HELLO AGAIN, EVERYONE! Total Drama WWE: Summer Royal is finished! Which means that TDW is on the road to its next Pay-Per-View Event!
(However, I am going to try my best not to update this frequently like I did back in 2020. I want to update my other fics, so please... be patient with this one)
Anyway, recapping Summer Royal; Geoff and Brody, Brick, Heather, and Alejandro all won their respected TDW Championship matches and reclaim their new TDW titles. Also, Mike and the Goths were victorious in their 6 Person Mix Tag Team match, Jo annihilated Dawn and Dakota, Devin quickly won his debut match and Sammy scored a win in Summer Royal.

The screen showed TDW fans cheering and screaming with excitement as Total Drama WWE was live in the Bell Centre arena in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. "Ladies and Gentlemen, I welcome you all to another thrilling and exciting episode of Total Drama WWE!" Jacob Masters howled into a microphone to the 15,000 fans watching it live and to fans watching at home. "Can I just say that last night at Summer Royal was one of the most wildest event I have ever seen, hahaha." The fans cheered and screamed in agreement.
"I mean not only did you witness an incredible 6 Person Mix Tag Team match, a Brutal Women's Handicap match and an amazing and quick debut match of one of the Ridonculous Racers, but you all witness the crowning of our new TDW champions!" The fans howled in total excitement as Masters kept going, "Brick McArthur defeated Sam Mason and became the new TDW United States champion, Geoff Matthews and Brody Gomez of the Party Bros defeated Devon DJ Joseph and Rodney Fowler to become the new TDW Tag Team champions. And… Heather Yang Masterson and Alejandro Burromuerto defeated Courtney De La Cruz and Scott Cornford in their respected matches to become the new TDW World Heavyweight champion and the TDW Women's champion." The fans all cheered for the Party Bros and Brick's victory yet booed about the King and Queen of Manipulation being the winners.
"I understand you're all disappointed but still, Courtney and Scott gave it all they got. However, I still want to congratulate all of the winners in their matches last night. But speaking of championship matches… hehehe, I do believe it is time that I make an announcement that will shock you all." The fans and the Commentary team of Edge and Tennis Rivals all looked surprise and curious before the Commissioner began speaking,
"Ladies and gentlemen, as you all know, WWE has been doing a fantastic job in the tag team division. They have the Raw, Smackdown, NXT and NXT UK tag team championship titles and of course the WWE Women's tag team championship. But what if… we did something different. Folks, as you know, TDW have been doing well in the tag team division as well but I have been seeing many amazing examples of how the men and women work together in their matches. So… tonight… I want to announce something huge for TDW! Ladies and gentlemen, in four weeks, at our next Pay-Per-View Event, Champion Endzone, we will be crowning our first ever… TDW Mix Tag Team Champions!" The TDW crowd all cheered and screamed in total excitement while the Commentary team was shocked as well.
"What!? TDW will be crowning their first ever TDW Mix Tag Team champions!?" Edge screamed as Masters kept on going, 'You heard it from me folks. In four weeks, we will be crowning our first ever TDW Mix Tag Team champions. And if you think I am lying… then take a look at these.' Masters pointed to the titantron and revealed the TDW Mix Tag Team Championship belts. The titles look almost like the Men's Tag Team titles but had the Male and Female sign on the center. 'These are the new TDW Mix Tag Team Championship titles. They will be given to the team who wins… the first ever TDW Mix Tag Team Turmoil match!' The fans screamed and cheered even more before Masters continued on
"I bet you all wondering who will have the honor of fighting for these championship belts? Well, the ones who will compete must earn their opportunity to be in the Turmoil match. 6 teams will be decided for it and to do that we will be having 6 Mix Tag Team Qualifying matches, 2 each week. And the teams who will be competing are these 12 teams." Masters soon began listing the teams who will compete. "The teams who will be competing are as followed; Jacques Fournier and Josee Neville, Jasmine Smith and Shawn Deacon, Tyler Redman and Lindsay Patterson, Topher Lawrence and Ella White, Geoff Matthews and Bridgette Oliver, Scott Cornford and Courtney De La Cruz, Gwen Woodlock and Trent Franklin, Mike Peterson and Dawn Greenwood, Noah Edwards and Emma West, Devin Raymond and Carrie Olivier, Cody Emmett Jameson Anderson and Sierra Thompson, and finally… Duncan Richards and Scarlett Newton!"
The crowd all screamed and howled in total excitement as Jacob Masters smiled after giving them the news. "I am happy you all are excited about this happening. I am too but with that out of the way… there's one more announcement I must make. As you all already know… Ric Flair has decided to step down and leave TDW so he can be with his family. We will truly miss him but as I promised… I would tell you all who will be taking his place. Ladies and gentlemen, a fellow WWE Commentator himself, a WWE Hall of Famer himself, ladies and gentlemen, please welcome… Jerry 'The King' Lawler!"
Soon The Greater Gates of Kiev played as Jerry Lawler arrived to the arena and headed down to the ring. "The King is here. Jerry Lawler is a part of TDW now, folks!" Edge smiled as he clapped for the King before he entered the ring and shook Jacob Masters hand. 'Thank you for accepting my offer, Mr. Lawler. I hope TDW welcomes you as a part of our brand.' Jerry thanked Masters as well before exiting the ring and joining Edge and the Tennis Rivals. "Welcome to TDW, Jerry." Edge welcome Jerry with a hug before he sat down and placed on his headset. 'It is an honor to be here with you all in TDW. I am excited to see what sort of action we are about to see here.' Master soon began speaking again,
"Now then, with the Mix Tag Team Championship titles announced and Jerry 'The King' Lawler joining TDW… I believe it is time that I announce tonight's matches!" The fans all agree as they cheered on wildly before Masters soon began announcing the matches for tonight. "Okay then, here they are! To start us off, it will be Anne Maria Harrison taking Crimson Smith in a singles match. Following that up will be the first Mix Tag Team Qualifying match as Topher Lawrence and Ella White take on Tyler Redman and Lindsay Patterson." The fans all cheered on with excitement after hearing the first two matches of the night before Masters kept going, "Afterwards, it will be the second Mix Tag Team Qualifying match as Gwen Woodlock and Trent Franklins takes on Shawn Deacon and Jasmin Smith." The fans cheered once more yet a few showed a mix reaction after hearing Gwen was involved in the match.
"Next, it will be Sammy Burton taking on Lindsay's Best Friend, Beth Lockhart in a singles match. Following that up, you will see Shawn Deacon in action once again as he takes on the Kind-Hearted Homie, Devin Raymond in a singles match." The fans soon cheered once again with total excitement before Masters announced the main event of the night, "And finally, the Main Event of the night will be a #1 Contenders match between Jacques Fournier and Owen Hudson where the winner will challenge Alejandro Burromuerto for the TDW World Heavyweight championship belt at the next Pay-Per-View Event in four weeks!" The fans howled with total excitement after hearing the final match of the night, making Masters smirk a bit. "There you have it! Those are the matches for tonight, I hope you all enjoy, and I wish the best of luck to everyone competing tonight!" Masters soon exit the ring and headed back to his office while Lawler soon said, 'Oh man! This is going to be one hell of a night, gentlemen!' Edge and the Tennis Rivals agree before the scene went black for commercial break.
There you have it! Jerry 'The King' Lawler is the new commentator for TDW and Jacob Masters has just announced and unveiled the new TDW Mix Tag Team Championship belts, as well as announced the matches for this week.
In the next chapter, it will be the first match of the night, Anne Maria Harrison takes on Crimson Smith in a singles match. Will the Jersey Shore Reject redeem herself after her team's defeat last night or will the Dark and Brooding Female Goth drag her down to defeat?
