Suddenly, Naomi's watch rang.
"Wassup?" Naomi spoke, already knowing who it was.
"Mytyl's been taken again." Copen notified.
Naomi couldn't do anything except breathe for 10 seconds. Suddenly, another call came over Naomi's watch without her command.
"I see you've noticed your sister is missing. So, here's your ultimatum. You have 10 hours to come and surrender yourself. If not, your sister will be the next Muse." Nova informed before ending the call.
"Seriously!? Mytyl's body can't survive the Muse Septima!" Naomi shouted.
"I assume you found Mytyl." Copen theorized.
"She's being held hostage at a Sumeragi facility. But I can't tell which one." Naomi answered.
"Okay, I'll see what I can do." Copen added before turning off his communications.
Naomi then fell to her knees in defeat.
"We're screwed." Naomi sighed.
"I think you should go back to your home. We'll all get some sleep and regroup later on this morning." Ulrich suggested.
Naomi nodded.
"It should be safe to go home now. See you guys later." Naomi spoke before leaving.
Naomi then went to Gunvolt's apartment before knocking. Joule answered the door.
"Hey, huge grande problema, my sister's been kidnapped. And, she has some of my Muse Septima. So, yay." Naomi spoke, her last word oozing with sarcasm.
Joule didn't know how to react. Then everyone heard commotion downstairs. Someone was slammed into a wall.
"I'm going check it out." Gunvolt notified before going downstairs.
"Wait GV!" Naomi shouted.
Naomi then went downstairs to, leaving Joule all alone. Suddenly, the air smelled sweet to Joule as she fell asleep. Back with the Lyoko group it was an early 8' o clock in the morning and everyone was walking to science. However, nobody (student wise) was in the room.
"Huh?" Are we early?" Jeremy spoke to himself.
Franz shook his head.
"I'm afraid there will be no science class today Jeremy. I was sent a machine that produced nanobots. However, it appears to be missing." Franz notified.
Then, Jeremy's laptop went off. Jeremy opened it to find something very bizarre.
"We've got another problem." Xana informed.
"What is it?" Aelita asked.
"I found the nanobot machine. It turns out that some scientists at the Sumeragi headquarters are trying to replicate it." Xana noticed.
"Is that all? That'll be easy to deal with no problem." Odd quipped.
"That's not all Odd. It turns out they're trying to use the nanobots to track and find out if people are Adepts. Since people get shots all year around, they plan on hiding the nanobots there. They can also check to see who had nanobots and who doesn't.
That way, nobody will be given a double dose. The nanobots then identify whether the person is human or an Adept. If the person is an Adept, the bots release melatonin to knock the Adept comatose. If it's a human the nanobots die and their immune system disposes of the bots." Xana elucidated.
Jeremy internally gulped.
"What shots are they specifically using the nanobots in right now?" Jeremy wondered.
"Common cold, influenza, malaria, pneumonia, dengue fever, antihistamines and over the counter medical shots. In short, every vaccine in the country. Now if an Adept falls comatose in the streets, everyone will think it's a sickness considering humans and Adepts look the same.
Then they plan to stray away from vaccines for bacteria and make a vaccine specifically for the nanobots." Xana added.
"Is there a way to stop them?" Aelita worried.
"We'd have to go in the building and fight them while Jeremy destroys their equipment from the inside. Then someone has to get the original nanobot machine so it can get returned." Xana answered.
"Okay, all we need then is the coordinates." Jeremy spoke.
"It's 49 degrees North and 75 degrees West of the UTU Media Tower." Xana notified.
"Okay guys, looks like we have our next mission." Jeremy spoke.
