I really appreciated it and this gave me inspiration to work on the next chapter and here the current story arc continues, in which the space shuttle is slated to make a crash landing, in which Naegi and his friends are now on the move to intercept and try to veer the shuttle to a different location to avert a potential disaster…
And now it's about to happen…will Naegi be able to pull it off?

At NASA, the head of NASA tried to stay calm as he explained to the US president about what happened to the space shuttle that landed at Mt. Bandai, and is awaiting report from the Japanese authorities about the fate of the pilots, as he is waiting for updates.
The US president, Ronald McDonald Trumpet, wasn't impressed and insinuated that the NASA head is at fault and threaten to fire him and appoint a COMPETENT replacement, and the NASA head asked Trumpet what is the basis, only to cringe as Trumpet made pointless rhetoric alibis.
"You heard me!"
"?"
"You are selling NASA secrets to the Russians!"
"Me?"
"Isn't that obvious? You were engaged in Russian Roulette!"
"What kind of reasoning is that?"
"What's more…you were watching tennis matches involving Russian players! Anna Kournikova and Maria Sharpova! That shows that you're into Russians!"
"You're crazy! Look, I'm putting the phone down, you loonie!"
Fed up with Trumpet's foolishness, the NASA head cut off the connection, and told his employees to ignore what the US president will say, which they support the NASA head and made it clear that they never like Trumpet at all and wished that the billionaire business mogul-turned president would get instant karma for his abusive way of running the United States of America.
"Don't worry."
"We're behind you!"
"We'll ignore that pig."
"That guy's brainless."
"He shouldn't be president at all."
"He's a whacko."
"Hope he gets his just deserts."
"Right!"

At the White House, Trumpet is in a state of doing an immature rant after feeling being disrespected by the NASA head, and told his secretary to prepare the documents to have the NASA head sacked, and the secretary just nodded, as she mentally believe that Trumpet has gone too far.
As she gave Trumpet his cup of coffee, she became more dismayed as he is holding his phone and is actually checking on his line of hotels, and is heard using his money to fund in constructing more hotels and the secretary is pissed that Trumpet is wasting time on things that aren't vital to the American interests and wished that karma would catch up to him.
As Trumpet drank his coffee, his personal campaign manager came running in and is very worried, as he told Trumpet that he lost the current presidential election to Joker Bidding, and this revelation caught Trumpet by surprise, in which he choked and spits his coffee out of his mouth and the secretary became a victim as the spitted coffee landed on her face.
"PPPPFFTTT!"
"EEEEKKK!"
"KAFF-KAFF-KAFF…"
"GEEZ!"
"KAFF-KAFF-KAFF!"
"Mr. President! That's gross!"
"Quiet! Get out!"
"You jerk!"
Trumpet stood up and demanded an explanation on what he just heard, but the campaign manager sadly tells him that the results showed that 95% of the Americans voted for Bidding, and several states wielded the same results. He even showed Trumpet the online results.
Trumpet made another immature rant as he refused to accept this and picked up the phone and contacted his personal assistant, and told him to contact his legal expert and instructed him to contact his cabinet members to have an emergency meeting to discuss about the current matter as he plans to challenge the results of the election.
"Call my lawyer! The best one!"
"…"
"We will challenge the election results!"
"But…but…"
"A massive fraud took place! We got to bargain with the Supreme Court!"
"That's impossible!"
"So swears the United States president!"
"He's hopeless…"

Ch. 118: Yoki shinai fukusayō
Minutes later, the NASA head received a phone call from one of the Japanese police and is told about what happened to the shuttle, which he is told that the pilots were found dead and right now they are undergoing autopsy to determine the cause of death and he will be informed of the results as soon as possible.
The NASA head became a bit alarmed when told of this and asked how the shuttle landed safely if the pilots were already dead, which the Japanese officer said that they too will be investigating it as they find it baffling as well.
"We too find it strange."
"Seriously?"
"Yes. We will conduct further investigation."
"I see."
"We will let you know once we found answers."
"Yes, we will wait."
"We will contact you as soon as possible."
"Thanks."
The Japanese officer told the NASA head that he will be informed once the autopsy is finished and promised that the truth and the full results would be forwarded to him once the investigations are complete and gave assurance that there won't be any letup in this bizarre case.
"We give you our word."
"…"
"You will be the first to know."
"Okay."
"We will give you all the information you need."
"Much appreciated."
"We will commence our investigation."
"Okay."
After that, the conversation ended and the NASA head told his colleagues about what transpired, and they are in disbelief about the fact that the pilots are dead yet the shuttle landed safely at a remote area within My. Bandai with zero casualties another than the pilots.
One employee suggest that perhaps it is due to the shuttle's auto pilot, but the others said that the shuttle doesn't have one, and soon they began debating if there is some kind of divine intervention, which divided them in terms of opinion.
"Are you serious?"
"What divine intervention?"
"That's farfetched."
"Then how do you explain that? The shuttle moved to a remote area, landed safely and did not crash…"
"Er…"
"Um…"
"We still don't know…"
"Can you leave out the supernatural stuff?"
The NASA head urged his colleagues to calm down and said that they will have to wait for the official report from the Japanese authorities and once they forwarded the results of the investigation, then NASA will figure out what to do next, which the colleagues nodded.
"Okay."
"Sure."
"Fine."
"Whatever."
"Got it."
"Okay."
"Yeah."
"Right."
Suddenly, the phone rang and the NASA head answered it, where he cringed in dismay as the caller turn out to be Trumpet, and there he irrationally accused the NASA head of being behind the election results and threatened to have him arrested for interfering with the election results.
The NASA head stood his ground and told the US president that he has nothing to do with that as he has been holed up at NASA to bother with the election, and told him that his foolishness is the reason why voters opted for a new president instead.
He told Trumpet to stop pestering him as he has enough problems, but Trumpet wouldn't let up.
"Will you give it a rest?"
"What?"
"I got enough problems to deal with than to argue with you."
"How dare you!"
"…"
"You're guilty of fraud! I'll have you arrested! I'll…"
"Can it, you pig!"
"What?"
Pissed off, the NASA head puts down the phone, and the colleagues were dismayed that Trumpet wouldn't accept defeat and now he is blaming his loss to someone else, and they told the NASA head to just ignore Trumpet as he is not worth the bother.
"Ignore that idiot."
"Yeah."
"He's not worth the bother."
"That's karma."
"He's right. Now he's gonna face the music."
"Bye-bye, Trumpet."
"Ha-ha."
"…"

At Mt. Bandai, the scene shows that Kyoko is driving the car as they are heading towards a hostel as they need to rest after all that has happened, while Maizono gave Naegi a trench coat to wear in order to cover the red suit he is wearing, and there she commended him for saving the day, which he said that he is glad that he did not have to fly out to outer space.
"Wow Naegi-kun! You saved the day! I'm impressed."
"Well…"
"You saved a shuttle! And prevent it from crashing onto the town."
"At least I didn't get to try flying out to space…"
"Well…all that's left is we head back to town tomorrow…"
"Yeah…"
"You deserved a break, too."
"Well…"
As they arrived near a hostel, Maizono brought out her wallet and is about to take out some money when coins mysteriously levitated and attached itself onto Naegi's body, which Maizono blinked her eyes as she is baffled at what just occurred.
Then more coins came out and attached itself onto Naegi, which Kyoko noticed it and sensed that something is amiss and there she tells Naegi to stay inside the car and tells Maizono to pay the hostel owner while she figure out what is going on.
"Maizono…you do the paying to the cashier."
"Uh…"
"I'll keep an eye on Naegi…I think something strange has happened to him…"
"Seriously?"
"Yes."
"…o-okay…"
"We'll wait here…"
"…"

Hope you liked this chapter, as the current story arc is underway, though majority of this chapter depicts an unpopular US president making foolish comments until karma struck him.
Thankfully…Naegi and his two classmates bailed out before firefighters and ambulances arrived, thus managing to keep their deed a secret…for obvious reasons...
But now problem arose as Naegi began to exhibit something... magnetic... could this be a side effect from the suit?
