What about a story in the future where Amy discovers she's pregnant (something she did not plan) and has to tell Sonic. Also any reactions from their friends (when they find out the news) would be cool.

Sorry to interrupt this program for some awkward thinking on whether I should do this or not, considering it's a hypothetical question and the precious anon didn't mean it as 'canonwise' but still wondering if cutegirlmayra would still try and keep it 'in-character to canon' if this would ever happen.

We have our results.

Well, as long as I don't have to explain HOW and WHY and stuff like that, I think I'll be okay.

(Still not really in my comfort zone, but I love you, and it seems like an innocent enough thing for me to do.)

Amy looked the doctor straight in the eye, before they widened, and she covered her mouth.

"It's been only a small amount of months, . So that's why you've had motion sickness and vomiting in the morning, and.. gained weight." the doctor chuckled. "I'm sure your husband will be pleased."

"Y-yeah…" she smiled, chuckling out a weak laugh through tears as she touched her stomach. "There's just one problem.." she grinned, "How do I tell him?"

Amy ended up telling everyone to keep it a secret till Sonic came back from fighting Eggman's forces.

"YOU'RE WHAT-!" Amy covered Tails's mouth.

"Shhhh! I'm not that far along yet,… but the doctor says everything looks normal and good." Amy explained, then glared at Tails. "Now, I'm going to remove my hand… stay calm and don't scream okay?" she slowly withdrew her hand as he nodded.

"Does Sonic know..!?"

"N-not yet… I don't know how to tell him. I kinda… um… promised him we wouldn't have kids for a while…" she sweat dropped, as Tails flipped over as like in anime at an awkward moment.

"Amy! He's gonna flip OUT! He's no where NEAR ready to be a father, let alone carry that responsibility, I mean… Just think of how long it took you to get him used to the idea of marrying you! NOW THIS!" Tails gestured to her stomach, still slightly freaking out as Amy covered his mouth again.

"I'm gonna count to three. And by three, you'll have taken enough deep breaths to be calm, understood?" she was already acting like a mother.

"1."

Tails took a breath.

"2."

and let it go.

"3."

"Sonic's about to have his world rocked and it's not gonna be pretty…" Tails slumped down, realizing his humble business room at his professional technology company was about to be the home of a chaotic and dramatic melt down…

"I believe that's how we started this mess." Amy grinned, looking away as she made the joke while Tails twitched and flinched all at different intervals.

Sonic was paged as he came to Tails's top office, zipping through the skyscrapper up to him. "Hey, bud! I heard you wanted to see me?" he asked, as Amy stepped into view, smiling weakly.

"Hey hon." she chimed, but weakly, seeming nervous.

"Uhh…Amy? What are you doing here?" he seemed confused, as his friendly 'hello!' wave to Tails slowly … descended back down to his side. "Is something wrong?" he looked to Tails.

"Well… no." Tails smiled, and then looked to the side, "And yet… yes." he picked up his briefcase and started heading out the door, as he patted Sonic's back while he left to avoid the drama about to ensue. "Congrats, Sonic!"

Amy glared at him.

"I'll see you when you're more settled!" Tails closed the door, taking the hint from Amy to shut up as he looked to his employees. "For the sake of not having all my inventions destroyed, keep them inside." he cautioned his men. "You don't even want to know." he walked on, already remembering the drama that led up to the wedding, and now this…

"Something you need to tell me, Ames?" After being married for so long, he started giving Amy that nickname. "What's up?" He pulled out a chair and sat down.

"…Well, at least your seated." Amy twiddled her fingers, worried about how he would react as the camera switched to outside the 'soundproof' office as the big window looking in could still see the lovely and 'happy' pair…

Sonic's smile left for a moment, as he looked down to Amy's stomach, and back up. Worry and horror suddenly crinkled up his face as his eyes grew small, and he leaped out of the chair, holding his head with his two hands.

Amy tried to calm him down as he paced quickly in the office, seeming to throw his hands everywhere, maybe Tails was right, maybe he would get panicky because he didn't feel ready for this…

"Calm down!"

"I can't have a KID! I'm a kid MYSELF! This is a joke right!? I can't raise a kid! I can't-!"

Amy smacked his face.

"Augh, thank you, I needed that." he slowly stumbled back to the chair, turning around to try and sit properly in it. "I thought.. we agreed..?"

"I can't control when I get pregnant or when I don't!" she placed her hands on her hips, leaning forward, before sighing and seeing the true look of worry on his face. "Look, Sonic.." she bent down beside him, as he looked to her, sorely afraid. "You're going to be a WONDERFUL dad,… I know it. You'll make him or her laugh and tell them all about your adventures. I swear it. You're going to make me jealous at how much they're going to love you." she smiled.

Sonic seemed to be getting the message, before he stated, "…They?"

She stopped a moment.

"THEY!?" he said a little too harshly… "THEY'RES MORE!?"

"…they're may or may not be 4 coming our way." Amy looked away. (Basing this logic off of Sonic Underground, but I actually believe they probably have one baby at a time, but this new idea just became really funny XDDD)

"WHAT!?"

"Sonic just-! HERE!" she took his hand and placed it on her stomach. "You love me right? Almost as much as you love yourself?"

He scoffed, "Haha, very funny."

"Do you?"

He hesitated a moment, before his expression grew softer. "…I do."

Her expression got softer too, "Well then. I think it's safe to say you'll love these little guys more than me and you put together." she looked down at her stomach, smiling, and then back up at him, seeming about ready to cry. "Isn't it amazing? We're gonna have a new adventure together! Just you… and me."

Sonic looked in each one of her eyes and then pulled her head closer to his, placing their foreheads against each others. "…Yeah… I guess we will." he softly stated, before they both opened their eyes and grinned, before kissing one another as the room wasn't 'soundproof' on BOTH sides, so Sonic and Amy's eyes blasted open when they heard the 'Awww~' coming from the scientist and engineers working on the other side.
