117. Villains Upgraded (Part 1)
Vermilion City: Abandoned Mansion
In the abandoned mansion, the villains crashed right here.
They got very nice beatings from the heroes after failing their mission of capturing the Pokémon.
"AAAAAARRGGGGH! Those brats are always getting in our way!" Dr. Animo said.
"Yeah, exactly! They always kick our asses! Our lives are full of shitty failures!" Meowth said.
"OUR LIFE IS SOOOOOO BORRRRRRING!" Billy shouted in anger.
Team Rocket's base
In the Team Rocket's base, Matori has packed the two driver like belts and the six strange SD card like devices that contained data Pokémon such as Arbok, Bewear, Carnivine, Toxapex, Drednaw and Weezing in the briefcase.
"The Rocket Riser belts and the Poké Data Keys are ready and transporting to James and Jessie." Matori said and she presses the button to teleport the briefcase.
Vermilion City: Abandoned Mansion
In the abandoned mansion, the villains were finding their way to defeat the heroes. Then the briefcase appeared and it fell on Meowth.
"Eh, what's that?" James asked.
Then, Matori's call appeared.
"Matori!" Jessie said.
"Team Rocket, here's your Rocket Riser Belts and Poké Data Keys." Matori said and Jessie opened the briefcase, containing the Poké Riser Belts and three pairs of Poké Data Keys.
"Rocket Riser Belts? Poke Data Keys? What are these?" Meowth asked as he got up.
"Rocket Riser Belts are the belt like transformation devices that allow you to transform by gaining the Pokémon based suit. To activate the transformation, you have these Poke Data Keys, these SD card like devices allow you to gain the powers of a specific Pokémon and insert them to your belts and also, you can use them as the special attacks. Understand?" Matori asked.
"Eh?" Jessie asked.
Then, the Weaponizers appeared.
"These Weaponizers allow you to unleash the special attacks based on the specific Poké Data Keys." Matori said.
"Why are you giving this to us?" James asked.
"Because Giovanni thinks you are worthy though you have failed many times." Matori said.
Team Rocket became emotional and says, "Thank you, Matori!" Then, Matori's call ended.
Team Rocket's Base
In Team Rocket's base, Matori talks to a figure wearing a Mewtwo themed armor and bug eyed metallic Mewtwo themed helmet.
"Have you sent the Rocket Riser Belts to those idiots?" A figure asked.
"Yes, I also gave them the instructions of using these high tech transformation devices." Matori said.
"Good." The figure said.
Then, the figures came in. The first one was a man wore Pyroar armor, second man wore a Malamar armor, third was a woman wore a Druddigon armor, fourth was woman wore the Bisharp armor, fifth one was a woman wore Drapion armor and sixth was a woman wore Houndoom armor.
"Shall we start the mission, Giovanni?" the Pyroar man asked.
"Not now. Later." The Mewtwo armored man was revealed to be Giovanni as he took out the Mewtwo Poké Data Key from his Rocket Riser Belt. "We will capture the God of Pokémon someday and we will have their all powerful Pokémon."
Vermilion City: Abandoned Mansion
In the abandoned mansion, Team Rocket were studying about the items that Matori gave them.
"What are these?" Dr. Animo asked.
"Rocket Riser Belts and Poké Data Keys. Transformation stuff, we don't know about them but, these are interesting." Jessie said. "I wish these are the upgrades."
"Upgrades?" Dr. Animo asked. "YEEEEESSS! I AM GENIUS!"
"Dr. Animo, why are you?" Charmcaster asked before getting hugged by Dr. Animo. "Idea of what?"
"Upgrades! We have to upgrade ourselves and tackle those twerps and brats for good!" Dr. Animo said.
The villains were overjoyed and they decided to do training.
Vermilion City: Park (Next day)
At the next day, Ben was talking about his past adventures to the heroes.
"Y'know, there was a time where I lost the Feedback. Feedback, you know that alien guy has the ability to absorb the attacks and release them back by firing the strong electrical beams?" Ben asked.
"Yeah, that alien I know that." Goh said.
"At the age of 11, I was fighting with Malware and I was addicted to that Feedback transformation. Between the fight, Malware absorbed Feedback and destroyed it, maing me depressed. I realized that it was the source of pride."
"So tragic and sad." Serena said.
"After 5 years, I got my favourite form back during the war on Galvan Prime. How? It was my realization who brought Feedback back to my Omnitrix and I've beaten Malware for good." Ben said.
"Yeah, your backstory is so good!" Ash said.
Then, an alert rang.
"What's going?!" Kevin asked.
"Villain attacks in two directions! Southern one is attacked by Team Rocket whereas the northen attacked by our baddies!" Gwen said as she showed the Vermilion City map her tablet to the heroes.
"Okay, let's split up! I and my team go to north while Ash and the kids will deal with Team Rocket." Ben said and the heroes agreed.
Ash and his friends went to southern part of Vermilion City while Ben and the heroes went to northern part of Vermilion City.

The Team Rocket stealing the Pokémon using the energy cages until then the heroes arrived.
"Team Rocket!" Alain said.
"Stop stealing the Pokémon!" Ash said.
Team Rocket stopped their work then they confront the heroes.
"Hello, twerps. We have some surprises for you!" Jessie said.
"Wat surprises? Shit. You are nothing but, the losers!" Dawn said.
"Oh yeah, we will show ya!" James said and Team Rocket took out their Rocket Riser Belt.
The kids were confused to see Team Rocket having Rocket Riser Belts.
"What are these?" Ash asked.
Team Rocket wore the Rocket Riser Belts on their waists.
ROCKET RISER!
Then, Jessie and James took out Arbok and Weezing Poke Data Keys and pressed the buttons on the top of the keys.
HOOD! GAS!
"Henshin!" Jessie and James inserted the Poke Data Keys on their belts.
ROCKET RISE!
Then, a holographic Arbok and Weezing came out of the belts.
"An Arbok and a Weezing!" Ash said.
Then, a holographic Arbok wrapped around Jessie and 'bites' on her head then she gained black spandex suit before the purple armor themed after Arbok appeared formed around her body and finally, she gained Arbok themed helmet formed on her head with red bug eyed visors.
~GLARING ARBOK!~
A HOOD CAN HYPNOTIZE THE PREY...
A holographic Weezing spreads the poison gas as James gained the black spandex suit before the purple Weezing themed armor and appeared and armoured his body with bud eyed helmet modelled after Weezing formed over his head.
~SMOKING WEEZING!~
A GAS WHICH IS 10 TIMES DEADLIER THAN A MERCURY...
The heroes were shocked to see Team Rocket transformed.
"What?! Team Rocket... transformed?!" Chloe asked.
"But they haven't used Burst but, what the hell is going?!" Clemont asked.
"No way. They look like Arbok and Weezing!" Alain said.
"How did you do that?!" Ash asked.
"Rocket Riser and Poke Data Keys! These gadgets will turn the user into a fighter who has the powers of the Pokémon by gaining the Pokémon suit based on a specific Poké Data Keys." Meowth said.
"C'mon, twerps. Use your Burst." James mocked, angering the kids.
"We'll show you and kick your asses!" Ash said. "It's Burstin' Time!"
"Tiger Roar!" Bonnie transforms into The Tigress using Tigris Brace.
"Burst!" Goh, Chloe, Alain and Dawn used Burst to combine with Drizzile, Boltund, Bisharp and Pachirisu.
Alain gained the armor in the colour of Bisharp, the two sharp blades encircled around his torso, he gained metallic boots, he gained the metallic gloves that resembles Bisharp's arms and finally, he gained a Bisharp helmet with a sharp blade on it.
"Silvally Burst! Orbeetle Burst! Jellicent Burst!" Ash, Clemont and Serena used Burst to change into the Burst Forms of Silvally, Orbeetle and Jellicent.
"Bring it on!" Jessie said and, she and James were ready to face the kids.
"Guillotine!" The blades on Alain's elbows glow and then turn light blue. Alain then slashes at Jessie with them. Jessie evaded and she wraps Alain with her body, restraining him.
"Don't worry, we'll help you! Multi Attack!" Ash's claws are enveloped with pink energy before he strikes Jessie but James stood in his way and shoots the dark green sludge on Ash's face, blinding him then James kicks him forcefully.
"Ash, are you alright?" Clemont asked.
"I am alright... I can't see anything!" Ash said.
"You rogues!" Goh cursed. "Liquidation!"
Goh created a blade of water before striking James but, Jessie arrived and used her glaring power to stun Goh.
"Now, let's have some fun." Jessie took out the Gun Weaponizer and inserts a Bewear Poke Data Key and presses the button on it.
ARM! BEWEAR'S ABILITY! POKE DATA KEY CONFIRMED, READY TO ATTACK! HUGGING CASED SHOOT!

Jessie then pulls the trigger, launching the Bewear hands of range energy at Goh, 'hugging' him before causing an explosion.
HUGGING CASED SHOOT!
The attack caused Goh to separate from Drizzile and they became injured.
"Goh!" The heroes shouted.
"How dare you!" The Tigress said and the heroes rushed to attack Jessie.
"Now, for the finisher." Jessie said and she presses the button on Rocket Riser.

Jessie opens her hood and causes the heroes to be stunned the moment they see Jessie's hypnotizing hood. Then, she jumps in the air before she spins like a tornado and hit the heroes, causing an explosion.
GLARING IMPACT!
The kids were knocked out of their transformations (Chloe, Dawn and Alain unmerged from Boltund, Pachirisu and Bisharp while Serena and Clemont cancelled their transformations.) and their bodies are covered with blood.
"They are so strong!" Ash said.
"Now, it's capture time!" Jessie and James threw the cages at the kids' Pokémon.
"Guys!" Ash shouted as he cancelled his transformation.
"Buh bye. That was fun seeing you two kicked the twerps' asses!" Meowth said.
"See ya!" James and Jessie said and the Team Rocket retreated with the captive Pokémon using the balloon.
The kids lamented their loss.
"No way... We lost!" Ash groaned in anger.
