade on it's shoulder, coming from a cloud of dust.
"Just send out the Big Bad.", said Lea.
"Yeah!", shouted Quatro Cerberus.
When the dust finally cleared, it was the past version of Riku that appeared, except he wasn't wearing his black coat.
His torso, arms, and legs are covered in black and purple material that resembles muscle tissue. On his chest is a symbol of the Heartless, except that the cross is not there, and he has a white cloth around his waist.
Seeing him surprised and angered Riku.
The dark version of Riku stopped with a smile and chuckled.
"You!", shouted an angry Riku.
"Hey, it's that jerk we met in San Fransokyo!", said Natsu. He then realized what he just said. "Oh, sorry."
"Don't worry about it."
"But why is there another version of Riku here and the real version here too?", wondered Macbeth.
"The Organization's been using hearts.", said Mickey. "Ones Xehanort got to in the past and has influence over. So, that must be you from when Ansem had control of your heart."
"Yeah.", said Riku. "How could I forget?"
Riku then noticed that the mages of Sabertooth, Crime Sorciere, Lyon, and Laxus were all furious upon seeing him.
"Wipe that shitty look off of your face.", said an angry Laxus.
"The look on his face…", said Sting.
"I know.", growled Jellal.
"Sorry if this is offending you.", said Lyon. "But I can't stand him!"
"It's okay.", said Riku. "This is an enemy that I want to beat. This version of me is an embarrassment!"
The dark version of Riku laughed. "I'd say that was our finest hour."
"Wrong. My hour of weakness."
"You sure? How about we find out?!" Dark Riku was then surrounded by a dark aura. It then started to grow larger until there was a large dark aura figure above him. It took the form of Master Xehanort. The figure spread its arms out in front of the allies and they all became cautious. "A real test for the Mark of Mastery!"
"What did you say?!"
"He already passed it, dumbass!", shoued Natsu.
"Not only that, but also to beat the freak that threw me into several buildings!", said Dark Riku as he pointed to Laxus.
"You deserve it.", said Laxus. "What do you mean by 'real test'?"
Someone spoke. "We gotta make sure you're not blundering your way toward a second failure."
The voice appeared through a dark corridor revealing to be Xigbar. He then smirked and Aqua gave him a furious look.
"Blundering?", questioned Lea. "I'll have you know we failed with style, chief."
"At least you admit it. Well, if you guardians and mages think you bought the goods, you'll have to prove it to the old guy one last time." Xigbar then put his hand on Dark Riku's shoulder. "Kid, take it away." He then left through a dark corridor.
Dark Riku's aura began to increase until he yelled out and the dark figure became bigger. The figure started to change shape and Shadows started to fall out of it. The Shadows then formed into multiple Demon Towers, surrounding everyone. Dark Riku then vanished from the area.
"This again?", said an annoyed Sora.
"How long do we have to keep doing this shit!", shouted an annoyed Cana. Everyone started to attack the Tides while more Shadows started to rain down from the sky. Everyone then started to back towards each other, hesitant and exhausted.
"This isn't good.", said Mickey.
"Normally I would like to fight all these guys, but we don't have time for this!", said Gajeel.
"They just keep coming!", said Jenny.
"Form up!", said Aqua. "Now!"
Everyone came closer and started to fight the Shadows in front of them.
Mickey looked unsure of himself as he grabbed his Keyblade with both hands and looked at the Shadows. He then gave a determined look and pointed his Keyblade at them. He then began to raise it, but Riku grabbed it, surprising Mickey. Riku lowered it and shook his head.
"If you try to use time magic against these numbers, you won't have enough strength for the final battle.", said Riku.
Everyone continued to fight, but they were easily becoming exhausted, mostly the Keyblade wielders.
"I'll try and break through.", said Aqua. "Everyone, get ready!"
"Alone? That's crazy!", said Ventus. "I'll help!"
"No, we'll do it!", said Wolfheim. "Save your energy!"
"Six is no better.", said Kairi.
"Yeah, there's a wall of monsters like six miles thick!", said Lisanna.
"What?!", said Bacchus.
"Yeah, splitting up's a bad idea!", said Lea.
"There's way too many!", said Goofy as he put his shield over his head.
"Dammit, I'm not gonna be stuck like this!", said Natsu. "Screw grouping, I'll burn these monsters by myself!"
"They just said there's too many!", said Lucy.
"So? We survived tougher enemies."
Suddenly a giant wave of Shadows towered over them.
Donald screamed and covered his head while lying on the ground. "We're finished!"
"Dammit!", said Sora.
Before the Shadows could attack, a light pierced the clouds and landed in front of the allies. The light destroyed many Shadows in front of them. The attack was so strong everyone braced themselves so they wouldn't be blown away.
"What is this?", asked Evergreen.
The attack started to weaken a bit and everyone looked up. When the light cleared up, they saw Yen Sid standing in front of them.
"Master Yen Sid!", shouted the Keyblade wielders.
Yen Sid's hands started to sparkle as he lifted them up. He then pressed his hands together and spread them out immediately. A barrier of light surrounded them and defeated Most of the Heartlesses surrounding them. The barrier in front of Yen Sid pushed the Shadows apart revealing a path further into the Graveyard.
"A path!", said Juvia.
"Go, my young champions.", said Yen Sid. "I will hold them all here for as long as I can."
"We're not gonna leave you behind!", said Mickey.
Donald and Goofy looked at each other and nodded. They then ran up to Yen Sid, surprising the others.
"You guys go on!", said Donald.
"Me and Donald will stay here.", said Goofy. "The two of us'll back up Master Yen Sid!"
"Donald… Goofy…", said Sora.
"You're a whole pint by yourself, Sora.", said Donald.
"Don't worry.", said Goofy. "We'll catch up with ya in just a bit!"
Sora was a bit hesitant, but then said, "Okay!"
"We'll stay too!"
The Mages from Quatro Cerberus, Blue Pegasus, Mermaid Heel, some members from Lamia Scale, the Council, Crime Sorciere, Sabertooth, and some members of the Fairy Tail guild joined Donald and Goofy as well.
"There's six miles worth of monsters here.", said Minerva.
"Let us join you!", said Kagura.
"Thank you.", said Yen Sid.
"We'll regroup later.", said Mickey.
"Make haste!", said Yen Sid.
"Our allies have given us a path!", said Erza. "Let's confront the enemy!"
"Yes!", they all shouted.
The Guardians and their allies ran towards the Graveyard.
Sorry it took way too long for this chapter. I'm in college during COVID season and learning online is terrible. Also, everyone in my family was working so I ended up doing all the cleaning at my house and I had to do multiple COVID testing as part of school regulations and that someone in my family had it, but I didn't get it. It may get difficult to post more chapters so just bear with me. After this story, I am planning on writing a crossover between One Piece and Harry Potter.
