Jack Bauer assembled a team to help him rescue Marissa from the terrorist compound. They included Oliver Queen, his wife Felicity, Buffy Summers, and her friend Willow Rosenberg. Willow was a witch, but she could avoid using her magickal abilities. It was her computer skills that Bauer wanted right now, as well as the compyer skills of Felicity. Alien refugees were still restricted in America, thus this mission had to be covert. Willow opened the portal and the five of them went through to meet Vic Mackey. Not suprisingly Vic had already captured and tied up three people. Jack recognized these three women, Julianna, Alex, and Britney, the three sociopaths who escaped from Hell with Kim. Willow transported these three back to Antarctica to stand trial for the crimes they'd committed. Jack was not happy with this action.

Jack: You still think you can just kidnap people and decide who to punish all on your own.
Vic: They were sent here to commit murder, stir up hatred of all of us.
Jack: It always sounds so noble, until you consider the consequences.
Vic: The consequences are that those three won't be committing murders here.
Jack: And what happens if you get caught doing this? What if you do it to someone who isn't an alien? All people will remember is an alien refugee kidnapping some american.
Vic: I don't like being lectured on due process by someone who tortured terrorists.
Jack: At least I try to learn from my mistakes. Once those stories got out, terrorist groups used it for recruitment. I may have taken a few terrorists out of the game, but it also might have created more terrorists.
Vic: Maybe we should continue this conversation after we rescue Marissa.
Jack: Fine, we'll settle up later.
